I flow like a river that moves around rocks,
Molding like water splashed into cup or box;
Like tides conforming to the force of the moon,
A stream twisting through a bending valley's tune.
A soft air slipping through the narrowest cracks,
A wind that changes paths with no stops and tracks;
Like a smoke coiling around every corner,
A kite adjusting to swift gusts or blower.
I am a clay designed by God's unseen hands,
Being adaptable, my mind understands;
I am a master key that suits any lock,
As the Lord Jesus opens the gate of His flock.
The Holy Spirit reminds me of seasons,
For I am leaves that turn with climes in reasons.

In the depths of sorrows,
each time we feel,
clueless about
how bad it's gonna be,
when it hits on another day,
an otherwise pleasant one.
In loneliness,
I search everywhere,
even within
the narrowest of ant holes,
for a slender beam of light,
that would lighten up my heart
and melt away my sorrows.
I scoured everywhere
but found no ray of comfort.
Mom,
I traveled miles everyday,
to be with you,
to breathe the air you exhale.
I traveled miles every day,
while others refused
to disrupt their comfort.
I traveled miles everyday
to smell the fragrance
of your presence,
I traveled miles everyday
to dwell in the bubble
of your essence.
I turned to countless faces,
They told me,
"We are not in pain now,
But, we'll come to you,
when we slip into our sorrows".
All I yearned for was
someone to say,
"I am there with you,
together we shall endure it,
through all your hardships.
And if you stumble again,
I'll still be here
until you regain your footing,
spread your wings,
and soar towards the sun".
Shower on me not,
with doom and gloom.
All I need is,
the strength
to fly with my wings,
shielding you all beneath.

Hey you, how are you feeling today?
Better than yesterday, or just the same way?
Did you eat, or maybe you didn’t
Went to bed hungry, but still you’re here, resilient.
Was it cold where you slept, or far too hot?
Did you find warmth in a blanket or warmth you forgot?
A hot shower, a cold bath
Life finds its way along the narrowest path.
Bills unpaid, the knock at the door,
Bailiffs calling, but you’ve been here before.
A job promotion, or another rejection
Life marches on in every direction.
A country at peace, or a country at war,
Family divided, or love restored.
Marriages crumble, couples engage
Life pens its story on every page.
And still, we rise, come what may,
One more step, into another day

Look at the peace crazy war tore,
Here, a list of The Dead I saw:
Sitters in fluffy chairs floor,
The narrowest room space for four!
Pity the Peace Painful Plight tore.
Listen to the pains victims bore:
"Also fear the just wars with laws;
Still carnivores with their own claws!"
Bullets rip through firmly closed doors;
The sight of roofs during war bores,
Not much food in the once-filled stores,
Time customers failed to pay whores...
I know not a fight without sores,
Wars more than a fight, sure some sores.

Loyalty serves solidarity
as passion fuels integral communion.
Passionate patristic patriotism
does not work
for optimizing resilient healthy intent
nor do partisan loyalties
win/win play for resonant wealth
building collaborative feelings,
when the cart
replaces the horse.
Solidarity with my Home Team
my narrowest nuclear family
only those who look
and sound like Straight White Patriarchal
monotheistic chosen
and grace-privileged wealth
serves loyalty only to further win/lose competitions,
Aspiring champions of small-egominded
and disembodied reductions,
deductions
divisions,
rather than wealthing health co-investments
in Earth-collaborative consciousness.
RightWing loyalty serves
LeftWing multicultural solidarity
as red-blooded patristic passion
fuels ecofeminist green communion.
Similarly,
but more co-arisingly,
safe and resilient cultural wealth
empowers win/win ClimateHealth
or win/lose subclimate supremacy
monoculturally risks fragility
of polycultural green communion
inductive,
integral,
inclusive healthy-wealth opportunities.

The biggest weapons and power on thinnest threat,
when hackers enters the target pointing to the head.
Conspiracies and its social observation surprise,
political handicap that challenges the economic survive.
The wilderness of mirrors that bouncing back and fort,
cyber attacks and its ransom through every digital port.
Devastating electronic viruses and its losses,
the e-war that cripples the integrity of its state bosses.
Paralyzed system beyond repair and its consequence,
infodemic stories in the story become a dramatic reference.
Informational theft and the Holy Grail of global control,
the 5G mask and its needed diaper for that holy scroll.
Stimulated elected mediocrity for limited patriots,
as frustrated slaves call for public fanatic riots.
Digital diversification to the narrowest perspective,
symptoms of failure in intelligence effective.

Dusty Feet
Your hands are for healing.
Your eyes I adore.
Your feet walked from heaven
To dusty earth floor.
You speak truth and love.
You share treasured time.
You lift up the song in
My heart without rhyme.
You draw out the lost
In the bustling crowd.
You shun not the sinner
the lofty or the proud.
At the well you show kindness.
At the wedding you share.
At the temple cast out
Those who shouldn't be there.
You feed all the hungry.
You settle the storm.
You show that stone throwing
Just isn't the norm...
Where you come from is peaceful
With a worshipful buzz.
And you're bringing this Earth-ward
Just to share it with us.
And what have I learned
As you hang from a tree?
That your presence has shown us
How a good life can be.
No opulent gesture, or lavish display
But quietly walking the narrowest way.
And the weight of the world
As You silently bend
Tells of love beyond favour
My Saviour.
My friend.

We knowingly place our dreams,
beginning with our broadest extremes
to the narrowest needlepoint,
from the highest mountain
to the lowest cavern,
and from the deepest ocean
ending in the shallowest puddle,
for our imagination takes us to the never
and reality drops us in the ever,
so if you are awake, stay awake
and make the best of your new year,
and stay grounded
then sleep and drift away in your dreams
and smiles.

It seems to me the narrowest minds,
Are the minds full of gripe, whinge and moan,
The minds that darken every simple idea,
Complaining about things on their own,
With a simple outlook on their universe,
Everything’s a clear black or white,
A small yes or no to all that they see,
And of course they think they are right,
From cruel magnified with kids locked away,
Renaming “genocide” as a room with a view,
Calling “white supremacy” normal and good,
And, with a tantrum, saying the news is untrue,
The narrowest minds, the simplest minds,
The minds that have opposite sides,
Are the minds that want the “Us versus Them”,
Don’t unite, they seek to divide.

I Ask You Please
Please do not ignore me
It was not my fault I was born
I had nothing but love for you
I looked up to you
I needed you
And you just left me
I had no home
No food or water
No one to love
Against all odds l survived
I begged and stole
I slept in the narrowest of cracks
I was too young to do anything else
I looked and looked for you
Looked for anyone who would love me
I watch people walk by
They do not see me
They never even look
But, I am there in the shadows
Hungry, cold and all alone
Still, I survived and I asked one thing
Please do not ignore me

At the first sign of light, I can hear incantation
slowly ascending, from the depths of the canyons
Windward it's calling to get my attention
while my eyes search the sunrise, to look into heaven
Gliding with ease is the shape of an eagle
swooping on wings that have lifted my soul
Reverently regal, the rare golden eagle
flies overhead while leaving its shadow
Scouting the timber for one special tree
it circles the forest, so high, in the pines
Far in the branches, limbs cradle her nest
She'll pause for a rest, where her fledglings will feed
safe from the bite, of the darkest of night
Deep from abyss of the narrowest canyons,
she'll soar like a plane to the clouds in the sky
I close tight my eyes, and will dream I'm beside her
Far above treetops......I wish I could fly.
I'd look at the world, in the softness of dawn
and wish for such peace, until my tears overcome

Depending on the tides
We've searched worlds with fixed eyes in positions
Serious with concern and a sense of times
Scoured for meaning, the frontier of being
What’s intended to be?
We've missed by the narrowest of margins,
thirsted for new grounds higher and expanding
neither one nor the other
but within the remote
pushing past the middle, exposed
We've confronted face to face with patience
and appreciated star-gazing, on this plane
The entire fullness of the nothingness.
Point blank.

The heart of fundamentalism beats in desert sands
pumping hate and cash through veins to limbs in many lands,
bringing life and means to hands who long for fire and chains,
a lust for killing stories till a single narrative remains
A country built on gold as black as the deeds that it enables,
where womens rights are just a dream, and the human kind a fable,
of rampant migrant slavery built on economic exploitation,
the keepers of the Ka’aba and the narrowest interpretation
No brotherhood of faith when disagreement draws fresh blood
and when the blade argues over the tongue you’re soon lost in the flood
of bitter retribution, of revenge on faceless foes,
of targets drawn through worship and a rift that will not close
Funding bombs and beheadings to further divide and separate,
a xenophobic attitude of difference viewed through hate,
of pious pawns and dreams of Caliphates on bloodstained squares
whilst the innocent are slaughtered and Muhammad’s ghost despairs

Lifted from the Earth's atmosphere
without having a visible body,
the narrowest gate appeared to me!
Was it the Seventh Heaven?
Two angels ushered me in...
without asking me whom I wanted to see!
With gentle voices and bright smiles of omnipotence:
they opened up Life's Book saying with acknowledged privilege,
" Your name is written on the first page,
come with us and meet your family and friends! "
Surprised by what they had convincingly said,
I followed them along the golden walls where saints happily sang.
I refrained from asking, " Where's God, the Eternal one? "
Anticipating my anxiety, they turn to me to vanish my doubt,
" Good man, you were chosen by Him for your profound faith,
have patience and you will see God on His majestic throne! "
I nodded and continued to follow them as my awe increased by the minute,
" Don't worry, you can't die if you see Him...you are a spirit! "
was their remark as the Almighty God and His resurrected Son
waived me on assuring me with their strong voices, " Your trails are forever gone! "

I do not walk for it's something I choose,
There is no transportation, only dead mans' shoes;
This empty highway is the path I tread,
So cold and remote, all colour bled
Before the white sun with no shadow cast,
Beneath the full moon whan day has passed.
I will not speak for who will receive?
No gospels to preach for I do not believe;
On the telegraph lines that sing overhead
The black crows perch then drop down dead,
Their corpses dust in less than a day,
The darkest hearts all blown away.
I never cry for it does no good,
Nor harbour regrets even though I should,
Dead stars shine down on me below,
No longer existing, so what can they know?
I just walk and walk the passage of time,
I walk the narrowest, finest line...
