Premium Member GRACIOUS ALMIGHTY

Great is God Almighty*, deserving mankind’s alleluia
Redeeming, restoring, and reviving the trusting soul
Assuring everlasting security with His salvation-balm
Compassionately caring; approving my earnest Merci
Inspiring along instructions as indeed divine blessing
Opening opportunities toward service marked by faith
Upholding ... while drawing me lovingly nigh His heart
Steadfastly cheering my spirit to abide in Him serenely

*Psalms 91:1-2 1He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Deadstool

Canada needed a hero but a fowl mouth so this Merc is a jerk that can not be hurt Ey like a cancerous sewer flowing south Spidey sense breaking the fourth stall with a blurt A constipated death stroke the creative drouth The comedic squirts, let us put him in a skirt The Plagiarizer ain’t a marvelous hero Regenerate degenerate a Zero

For Her Jewels of Time

She looked at me calmly opening her narrow lips
Luis the name brought an ache to my wounded ego
In my pride I had ended up shipwrecked in the rehab

...You can make it even when they all say you cant
I swallow my pride and prod,..

I like you Merc.. Can we be an item
Were the circumstances different yes
It's not a maybe or well see its a Yes
So my Journey is not in vain

You find the charmed ones now so often
With humans ever so accommodating
No unlike Peter Petreli I wont try flying
Unless am a hundred percent assured
I will land on safe shore where the waves
Beat ever so slowly and names like pirates
Voyager and black pearl are uttered
I have the soul; of a Sojourner

#Jewels of Time

If You Feel the Need To Smirk

If you feel a need to smirk,
You can't go past a Merc,
One that is fully electric,
Or at least a hybrid, so you won't feel a jerk,
When cheap petrol is all talk.

Engineered with you in mind,
For peace of mind,
They leave others behind.

With standard features you won't believe,
At prices you can quote with some relief,
As you drive one safely round another bend,
You may wish the ride will never end.

Get a Mercedes Benz,
And you will have lots of friends,
When you show them the space you have for long legs,
And other odds and ends.

If you want to up your IQ,
Test drive an EQA,
Something rather nifty,
That you can charge in a jiffy.

Hitch 5: Chills

I thought, almost immediately,
there was strangeness in your car.
You had picked me up early
in the bright, hot morning,
December's heat was full,
but you froze me to the bone.
You were oddly quiet,
but the precious few words that you spoke
may have been
the strangest that I had ever heard.
As your big, lumbering old Merc'
dragged us through the heat,
I surreptitiously scanned the cab
for signs of weapons or weirdness.
My eyes found neither,
but my skin found the weirdness,
it hung thick as a dragon's breath,
you could have cut it with a barber's blade,
and I just about thought you might.
A few clicks down the road,
you ponderously stopped
and I meditatively got out,
no more than fifty yards
from the factory that owned my bones.
I'd hitched a thousand rides
with a thousand strangers at the wheel,
but of them all, you were the one
to make my blood run cold as death.

We Nearly Went To Venice

We nearly went to Venice. (You had to go to work.)
We nearly went to Paris. (You said your head was sore.)
We nearly went to Brussels. (You said your finger hurt.)
We nearly went to Venice. (You had to go to work.)
We nearly went to Chile. (You wouldn’t leave your ‘Merc’.)
We nearly went to Paris. (You said your head was sore.)
We nearly went to Venice (You had to go to work.)
We nearly went to Counselling. (I left the day before!)

Jesus Is the King

Jesus Is The King!

Jesus is Lord and king of all!
Why not come and give him a call?

He’s powerful and reigns supreme!
He is God and can do anything!

His majesty reigns in the
 heavens above!
He brings healing, merc
y and love!

He’s wonderful and worthy
 of praise!
He brings hope to one’s
dreary days!

Let’s honor his lordship
 and invite him in!
Allowing him to be ou
r eternal friend!

Thank you my Lord for
 being so kind!
You’re the answer
for all of mankind!

Bengali Tiger Danger

X-A-Pacx
Smell power of aid
We dance through a complex enough circle, winning and losing.
Acid smell, magnesium burnin' rubber, i-see
Livin' rock n'roll, livin' dance puppet
BMW force and lineage, Merc all-around maker.
Holiday-Inn. Drive?
Bengali tiger on the loose, strap on that rope.
Sure I can, yes that's right I can.

My First Car

My lawyer drives a Jaguar,
a slim and glitzy marque.
He seldom ventures near the Law,
(the work's done by his clerk),
buts sends in bills at Partners Rates;
that avaricious shark.

My Broker's Merc is spanking new;
it takes his fishing rod.
He, as of right, once gently slipped
in shoes his father trod.
All pomp and circumstance he struts,
this self appointed God.

Accountants' BMWs
have litres by the score.
Mine's filled his up with gadgetry
and Wilton on the floor.
And now he's had his Coat of Arms
emblazoned on the door.

I used to have a set of wheels,
a Morris Minor van.
It was a dear and much loved friend
which ran and ran and ran.
I polished it with tender care
and was its greatest fan.

Alas! It's gone to pay the bills.
But why? I cannot see.
All day they guff and huff and puff
and then demand a fee.
I do not want their 'sound advice',
I want a car - for me!
