founder of the well known Ford Motor Company
pioneered in mass production of famous nice cars
made a global standard for manufacturing
My best friends are “there for me.” Each, in turn, presents their partial list of people who’re upset with me - with my “social suicide” decision to opt-out of my senior year and go, instead, to university.
It seems that by forgoing 12th grade, I'm rejecting their way of life, attacking mass production or committing an act of terrorism.
I try to explain this obsession I have, since the pandemic lock-down, to get out and into the world.
The great pandemic isolation scraped away at me, left me feeling ransacked and empty. I can’t ignore the call of freedom any more than I could yank out my heart and continue living.
They can’t seem to hear me - it’s like I’m mumbling, speaking in tongues, or talking to myself
om dead Jesus raised
were dumfounded and amazed
His honor we praised
vituperative
in Congress what they revive
they need to survive
had stood on a bench
were uneasy and did flinch
when killer would lynch
should hear choir sing
along us they had to string
our lunch we did bring
from my deduction
sermon docturnal instruction
in mass production
Does that sound familiar
coming from Episcopalian
priest.
homily should be
God from our sins will set free
possessed by you and me
lack of ammunition
milk toast inquisition
Mueller apprehension
much moderation
does exist in new nation
by God creation
with God always agrees
will satisfy and appease
pray to on our knees
Dams, mining, extraction and fracking!
Logging, trawling, oops this urban expansion!
Plastic, toxic sludge and fertilisers,
Industrial revolution, Mass production!
Rising pollution and depleting fossil fuel.
Expanding population, you greedy humans!
Squeezing nature and melting glaciers
Chocking gases creating Climate conundrum.
Speeding extinction, your helpless restrictions.
Destructing ozone layers, eroding my very foundations!
The earth in pain whispers to me:
Why are you causing this depredation?
Look at my dereliction!
Please stop this destruction.

They say there have been 108 billion who have lived their lives
That is people like us thinking and with an onward drive
The latest estimate is that there are seven and a half billion alive now
That’s about seven percent of the total lot you know
So what do these numbers mean
Is there a mass production of souls ticking over
Being a bit crowded if ghosts are real in their exposure
Or is there ultimate recycling going on here
While you wait for a new body to be clear
And each one of these people are unique
Some speaking different languages complete
DNA is complex and so profound
Makes me believe in God being around
It seems that numbers so large to contemplate
Do they mean anything in our ultimate fate
So in our 50000 years of history
Is it only we have been busy breeding whilst writing our story.

there are no pins, no t-shirts, no bracelets to advocate
use your voice and you words to educate
stop supporting mass production of garbage to push an agenda
don’t pollute by buying into the latest ribbon craze
it will all end up in a landfill, anyway
I breath lyrics to dying souls.
crafting art for the aching souls.
To see feel and share.
Till I say you see you care.
that expands the strings of hope.
when the mass production becomes well coped.
and it boils their spirits with tender,
when their mutual respect regards no gender.
if I utter motivation to hopeless.
it offers priceless happiness.
but if greatness speedy surrounds.
Joy and Joy copulate more rounds,
and freedom born free.
I draw people's destiny ,
even when a vision is blur.
I introduce their desires.
and devotions conductively like wires.
on the Genesis of poetry,
I poor a tree,
to grow more shade on the garden of Eden.
For a snake to cool down and allow adults to decide.
A forbidden fruit , how it is eaten.
I accomodate all species,
I scribe solid lines for blind,
so one hand can feel,
the prosperity poetry paints prowessly.
then bring bravery to infants to grow and die fearlessly.
Kiwi, made me realize
God sometimes polishes all nights with dark clouds to have a sunny tomorrow.
you may bruise today ,but you gets stronger tomorrow.
THE MEERKAT
Meerkats are delightful beasts,
Arousing warm affection
They stand in groups discrete
Looking in the same direction
COW
How now brown cow
A bestowal to the world art thou
Miracle of God's construction
Four stomachs in mass production
THE PIG
Our blessings upon you abound
In our hearts you did awaken
A sense of gratitude profound
For bringing home the bacon
CHICKENS
In these days of Genetic modification
There is a question that begs
Should we yield to the great temptation
To get a chickens with four wings and six legs
THE URBAN PIGEON
I've nothing against the urban pigeon
But could it not maintain a smidgeon
Of caution when it makes its flyway
In the middle of a six lane highway
THE ANT
The ant delights to frolic
In Formic acid vitriolic
But on the tongue of the Ant Eater
There is nothing could be sweeter
THE BULL
His spontaneous emanation
Given without solicitation
Should encouraged him on a mission
To be a salesman or politician
away with capitalistic free market enterprise
where the concomitant features of greed, power and wealth
fuse to form a pact of unrestrained mass-consumerism
while simultaneously obliterating any shred of a humanistic ethic.
the hollow emptiness of a hedonistic philosophy
representative of the western civilization
rings with the sound of falseness
from the belfry of commodification.
debunk the myth of the supremacy of man
where the less sophisticated species
remain in a role of subservience
while religion upholds this point of view.
the travesty of contemporary existence
epitomized by the crass characteristics
endemic in the advertisements
prior to the advent of a holiday or sale.
opinions about significant political issues
and the general emotions toward the processes of life
trivialized into a farcical sport
by the producers of commercial goods.
renounce the superficiality of the make-believe world
and also the stamp of mass production
that transforms a creative human being into an obsolete soul!
Yes, the machines
are still running
One thousand products produced every
week
The products will be on the shelves
soon enough
The workers in the
factory
will get their pay, fortunately enough
Through the making of iron and steel
and an atmosphere
filled
with
clouds
of
smoke
the workers continue
to create
Mass production
Mass production
Mass production
in the early
morning
trucks arrive to carry
the products
to the shelves
where the public is awaiting
anxiously
standing in line
they pluck
the fruits
of the industrial
process
and head homeward
with their prizes
Corridors, power, call it what you like
When shadows fall, on this hot June night
These walls, this place, I'm absorbed I wonder why
They, the inflicted, their embers, we now throw them to the sky
Sleeping giants of Auschwitz, in mass production die
Good boy psycho killers, into their new world they tread
To look for new horizons and leave behind their dread
Behind half moon meadow, now decaying in ancestral creep
Amidst discarded gates and ditches, this, the city sleeps
Their corridors of Epiphany, whilst Christianity weeps
Written using the track titles to the Touchstones album
The City Sleeps
Saturnalia
The Romans celebrated
Sweet Saturnalia
and the Christians waited
for the birth of their god
who suggested a mass production
not wine flowing end of Winter
But the birth of a nation
where beginning and end is the same
start as you mean to go on
end in shame sweet Saturnalia beget
a son of purity and gain
a conscience of pure myth
a culture filled with emptiness
no pagan worship of their god
but filth and gainly enterprise
to kill a man before he grows
The Roman calendar forget
the myth comes with driven cries
onward soldier and acquire
then happiness awaits
save us from the fire
But Saturnalia is fate
trust the end and not a mire
all that i want for you is our peace
all that i want for you is our peace
hands are tied and young
can't you see?
Where will we go when there is no journey to embark
People only exist as shadows alone in the dark
you can pray and i'll do what i can to get by
Maybe one of us will see another day
Have you ever just taken a breath and enjoyed yourself
I'm beginning to see, who is winning in me
The lenin and fees, a ginuine breeze
He continually believes in the falling of leaves
all that I want for you is our peace
all that I want for you is our peace
Hands are tied and young
Can you see?
two fingers apart, a crescent down the center
at times we admire the pleasantries of a mentor
I'm out on my heels, it seems i only stand for splentors
People are warmest when the sun fails in the winter
Candles dim, yet we continue to carry them
It takes mass production to handle film
soldiers and platoons channel the wind
in the end we were merely only men
all that i want for is our peace
all that i want for is our peace
