    such as jagged edges lead us to deep places

Believe me when I say 
No one wants to be me, not yesterday, not today

You condemn me from shadows you've never dared to leave,  
Crafting judgment from fragments you refuse to believe.  
I wear your scorn like armor, forged in silent wars,  
And still you tremble—because I never needed your doors.

You pass your sentences like rituals in a dying faith,

I believe—
Though no shadows walk beside me;
Though silence wraps the path ahead;
Though hands withdraw and voices falter;
Still, I rise on words unsaid.

When the world is torn in two;
When bridges burn and stars fall through;

1.	 Never trust spellcheck
2.	Use punctuation only when it will confuse the reader
3.	Never trust the mind to capture the heart

5.	If you must use the word sublime….don’t
6.	Don’t try to convince the reader it is great poetry…let them figure it out

When You Believe in that Little Voice

It never shouts.
It doesn’t pound the table
or raise its hands to the ceiling.
It speaks like wind
nudging a loose leaf,
whispering sideways
when the road seems stitched shut.

Sometimes, it’s the hush
between your name and the echo.
Other times, it’s thunder
disguised as a tremble—
that pause before you say yes
to something terrifying and right.

It doesn't argue.
It waits
while you weigh silence against

ADHD Believe in its brilliance

No I won’t be afraid to speak my mind.
I’ll speak it with empathy though, I promise to keep it kind.
No I won’t be contained by negative thinking.

All of those thoughts are to be mopped up off the floor.
