Jacko - Michael Jackson 1958-2009

Singing and dancing,
as the last to arrive,
he outshone his brothers
in the Jackson Five.
Moonwalking across the stage,
he was quite the fancy dancer,
but what happened to his other glove,
is a question no one can answer.
Comparing the early to his later work,
you can hear it when he sings,
Michael the 'King of Pop',
put a new complexion on things.
But in

Nicole Jackson

I met her in the city's silent veins,
Where neon flickers like forgotten flames.
It was Christmas — a holy night,
Yet her smile outshone every light.

Nicole Jackson — a name etched in song,
A melody where nothing felt wrong.
She lived on 7th, behind the old café,
But where I slept, she’d never say.

We met where the world stood still,
Hands

Untitled - Jackson Pollock 1912-1956

They say a picture may paint a thousand words
but I can't read what he wrote
household paint poured onto a horizontal surface
ain't what I call works of note
splashed with no pre-planned end-result
for art's sake to me does not art make
known for his 'drip technique'
yes he was a drip and no mistake
yet a few of his spills

doing without want

i can't watch myself go

how to swallow the sounds of birds
meditations in my mind are
the absent minded professor right now
i have emptied ink
from Ireland
into time
irrelevant crimes of France
you are only children
too sound
much too sound

When Samuel L Jackson discovered his Lineage in Gabon

“…. It’s a deep thing to find out that you belong somewhere.”

That you belong somewhere, is a deep thing to find out.

My dear Nay few!
My dear shenanigan floating near Shenandoah
Let us make a trip itinerary around the upcoming December
For the longest word where she sang for long, so long
Even a patsy like me denied the intervention
Not to repeat the Meriam , as they sung , unsung, a faded croon
For years

"Puff the magic dragon, lived by the sea", Leonard Lipton and Peter Yarrow

His name was Jackson Paper.
Forgotten by history,
disappearing like a vapor,
he was born near Honalee.

He became successful enough,
but forgot his childhood friend.
Years later, in a smoky puff,
he met a fiery end.

Happy Ending

While, Jackson, ol' Puff did destroy,
in his place, a younger male
heard,

Unlikely Mike, for Michael Jackson

Unlikely Mike
by Michael R. Burch

I married someone else’s fantasy;
she admired me despite my mutilations.

I loved her for her heart’s sake, and for mine.
I hid my face and changed its connotations.

And in the dark I danced—slight, Chaplinesque—
a metaphor myself. How could they know,

the undiscerning ones, that in the glow
of spotlights, sometimes love becomes burlesque?

Disfigured to my

Thoughts Of Boy Jackson

THOUGHTS OF BOY JACKSON

'They say "All work without play makes Jack a dull boy."
Then, all play without work should make him a smart boy!'
Right? That's definitely not viewed from good positioning.
Doubtlessly, Jackson's thoughts seem to be malfunctioning.

Life will play with your emotions like it's just a toy.
All play without work only makes Jack a

Everyone tells us what to do when a cherished-Love-one dies.
So, I will just suggest that one should not allow themselves to grieve too long. Spend your waking hours reading and remembering The many years you were all together. When you return to your normal routine at work, school, playtime.

Nellie Is Home - Inspired By Haunting of the Hill House By Shirley Jackson

Nellie is home, in the arms of great halls,
She's got plenty to sing and carve on these walls,
Nowhere, I linger, absence abound,
I've got none to return to - none safe and sound
