There are four things I cannot know—
The ways that love will come and go,
The thread that holds though time has flown,
And hearts that speak when words are gone.

I’ve not sat with kings, nor claimed the Throne,
Yet wisdom whispers where wild seeds are sown.
The eagle circles where no path is shown,

With A Gentle Hand - Mystic

With a gentle hand,
You balance the world while its feet are still untried…
little fingers twist like seashells
around the promise of tomorrow.

Love is gentle in this place;
it hides within a cradle song,
a steady thrum of trust
leaning into your heart.

Every touch becomes a promise
each embrace a refuge -
showing the fragile ones
that gentleness carries power.

When the lullabies grow

Later in life

If later in life you find regret for all that's done or not yet done,  find the strength to realise,  it took great courage to establish one,  for not all things are human bound, some are holy like angels prayer,  and when you go to cross on over,  the rest

the love will live on

Just Hold On

In the crucible of life, where dreams are forged and tested,
A paradoxical truth abides, that sometimes we must let go,
To resurrect anew, like phoenixes from the ashes born,
Our prayers, like seeds sown in the earth, take time to germinate and dawn.

The responses we seek, though delayed, will arrive in perfect time,
For in the celestial clockwork,

Fallen- Faithful- Forward

fate fractures
family fades
footsteps falter

forsaken
fragile
fearful

yet faith fuels
fortifies
frees

fallen, faithful, forward

When the Time Comes

Hope that at the end
I’ve not left anything on the table
that all was said and done
and I’d lived life to its fullest

I Am Rose

I am rose, although a dusty rose;
my journey forward has been long and hard 
along this narrow well-worn path I chose
that’s left me old and grey with dust-caked clothes
and dreams dismissed, emotions slightly scarred.

And yet the hopes that ever lead me on
are optimistic dreams with colored bows;
I’m always chasing my tomorrow’s dawn

Hope From A Butterfly

I saw a butterfly in the sky
from a memory a tear came to my eye
through transcendence it had arrived
it wasn’t in any way contrived

our oneness with loved ones passed will always last
the truth is no longer masked we are one the die is cast
life is good when understood through the Light
nothing can hide from it

Like roaring rivers flowing under bordering bridges,
Cascading over, under, and around blocking stones,
So must we be as we continue to struggle
Along the freedom road to promise equanimity:-

As we encounter injustice’s walls of opposition,
Let us approach them as remnants of Jericho: 
Their fate and destiny, victims of fortitude

What Once Was

Fragments of a house foundation
blacken by the fire.
Never rebuilt
empty lot nice size
Good shade tress and high grass
Potential promising
Did a child perish here?
People once resided
Old swing set rusting
Not long before it falls
the wind sways the swing seat
clanky cracky sound from old long chains
Half a peach tree left from lightning strike
years ago.
Blossoms bud on tender twigs of

Your love is like a rainbow that arches through the skies,
It gives my life a purpose and answers to my why’s.

Like God’s promise throughout eternity, it’s your promise just to me.
That with God’s help there’s no limits, and with your love I can be free.
