I know a lady who is 99 years aged
she will be 100 by winter
Every day she walks to the disused post office
  - an hour each way

  Eats, drinks healthily ...
and does all the housework herself
Even in the garden she is diligent
You should have seen her roses

In the evening she has a glass of port wine
and a piece of chocolate liqueur
It gives her a peaceful night's sleep
  - without medicine

I am Glad and Happy

A day for me; strong and weird through blue
Is a day for nice atmospheric bliss to glue

Wishes, prayers and testimonies together
While pronouncing an awesome glowing weather

You can attest the touches of nature that bless today
Its opening prayer no doubt is for me in all its say

And as the trees continue to say AMEN, angels sing...
And enrich the fate of freewill that glorify my KING

My heart rejoice within me, oh buddy of young love
My lips pray of my wishes to be truly mine to live

As I age off hell with hope, grace and luck
Let nothing come what may have prayers suck

Be happy now and forever as always Wems
With God for you, future is a thing designs in poems

Be glad you've got to count this day healthily
In wisdom that path thanksgiving the route stealthily

Be joyous for love "J" shares is real
Mind not to give this head a big deal

May all good promises come to pass on time
To making me enjoy youthful ace through its prime

Glow on... wishes; stay calm to it
Lay all glee on the chill; breed for its hit

Happy birthday to Wems; a darling
Live long and dont be film stalling...

Premium Member Little Things Mean A Lot

("Little Things Mean A Lot"
Kitty Kallen 1954)

If you think God tallies
in His columns of +'s and -'s
how many times man gets
to the moon or mars
you are really mistaken -- Little
things mean a lot. Like, personally
cutting the nextdoor old lady's grass
instead of just hiring someone
is more profound than 10 successful
rocket launches -- little things mean
a lot. The rescued kitten, the stray
dog fed -- the breaking of bread with
family and friends, this is how one's spirit
is healthily fed (little things mean a lot).
God pours all his wisdom as potential
into the hearts and minds of newborns
that they may do amazing things with
their lives. Little things mean a lot. Maybe
everything, far exceeding all our
imagined big things. Better to stay
grounded than to reach into the infinite
(wasting precious time) only to find what
was already within your near grasp from
the very onset. In our speed world
Big Things will always get their fair share
of attention...while far more slower dearer
little things can be lost forever. Little things
mean a lot.

Premium Member Synonymous

For me the concepts of love and lust are synonymous.
Them being the same keeps things from being monotonous,
All while we each remain healthily detached and autonomous.

Premium Member Ventilation

Melting his frozen heart means penetrating with words so loving,
So the steam of his pain begins healthily releasing.
So someday again we'll be together at a table feasting.

The Damage of the Soul Due to Drugs

The face that used to be cheerful is gone
The illusion dims all real hopes
Break thousands of hopes and ideals
The loss of life at a young age
For those who are trapped by drugs

Don't and don't try it
If you don't want to live in misery
Drugs are very dangerous
Sin, and destroy all souls and bodies
End up in prison bars

Let's prepare our mental strength
For the sake of welcoming a cheerful future
Live happily, healthily and peacefully
In the future it will be useful
Later happy until old age

LIFESTYLE BALANCE

LIFESTYLE BALANCE

Apples, oranges and banana's to,
Strawberries are so delicious,
And are very good for you.
Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and some celery,
Make tasty salad dishes for you and me.
Potatoes, carrotts, mushrooms and peas,
A very healthy casserole,
I'll have some, "Yes, please!"
Vitamins are good for your bones, hair and skin,
It is important to eat healthily,
And also for your organs within.
A treat or two, is also fine,
Just occasionally,
Makes it taste more devine!
A walk outside is also refreshing,
Take in the beautiful nature,
Let's hear the birds sing.
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF!

Hope you have a wonderful day!

The Value of Books

The value of books

Late afternoon, the sun has left the terrace and is in the back throwing up dust before reluctantly slinking west and sinking
into the sea beyond the seas.
The townscape is charming red-roofed dwellings among the many trees that are deep green this time of the year.
Near the sea are two big edifices, One has luxury flats on top for the people called the “jet-set” It is where scrawny women live
on lettuce a day and Valium.
Next to that house, a white elephant, a skeletal hotel that
was abandoned when the would-be owner went broke.
In the calm bay two small cargo ships of uncertain age riding
the anchorage waiting for the morning, it baffles me how these old ship makes money, two bags of rice here and a barrel of wine there; perhaps they fish and live healthily
but I do hope they have books, if not the lacuna of empty time must be heavy on the mind.
When I was a seaman, I read hundreds of books to pass the time
some rubbed off so the time became useful, like automatic learning.

Two Best Colleagues of the Planet Earth

Two best colleagues
Of the planet earth are racists and tribalists
as they know their secret codes.
Both two camps filling with haters of first class
And they always get angry whenever
they are called by their proper
names which characterise
their daily, monthly  and yearly evil deeds.
Someone can say ,
" There is no better world without racists and tribalists because they are the best active drama players
 of the world.
Remember , when two groups of haters
and discriminators keep pointing fingers
at each other daily
" denying their really identities ,"
the spectators laugh healthily.
Be so  smart while laughing
so that you may not vomiting
delicious African caprochino which you took with pap
" fufu or ugali" before sleeping.
Hahaaah,  Hahaaah,  Hahaaah!
I think the world without racists and tribalists
Is the  best world where majority people
 living with love.
I will be so happy to see the change of some
racists and tribalists before the end of 2023
I love you.

Now ecocidally remembering
what EarthGoddess has brought together
no straight white privileged patrimony
could healthily
or safely part

Like baptismal waters
of RedBlue blooded Seas
and weaponized seasons
of penetrating drought,
wrenching reasons
for dicked-down drenching doubt.

Because I Live

" As living  on earth ,
Some  decisions
Can be above your choices "
                                               Quote by poet

Because I live single due to some agreements with God
Thousands of single women won't understand
That kind of life condition as they always want to be
In lives of servants of God to live in peace.

I know that
There is time for
Everything on earth.

Because I live to work for God
Many people  always be confused to see
How I pay my bills and provisions in the house
" Someone with no pay job , just praying for people
Here and there freely
But he is living happily and healthily"
Some  people say daily.

Because I live good with some  people
There are some  haters who always complicate
Things here and there to destroy good plans
For their useless dreams due to chronic envy.

Righteousness guards the man of integrity ,
But wickedness overthrows the sinner.
Bible quote ,  Proverb: 13 : 6

Premium Member Modesty

Modesty is no virtue
when it comes to love.

Love should be worn
brightly~ daily! Nightly!

Shouted loudly! – Boldly!

Let love's many voices
Sound~ Rebounding heart-felt
joyful echos –

Sing love's lovely delight!

Shake the earth with
together vibration; let the
universe hear love's clear
clamor – let fly amorous
moon-beams – let stars' starry
eyes open wide to the sweet
dear call of comforting nestle –
let love be the body's spiritual
vessel

All depends on love's, dreamy,
gleam-y, creamy honey flow –

the child, needing love if
healthily, affectionately to grow –

the blossom needing love if
to dazzle, wink, make flowery show –

love must be freed, if love
to charmingly glow...if a heart
to ever another heart intimately
know –

Healthy Living

We are what we eat,
   That's what they say,
   Some good old fashioned porridge,
   And an apple a day.
   For lunch a healthy salad,
A good start to the day,
   Packed with vitamins,
And will help you on your way.
   For dinner a hearty casserole,
Lots of vegetables in a stew,
Much healthier than a sausage roll,
   It's good to eat healthily,
And helps to look after you!!!!!

New Year Resolutions

What better than to enjoy life more. ...
While trying to negotiate my financial situation better.
To keep fit and exercise more. ...
To eat well but healthily
And lastly to give up alcohol!. …
