"Greatly High"
Close is the sun with warmth
yet far away and unreachable.
Never too far to guide or light
near is the moon with illumination.
Mostly are skies of day and night
greatly high coloring the world.

Lion tamed
—tomorrow thine
(Dreamsleep: April, 2023)
As the years and times
will change this bustling city,
once almost invisible to Heaven itself:
we'll remember it as it took the face of death,
giving each other comfort and asking why
anyone would hate so much this nation
to demolish what took years to build with devotion.
Our presence will greatly attest
and send a message so strong and sound
that their ears will not miss;
angels still hover over this sacred place
and stare at it with melancholic faces
to please God with all their will...
they have seen our grief, they know too well
that our sorrow can't be measured.
And the seasons with their days will slip away,
only that memory will remain timeless;
still hear the faint voices of family and friends
wailing in the thick smoke and burning flames,
and as helpless as they are, they continue to pray...
trusting in us and in their Guardian Angels.
Our presence will greatly attest
that we stay firm in our commitment;
another infamy such as this will not be repeated:
we lost too much to be discouraged and intimidated.
God guides greatly
Governs gaze gently
Gears Gospel-gain gloriously…
God’s goodness
Generates giving graciousness
Gathering golden grain-grandness…
Guarding getting, gluttonous
Garrisoning greed-guilt, grievous
God girds grounded going, gorgeous…
Generously granting
Garnished growth gravitating
God goads grateful gladness-greeting…
God’s glamor glitters
Glows, glistens, glisters
Glorifying godliness-glinters.
*Psalm 86:10For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

I glanced at him on his knees
donning tears and a robe
wiping bullet and blood off the streets.
He slowly made his way toward
the broken business zone.
A worn carpenter's belt in tow
a soft light was around him
as the crowd began to grow.
He helped the last hatter board up his store.
A nail between his teeth
as broken glass and bottle caps
played taps to a windy city beat.
He then placed a few signs in the ground
that said vote for candidate faith
and said-believe in the divine.
His time was soon up
it was time for him to go
once again, he was called back to
his father's gilded abode.
As he left he turned around and simply said
love one another... greatly.
"We are the gorgeous artistic soul mates
trying to meet the heaven together:
By clutching and clinging on tightly,
Merged in each other's emotions
and feelings greatly,
Gearing toward attaining same
destination profoundly,
Doing purposeful interaction daily,
Boosting the heart beats and
hormone's skillfully..
to welcome the upcoming obstacles
in our future bravely."

God is my great help:
Assuring my soul
Building my life
Cheering my heart
Directing my feet
Empowering my will
Fortifying my faith
Gladdening my spirit
Hoisting my well-being
Illumining my mind
Jubilating my service

Boost your spirit greatly
Always be willing to lift someone up
Encourage others to do well
Show them that they can rise to the top
Do not hide in the shadows
Walk forward towards the light
Greatness and finesse is within you
Empower your world and be bright
Dedicated to my counsellor, Ann Gunapalan
I was once a little girl in the closet
My shame, I wanted to conceal and forget
I’ve come a long way and I thank God for you
For wholehearted empathy that rings true
Thank you for coaching me in the arena
For helping me face my wounds and trauma
For helping me embrace vulnerability
For showing me what it means to dare greatly
I see vulnerability at the cross
When Christ chose to embrace shame for the lost
He’s taken our guilt and shame; we are now free
Free to love with wholehearted empathy
I was once a little girl in the closet
My shame, I wanted to conceal and forget
I’m still a little girl, but now without shame
For in Jesus Christ, I have a new name

I greatly fear that I shall lose my hair
That happens at an age seems only fair
And yet this heart of mine could not prepare
The thought they'll disappear gives quite a scare
I wish they would just turn to white or grey
Or else be in a mindless disarray
I'd rather spend too much on barber's pay
Than wear some silly hat or gay toupee
For I had mocked with cruel terms did call
In summer when my childish brain was small
May winter come without an autumn's fall
And not awake an angry she bear's maul
It matters not my hope might vanish soon
At least we'll see a lovely, bright new moon
God Greatly Need Your Help
God please prepare me
For those things I soon will face;
Always need your help.

The sun stays the same but why should I?
Are there not days in which I rejoice & yet others in which I cry?
I may look the same now, but the wrinkles will come,
Some days seem routine, but only some.
A small moment can alter one day in big ways,
So, no I will not limit myself, not tomorrow, not today.
Each breath I take, and time I arise,
I may choose to improve or forgive, say hello to a new friend or to an old, say good-bye.
I could choose to live each day near the same -
Consuming the same meal, playing the same game,
But I choose variety and newness, to maintain my purposes and stay fresh,
Gaining clarity and growing, though I will live in this body - this flesh.
My mind and goals will change, as will my emotions,
& I will live greatly daily - what a great notion.
Been neglecting my limericks lately
Must correct that error quite straightly
This is one
Still lotsa fun
Took hours to create but enjoyed it greatly

A Fathers touch, A Daddy's kiss,
A grieving Daughter, You're greatly missed.
An empty house, An empty chair,
A fathers love, No longer there.
A broken heart, Tear filled eye,
Another soul to fill the sky.
Many memories in my mind,
Some I laugh, Some I cry.
The times we shared, The laughs we had,
Things I miss when I think of you Dad.
Realizing that's all I have to hold on too,
Only memories, Of what once was you.
Missing your laugh, I will never again hear.
That is the reality that fills me with so much fear.
No more smile on your face,
No more warmth of your embrace.
The last hug, The last kiss,
The last "goodbye" leaves me with one last wish...
To have you Dad, here today,
Never to leave your Daughter this way.
A Father's touch, A Daddy's kiss,
A grieving Daughter, YOU'RE GREATLY MISSED!
