God Greatly Helps Me

God is my great help --- He secures my salvation! His hands uphold me while transforming me in His conversion!! He guards my soul by His mighty protection… Without Him, I can’t dwell in heaven’s mansion!!! God is my great help --- He fills my life with His grace! His hands warm me while keeping me thru His fellowship’s embrace!! He calms my heart by His peace, devoid of any worry-trace… Without Him, I can’t make it in the spiritual race!!! God is my great help --- He assures my victory! His hands strengthen me while refining me for His ministry!! He arms my faith by His truth and Gospel story… Without Him, I can’t win as a soldier in the divine infantry!!! God is my great help --- He serves as my light! His hands guide me while hiding me from worldly blight!! He meets my needs by His concern for my plight… Without Him, I can’t pray in sweet communion’s delight!!! God is my great help --- He chastens my idleness! His hands discipline me while leading me toward usefulness!! He awakens my selfishness by His warning against slothfulness… Without Him, I can’t bear fruit in His bountifulness!!! God is my great help --- He honors my commitment! His hands train me while working in me for my church involvement!! He rewards my labor by His encouraging assessment… Without Him, I can’t serve according to His commandment!!! God is my great help* --- He revives my spirit constantly! His hands touch me while ushering me to His throne of glory blissfully!!
