Precipitation continuously falls
Nary dry spot upon all the walls
Stuck inside in the dark gloom
The gramineae's glume
Untouched though.
Tombs'
Far below
Vaults deep in earth's womb
Caskets drenched may flow in flumes
Nothing can stop the rainfall or stalls
Precipitation continuously falls

Matthew 23:27-28
New International Version
27 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

Boulevard zooms by in palm prison blur
Delerium fuels my top down journey
Escape life at high speed, danger's incur
Depicts regret like thick filed attorney
Fumes turned flumes hit my lung sponges ferny
Enlarged heart space flings caution beneath wheels
Tree smudged edges, adrenalin appeals
Fright factors in only when permitted
Uncatchable, amorous pulse reveals
To safety's brace, I'll not be submitted

I open my eyes in this moment
I see electric lights without end
What a blessing taken for granted -
An oversight that I shall now mend
Let us look back in geologic time
Just the blink of an eye if you will
Back to my grandfather's time is all
He had a darkness they had to fill
"Electrify the world" they shouted
Cast the darkness away from our souls
And so clever people who knew how
Began to talk of ditches and poles
They said we will put a bright lightbulb
Each room in each house on the planet
So each room in the world got a wire
And no one took that chore for granted
That wire to that room on the planet
Got buried , put on poles, put in flumes
Crossed mountains, rivers, lakes and deserts
And before long it reached its own room
That chore multiplied by the millions
And in fifty years each room had wire
And each a lightbulb, praise be the Lord,
We didn't need the light from the fire
And so the world was electrified
Right up to this - our moment in time
Say thank you to the men and women
Who lit my way to create this rhyme

We were young, we were young
Forgiving and forgetting
Through all the worst circumstances
The purity of our hearts
Sparked the union of beings
But we were young
We watched ignited flumes die
A flume a mother and father tried to hold on to
We watched as they dwindled
So we tried to reignite cold hearts
But all we got were frostbites
We were young, we did not know
So we turned a blind eye to it all
We tried to forget
And for awhile we forgot
We played, we laughed, we seesawed
We watched the clouds drift
Through clear skies and gentle breezes
And for a while we saw
A tiny spark and a gentle union
Happiness engulfed adult hearts
And for many nights we dinned
At a table full of the best soul food
And a mother and father
Playing at being soul mates again
We were young, we were happy
If we had known that that wouldn't last
Well, we still would have been happy
Happy in the moment
Because nothing lasts forever

We welcome Spring with blooms
From bright red and yellow tulips
It feels like the season of flumes
With the scent of fresh hyssops
Summer skies roll on around
With gently floating white clouds
Fresh mown lawns cover the ground
Leaving crisp, emerald shrouds
When Autumn happens through
With orange, red and amber hues
The entire world is a changed view
Mountains painted brilliantly new
Winter covers the world in white
Enchanting icicles hanging from trees
All the world is dazzling even at night
It’s a wonderland of a peaceful freeze
Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter
In the Appalachian Mountains we find
There is no place to be found any better
Seasons of bliss surround us with a design
God’s paintbrush has chosen our world
To leave impressions of such joy and beauty
Colors assorted, mixed and swirled
To create a vision of dreamy bounty

As I walked through the trees
in the far distance I could hear
a rumbling yet tinkling noise
drawn towards the lovely sound
I moved into deeper denser woods
few sun patches can reach through
cold and dank, the air feeling icy
chilled to the bone I carry onward
When suddenly to my wonderment
I break through into a glade of fancy
the noise explained as cascading down
the waters seem to laugh, giggle and dance
Flumes of mist and steam arise
as the falling waters land on rocks
a small lagoon completes the vision
before me is stretched a paradise
A rainbow shines within the falls
and utter peace surrounds it all
a beautiful and secret hidden place
I walk away knowing I can return
That it will be there when I need solace
when I am weary and tired by life
here I will come to repair my soul
and give myself over to its harmony

She trickles and puddles in pools of warped fabrications,
With insipid and sheepish defenses,
She clouds my concentration of clarity and washes away the pitiful pigment—
Swallow.
Swallow the mystic pain of proper awareness,
And as the tremor of repulsive reality flumes over me,
Every sense is sharp, cruel, and plastered on the wall of grief,
I am catatonic.
Pop one, two, three down the rabbit hole of ignorant bliss,
And become conscious.
Conscious of my role in the game of deception,
And of my inept, used, and trampled body.
The exasperated shades deluge my blind feeble eyes,
Yet still I yearn for the pill of knowledge.

Jetting out first as many cascades,
Addictive in a calendar of twelve,
New Year’s Day known in charades,
Unknown factions continue to delve.
Again and again it shapes natures tune.
Reveling waterfalls rouse in faded moon.
Yet without, life would have no commune.

See the wonders of the world
As they pass to us unfurled
Such an amazing light
Sun shining so bright
Flying on the wing
Hear the birds sing
The grass so green
Such a sight has you ever seen
The lilies in bloom
Orange hue in their flume
I see stars in my head
Of the roses so deeply red
The crate myrtles so pink
They cause me to blink
Birds sitting in the trees
Catching the cool summer breeze
Dogs continually play
Let them stay and have their way
The fluffy clouds so high
Up, up high in the sky
The trees they sway
In the wind they play
The magnolia blooms
The beautiful pearly white flumes
The scent so pungent
So sweet to the smell
The bees they separate
Jump from flower to flower to pollinate
God’s wonderful earth
Created for our birth
We shall begin again
From now until the end

Hot summers day
By the swimming pool
My love and I
Drooling for cool
Splash, were in
Mucking about
She's teasing me wicked
Flashing in pout
Underwater we dive
Chasing lovers
Touching, clinging
Revealing each other
Naked we are
In delightful swim
A sense of want
She and him
They swim to each other
Their lips meet
Bobbing, kissing
As their bodies greet
The serpent rises
To her lair he seeks
Receptive desires
Swimming pool deep
Pert she becomes
Piercing his chest
Excitement of two
On he she rests
Waves of delight
Caress each other
Reaching out
From their kissing smother
Harmonious joys
Their sonar sound
In loving grind
Translucent found
Resonating passion
Surface carried
Adventurous hands
So loving, varied
Their internal flumes
In joyous mix
Their kissing caps
Eyes transfixed
From the pool they climb
Each other they dry
Still absorbed
Together they lie

I am Magma.
I am of the Earth, created in a furnace that I did not ignite.
I am found at mountaintops and ocean depths,
Hot springs and black smokers.
The furnace at my core is my guide.
It generates the Force through which I flow,
Uniting me with the Earth, Its Beings, and myself.
It thrums in me, forcing me forward.
Sporadically I spew forth in great, frothy flumes.
Most often I ooze, ever up and out and back upon myself,
Recreating my features, my history, my gifts.
I am becoming an island,
A place to visit and sing songs of celebration or lamentation.
With sheltering places to heal and hope,
And salty, sugar beaches to dance upon and shout in joy.
Some may come, simply to hear my song.
My duty is to be here – vibrating, shifting, yielding, demanding,
Yet always here, welcoming my visitors.
Listening to the sighs and songs of spirits,
Acknowledging the teardrop and the raindrop,
Making way through the mantle, that others may find their way.
Beginning an archipelago of Spirit, a landmark of Honor,
Where travelers find Succor, Enrichment, and Love.
