(center)Visions grow
out of our imaginations like vines.
We want to excavate a bare-knuckled past
with the jaw bones of concussed elks.
A cold moonlight carves them still.
They are the blunt teeth of a low wailing sky,
the works of a hand-crushed faith
far beyond the ken,
of we curious and depthless delvers.
We who stand now non-plussed,
our minds turned around
these mute megaliths
as if we were stone thoughts
upon a grinding lathe
searching
for any distant sense
of - why
while myopically questioning
the source of our
softly rooted selves.(center)
Doomsday’s dismal dawn, in the deep distance,
Is our dusk, the diadem of decadence;
Daunting and depthless, a dark and doleful dirge
Deems this dungeon of demons due for death
“The torrent of trying time takes away
the debris of decayed dreams”- Quote by poet
In your squishy hug my fervent arms delicately turn
into the embrace of my heart’s enchanted urn,
set the lingering longing latent deep within
to sail in the sea of depthless desire keen.
In my ardent sea the waves roll to beguile,
spread the shining pristine pearls of your smile
with the mesmeric lattice of moon-rays entwined,
its sparkle splashes on my enticed emotion illumined.
In my fervor your sensuous shadow exudes grace,
the duality decays to oneness in fusing embrace.
When the ebb of toiling time takes you away,
in my heart eternally embellished you stay.
My feeble aspiration to capture the rainbow
to weave the tapestry of life with spectral glow,
turns into the self-destructive obsessive condition
that fails to dispel the dream-fringed cloud of illusion.
Shredded by the splitting bevels of the slashing strife,
fragile fragments of failure I feel sliced from my life,
spread on untraveled path to the rainbow frayed,
that lies dismantled in debris of dreams decayed.
I’ve driven past the
mist of your ghostly
existence—recalling
only in maddening dreams
that you once embraced me
with love in your heart.
Now you engulf me in
soundless, depthless
waves that crush
all hope.
If there is no reason, is it okay to cry?
If hope is but a season, is love a cloudy sky?
I drip, melt, drown
In the endless depthless dark
I stoop, fall, down
A deadened lifeless spark
The sun turns dawn to day, but does it always die?
Night creeps past all stay, so does the light but lie?
I break, crack, end
A fracture in the shadows
I scream, weep, bend
You cannot stop the echoes
Hollow odes lament where waves crash depthless
Oh! How ocean lacking light spills woe so!
Lackluster grays wail unkempt longingness
Lone stander bleeds the dreams of times ago
O'er the screaming wind, a seagull's bleak cries
weeps of cloudiness usurping the day
Heaven's warmth obscured, and now coldness vies,
overwhelming where vast emptiness slays
Left purposeless, wavering dark takes hold
looping tight a lynch-like corrosive noose
Otiose life sucks vim where sharks enfold,
wrecked in sunless abyss of night let loose
But Sol, unconquerable, beams once more
and the lighthouse sings, full of birds from shore!

Against the depthless blue
Backdrop of the sky
A tracery of bare brown branches
Feathers out above,
Dipped golden by last rays
Of the declining sun.
But wait!
The show’s not over yet,
For as the sun
Makes its final bow,
A grand finale takes the stage.
Splashes and streaks
Of rose and pink,
Purple, and orange
Dance across the horizon,
Higher and wider,
Until the lagoon below’s
No longer blue,
But the palette of heaven
Reflected here on Earth.
When those golden days arrive
Upon our doorstep,
And time creeps slowly
Toward that last horizon,
Our grand finale
Will be the reprise
Of all our life upon this Earth.
So gather your paints.
Splash your canvas with color!
Live! Set the scene for
A glorious exit from this stage.
To grand applause.
***Summer Love***
Summer’s pulse - hopelessly romantic heartbeat -
Opens wide winter’s barren lifeless places
Aroused in solstice fields of bare petals sweet -
Unlocked naked delight spread open, effaces.
I sink into the warm depths of your passion
Going down in moonlit ecstasy complete
Mounting in hot breaths undulating fashion
Hands gently stroke trebling veins of inflamed heat.
Disappear in depthless summer’s velvet sky
Joined in one breath beneath the swelling stars
Long past midsummer’s heat intensified
Lost in one flashing surge of shooting stars afar
Summer love mellows into fall’s throbbing caress -
Harvest summer’s fruitful ardor tenderness.
"Trebling" = triple or the highest part of the vocal range

sinews reverberate with power of the strike,
as the chisel cuts into the rock on hillside,
his face glistens in sweaty heat of summer light,
lost in the passion of his work no shade to hide!
with every hit the sound echoes around the site,
the rock crumbles to his wishes as he desires,
he works all day and rarely stops at cold of night,
some pass by in wonder while some stop to admire!
his heart will not rest till this hardened rock is carved,
until he creates in stone what he lost in flesh,
his mind is set, fabric of his being love starved,
no one has seen him eat, sleep or pause to refresh!
seasons go by as the figure slowly takes shape,
an exquisite beauty stands where once was cold stone,
serene face most delicate in finery draped,
an embodiment of love that his heart bemoans!
what can restore a love that is lost for ever?
his catharsis from her depthless pool of romance,
stands she alone, the result of his endeavour,
see how a flame of passion does a stone enhance!

not just a dream, but heaven.
songs of merry
throughout and upward heaven
in the inland garden,
luscious lavender hills,
dipped in flickering
white mountain caps
I sit near the river's edge,
bathing in the brilliant sunshine
whilst my feet splash
the blue mirrored hedge
watching the swirls
on the depthless water,
the in and out of bees, butterflies,
and hummingbird flutter
to savor the nectar
from the chalice
of fragrance of flowers.
smelling the wild spray
of dandelions, tiger lilies, bearberries
in the calm melody of dance
as the breeze weaves
through trees
and upon green blade
of the herbal sweet sedge,
whilst children in lively play.
a life of forever,
no death or suffering,
but
love.

Lazy content smile,
That you flash at me in bed,
Speaks our depthless love unsaid.

entwined to a hermit crab,
Symbiotic souls are wed!

How love takes ownership with
a single kiss,
a sigh, a movement into a world of sensuous bliss,
Your softness of skin speaks a language anew,
the warmth of your body wraps me as you pull me close to you,
and lips explore the contours with eyes closed,
like the mind is lost to lust and is with love overdosed,
Every moment is a slice of heaven as we explore,
deeper and deeper into our own depthless vision of love,
The flow of passion sweeps across like untempered forest fire,
In that dim lit corridor our bodies provide the only glow,
One may stop a seething ocean wave but none can stop this passion flow,
it is you and me our desires as the ocean winds roar,
Fluttering silky white curtains at our bodies to explore,
the absolute marvel of creation that is unhindered love,
a force of nature that cannot be subdued,
Shut the world out, its petty distractions no longer endured,
Let’s stay here and for ever make love!

Was late by a few hours, so missed it!
Poetically Sees,
majesty cornflower blue,
calmer uncompleted whorl grace ripples,
abound depthless water.
Sunlight’s touch
only by its flaming torchlight;
its unruffled beauty
hidden by aged somber twilight;
silent to ancient exterior world.

Grief stricken spirit;
Heartfelt depthless soul; tear ducts
filled yon banks hold; spreads
o'er a vast steep creek; thirst trails
fluids back of walled eyelids.
