Not Okay

If there is no reason, is it okay to cry? If hope is but a season, is love a cloudy sky? I drip, melt, drown In the endless depthless dark I stoop, fall, down A deadened lifeless spark The sun turns dawn to day, but does it always die? Night creeps past all stay, so does the light but lie? I break, crack, end A fracture in the shadows I scream, weep, bend You cannot stop the echoes
