Confess Our Sins
We humble ourselves when we confess
We submit ourselves to God's forgiveness
We decrease punishment our sins have given
We increase our chance in going to heaven
We restore our friendship with our Creator
We strengthen our faith in our Savior
We must willingly confess our sins!

Strangely, I have nothing to confess,
Oh, perhaps when I was younger,
When the temper of an alcoholic father
Left me cowering in the shadows;
Safe when he did not see me,
Safe when Mom intercepted the anger ~
But that was long ago
And childhood has faded
Into anecdotes of bizarre incidents,
Which oddly are simply amusing
Now that fear is far away.
It's worth being thankful,
That I am hale and healthy;
Such touch my heart's depth.
It's never insane
To celebrate occasion...
That marks a new start.
It is whatever
Your sure decision views right,
Makes happiness last.
It's sometimes of God
To remove our lives' dangers;
Such protecting love!
You can't be happy,
Unless unhappiness strikes...
To value its grade.
My heart imagines...
How else would it have happened,
If not by His grace?
Now, it comes a day,
Mercy will always be speak...
Gratitude's leading role.
You know her
You feel she mingles in your reason in rhythm
Not with your possible pain of angina in arrhythmia
She is a calm serenity prayer
that knows your tear and that needs to run down on your smile lines
she is a kitchen cookie baking sheet
tracing paper cyan heed
never a plotter, never a san Juan never a San Francisco
But she is there too, with things on the verge of unsayable , she is there, too!
not to announce i am possible
but to possibly remind
even an ounce meant!
Rockefeller center and Rockford too
hit hard rock bottom with your pain
with all her pensive boon!

They will confess, with voices so clear,
The secrets they've kept, the lies they've held dear.
Their hearts will reveal, the truth they've concealed,
And their souls will awaken, from the darkness they've sealed.
They will confess, with tears of regret,
The pain they've inflicted, the love they've forget.
Their minds will recall, the choices they've made,
And their conscience will whisper, the truth they've delayed.
They will confess, with humility and shame,
The wrongs they've committed, the hearts they've claimed.
Their pride will be broken, their ego will fall,
And they'll see the damage, they've caused to all.
They will confess, with a willingness to change,
A desire to make amends, to rearrange.
Their lives will be transformed, their hearts will be new,
And they'll find redemption, in the truth they imbue.
They will confess, and they will be free,
From the burdens they've carried, from the secrets they've seen.
Their confession will bring, a weight lifted high,
And they'll walk in the light, with a heart full of sighs.
A little more amour,
A little less confess:
For those whose hearts they pour
Have little to redress.
How do you confess yourself?
Over chicken and rice
In the light of a moment
In laughter and life?
Or is it with warning?
"Please don't be mad."
Trembling lips
Narrowed eyes and red hands
Or is it with silence?
Scribbled words on a bed
Leave for the weekend
Buzzing phone wasting dead
Or is it with defiance?
A mock-up of "brave"
I will not let myself
Destroy me today
Or is it an apology?
"I'm sorry I was scared"
But your tongue is so telling
Your thoughts were so bare.
How do you confess yourself?
In a way that is true
Bare your soul to the people
You hope care for you
What's my name, who am I, what's my name/
My true name sounds something like Malfaeus/
Ring a bell, are you scared, you know me now/
I am the most feared in the world/
I am more feared than the Devil/
Even the Devil trembles with fear/
A fear like no fear/
Malfaeus, my name sounds something like that/
What am I, why am I the most feared in history/
My name strikes the darkest fear ever known/
I'm the one that gets them to confess/
The one that turns them into Christians/
I span the world, I'm supernatural/
I'm not human, I'm legendary,
My true name strikes the fear of all fear/
Sounds science fiction but I am real/
Love’s not cynical; it’s real—
Not some gamble, some spin-wheel deal.
More like a flame, steady, even at night,
Not just some spark to blur your sight.
It’s a hand that holds tight when it’s fight or flight.
Some people, though… have felt a love that’s twisted and cold,
Caught in a web of lies that just won’t grow old.
Smooth talk, no feelings—breaking the heart,
Tis Lust, not love; brass, not gold—fake.
So love me or leave me, don’t pretend.
But real love is not about power or fame,
It’s a whisper, a voice softly calling your name.
It’s courage to stay, the patience to wait—
Like light that breaks through on a cloudy day.
When love is true, it won’t make you guess,
Won’t leave you doubting or feelin’ like less.
It’s that peace you find in a heart that’s kind,
The kind of truth that makes you feel safe, not surreal,
Takes off the mask, shows what’s real.
So, love me my dear… don’t say goodbye,
True love is like a river, flowing steady and high—
A force that runs deep, will never run dry.
What was surreal is now the new normal,
as we bilocate between form and vast space
and although we follow no practice formal,
simply ambling through life at an easy pace,
we have now encountered the paranormal,
garnering wisdom of sages, by God’s grace.
Operating from heart instead of the mind,
we no longer flounder about like the blind.
Other poets inspire me
to build on what they write
Some might call it stealing
But I only shed more light…
Adding to their poem’s grandeur
is my sole intention
Though it would be rather nice of me
their name to just once mention
1.)
Slept most of my life
Forget the stress
The best kind of strife is the kind kept repressed
Every guy just gotta accept we’re inclined to becoming depressed
You’ll never cry
Except if you gotta a good reason why
Keep your eye dressed
If you’re clever
You’ll keep your tears dry
I’ve wept without the fear of needing to confess.
Nevertheless
I lived the most whenever I’ve slept
You’d never of guessed
But I’m not exactly proud of whatever life I lead.
2.)
Warnings that we’re never really heeding
Forget about any of the poor examples preceding
Family mourning
Forgetting why we’re even meeting
Take the better trout
The man learning surely doesn’t even need it
The drinks now pouring
The Moët your clinging to is fleeting
Without a doubt
The Moët your clinging is just fleeting.
From each node of form emanates divine bliss,
being of course benediction of God’s grace,
love’s heavenly caress, Divine Mother’s kiss,
rapture sublime, holding us in close embrace.
Our formless soul plunges into the abyss,
wherein of wayward ego remains no trace,
leaving pristine presence alone as the flame,
now affirmed as claim to fame, in life’s end game.

Dare me to diagnose my condition?
I'm diagnosed with depression
Or rather does depression have me
Even the sad rain cries for me
Or do I cry because of rain
I’m bipolar type one
Or so I’ve been diagnosed
My depression tells me I’m two
Or is my mind a torrent of rain
I’m an addict to dopamine
Or does scarcity seek fullness
I’ll nosh on forbidden fruits till I’m sick
Or is giving up Eden so easy
I’m a disgruntled loner
Or does the loner keep others away
Unable to invite patient guests in
Or am I none of these labels
I’m a crazy worker bee
Or does the hive have me
To the gulags this soldier goes
Or has Solzhenitsyn lost his queen
I am loved by a few someones
Or does someone feed my love
The unlovable embraced by a few
Or does depression dismiss them
I feel the sadness in every rain
I sense earth’s mad polarity
I am a hungry beast to a feast
I’m a lone tiger in a company of wolves
I’m loved even in my lonely Siberia
I’m a question more than definition
Or am I the answer unfulfilled?
Or will I let love go unanswered?
Spin the bottle, hoping it's not me
I dare me to diagnose myself
