In the depths of your mind, where shadows reside,
A voice whispers doubt, with nowhere to hide.
Depression's a monster, a weight on your chest,
A longing for solace, a moment of rest.
The future seems hopeless, a relentless refrain,
"You're lost in the darkness, there's nothing to gain."
But wait, through the struggle, a beacon appears,
Three digits of hope, dispelling all fears.
Nine-eight-eight (988), a number to hold,
A lifeline for all, a story to be told.
Not just for veterans, with burdens they bear,
But for every soul drowning in despair
The battles they fought for, the freedom we claim,
Now a lifeline extended, a whisper of a name.
For teenagers troubled, for mothers in pain,
For anyone lost, caught in life's pouring rain
Don't let silence fester, don't let darkness win,
Reach out with three numbers, a chance to begin.
A listening ear, a voice strong and true,
To mend broken pieces, and see you anew.
So spread the word widely, a message to claim,
Nine eight eight whispers, hope's burning flame.
Let it echo through valleys, on mountains it'll rise,
A beacon for all, beneath vast, open skies.

Bridge Over Troubled Waters
Hello, my dear friend, your presence in my life is a blessing.
No challenge in life should be so daunting that you can't reach out for help. We are here for each other, a force to be reckoned with, united by our shared experiences that bind us, regardless of the obstacles we face. Everything is fixable; nothing is beyond our grasp. Set your goals, and if you pursue your dreams with unwavering determination, they will come to fruition.
Remember, when you hurt, I hurt. When you cry, I cry. Please feel free to share your feelings and thoughts. I am deeply committed to your well-being and will always be here for you. Have faith in God and trust that we can navigate even the most turbulent waters together.

When life's over and we're done
We are called, we have no voice
Crossing is for everyone
We must go, we have no choice
The waters may be dark and deep
When crossing to other side
Those we've left may moan and weep
Contending with the changing tide
Their time will come, it could be soon
The bridge is there for crossing o'er
No longer see the Sun and Moon
Life's travels end on distant shore
There should be joy to end the race
Takes death to gaze on Jesus' face

From up above your glittery tower
Can you hear me, Love, can you see me?
Can you feel my painful hunger?
As I sit, in the shadows, dark and murky!
The same scenario is being repeated
Believe me, we lived it eons ago
You, always, the prince, much desired
And I, your heart's slave, your counter ego!
Between us, allowing us not to unite
Lies a raging current, filled with creatures
Ready to lunge, to tear and to bite
Filling us not with any hearty pleasures!
Someday, I know, I shall build a bridge
To reach you, my muse in human image!

As I watch the river of my life flow by
Some areas seem to flow quite fast
Those times when I begin to ask why
All those hard times within my past.
Some times in my life were very tough
Not sure how I'd ever made it through
At times I'd had more than enough
During those times, God sent me you
You laid yourself down just for me
A bridge for me to get across
The tumultuous waters that we all see
Those times of heartache and loss
And even when my life is easy and flows free
I know you will always be there for me

I love you more today than yesterday
within these weathered walls on sallow earth,
and when I pick the last of spring’s bouquet,
I’ll hope for your return and love’s rebirth.
These rooms seem dark; your garden’s overgrown.
The weeds now blanket our once trodden path
down to our sparkling lake where I alone
can see the murky undercurrent"s wrath.
Sunk in my chair, I stretch to glimpse beyond
the dingy window pane and gnarly tree,
down to the shore of memories thought fond.
Our bridge, now washed away, I long to see.
If you come home again, a bridge above
your troubles, I will be with all my love.

The river crashes against the shore,
And the water carries an odor foul to the core.
A body is found once more.
Theories fly like crazed birds as a person goes missing,
And searches are conducted in the waters below.
The river crashes against the shore.
“Serial killer!” is what some say,
They link smiley face graffiti to it all like a conspiracy.
And the water carries an odor foul to the core.
It’s happening again,
The crews found something in the water,
A body is found once more.

Divers plunge into troubled waters
for diving into smooth, calm waters hurts.
Being troubled is the backdoor key
to unlocking the puzzle when you are in trouble.
Avoid the slip roads to the freeways
or the overpass or the bypass bridge.
Instead, imbibe your troubles, immerge in them,
wait for the waters to be troubled,
for double troubles played all-in
tend to cancel each other out.

I do not just stay in my, can not bear anymore in.
My frustration is broken, what moment will I go for disintegrating?
The waves of water are coming out of my breath.
My feet are shaking, now it is difficult to stop,
The time has come, mine, now I will be there now.
How many lives will I get? Stopping in water,
Millions of passes are there on my side every day.
The storm came in the storm, many thunder in my life.
Today I'm going to say goodbye to everyone, leave all.
After me there will be a new pool and a nice one more.
Dear waves, you will also love my love, you will not always see me now and have to endure.

My troubled waters ran deep.
I could not sleep.
My heart throbbed in awful pain.
Then you were on the phone again.
From Australia twice a day.
Every day that fateful month.
I hovered between life and death.
How much worse could it get.
Soothing, comforting sounds you made.
Saying "Please don't be afraid."
Loving me more than words could say.
You build my bridge day by day.
Blood is thick and you knew me well.
I was close to the edge, you could tell.
"Stay alive for my sake!" you begged.
In that moment I was saved.
Beautiful sister I owe my life to you.
Now my troubles are so few.
I crossed your bridge onto dry land.
On that day you grabbed my hand.

When I’ve had dark times in my life,
and need uplifting at times of strife
I listen to the words of this lovely song
and get comfort and aim to be strong
The path of life is winding not straight
Many troubles can be put down to fate
We need friends till our dying day
Who’ll be with us come what may
We all need good friends by our side
to dry sad tears, too many I’ve cried
They’ll be there any time that we need
Special friends to be cherished indeed!

If finding yourself means going it alone,
You shouldn’t—a fact that is painfully plain.
Need is a naturally human bemoan,
A collaboration helps you remain, a
Friend to those who also have needs to atone.
I'm clearing a path, a push straight ahead,
Sailing stress free in my life stem to stern.
Right where I should be, clarity widespread,
Behind me no wake or substantive churn.
Like all things in life from which one must glean,
A period of time flowing under
Bridge where it is swept quite far out to sea,
Over vastness like far distant thunder
Troubled and troubles, mere seconds they flee
Water healing life’s fires placed asunder.
I promise you one fact I now cherish
Will power alone is power itself, so
Ease your mind with the faith you’ll not perish
Your success assured, fear placed on the shelf
Mind over matter, peace you’ll inherit.

If time is turning unpropitious,
You shouldn't hesitate a minute,
Need not ponder a moment,
A distance of a courtesy call,
Friend will stand by you for sure !
I'm in the same waters as you,
Sailing in the parallel boat as you do,
Right or at times left waves might slow the pace,
Behind at times left, but let fortitude prevail !
Like best of the times quickly pass away,
A perverse situation too is not going to stay,
Bridge the gap between time and patience,
Over and over build up your vicissitude,
Troubled times would soon be left far away,
Water, the morning water will soothen the sail !
I'll not let the stress overpower ,
Ease the mind off the recurrent vague thoughts,
Your spirit will feel the essence of enlightenment,
Mind palace is a place wonderful if conquered !!
