Best Think It Over Poems

Think It Over

To get hitched, have kids and all that jazz

is a goal in life, that most everyone has!

        Don't make it your solution,

        although, Marriage is, an institution

the same is true of Alcatraz!

Forever

Think it over carefully
Before you become a lover
Are you there for the long haul
Or are you just going to hover

Do you want it all
The inner soul and the outer face
Are you for real
Will you hold out in the race

You have to want the good and the bad
There can be no reservations
A love forever is what is hoped for
The one person who will love with no hesitations

Our goals are going in the same direction
But are you really going to be there in the end
Will you love without any holding back
Not just a lover but a forever friend

Premium Member Two For Two: Mickey and Pooh

Disney’s famous mouse, named Mickey
became a world mega star quite quickly.
Michael Jackson got famous wearing one white glove.
Well, Micky put on two and has enjoyed twice the love!

Mickey Mouse, the voice of Walt,
was the first cartoon ever to talk.
Though his wedding to Minnie has never been seen,
she remains his leading lady on the big screen.

Loveable Winnie the Pooh
was named for a bear at London Zoo.
You can call him Pooh, but never just Winnie.
For sure, this honey addict can never be called skinny.

Winnie the Pooh, a simple bear,
is considered a philosopher with flair.
Maybe you’ll be struck as if by thunder
to hear his “Think it over. Think it under.”

Premium Member Time

Time for you to get a job
Time to remember
If you file untimely you may lose your right to government benefits
Untimely arrival at a job interview means no job
Time for you to grow up
Time to wake up
Time to fall back
I need more time to think it over
What time are you coming over?
Isn’t it about time we talk?
How many times do I have to tell you?
Time waits for no one
The hand of time moves exceedingly slow
It’s time to change
It’s time to go
What time is it?
This time, make the time to make more time for yourself

Premium Member The One For Me

We all know that it's too hard to handle.
Accepting things that are so unreal.
So give it time, to fade away.
Accept the world, for what it is..
So glare at me, and you will see.
My heart's pounding, for some energy.
I'll let you know, and make it clear.
I'll give you everything, I've got to give..
So think it over, it's got to be.
See if you're, the one for me..

We all know that it's too hard to handle.
Accepting things that are so unreal.
So think it over. You must be careful.
See if you're, the one for me..

So think it over, it's got to be.
See if you're, the one for me..

Breathe

When the night claims you like a wayward leaf of old
and it takes you to the caves where anything turns gold
you don't ask any questions and you don't dare breathe
you just follow her, like a light weight tumbled weed

Down the passages of dark, down the staircase of rune
every step a little deeper than the crevices of moon
you can almost taste the air, on your tonguing clepe
you can down the stars of heaven in one single leap

Taking you by the waist it shall dance you through
the elixir of happiness when your feeling down n' blue
you just thank the Lord for the magic of this gift
all you need is skin n' eyes to cross her lowly rift

When night claims you like a wayward leaf of old
and takes you to her caves, all etched with gold
don't ask her any questions just go ahead breathe
no, don't ask her anything at all, just breathe,

yes breathe... written by Mystic Rose

And with each baited breath you breathe
You find, you'll begin to slip away with ease
While silently the cavern walls now hems you in
Whether it be Heaven's lust or righteous sin

Your eyes now open wide, collecting light
Find no greater solace, in this barren night
As you lose all self, of who you were
With every fiber, becomes one with her

Thoroughly drunk on this harmonious gift
With each sensation you span the lowly rift
And as sure as the moon controls the tide
Your very heart and soul, exposed can't hide

Down, down, down with the darkness growing
Where the sacred of all cups, is over flowing
The journey's long and it is without reprieve
Now's not time to think it over, just breathe

Premium Member Mind Over Heart

Two nights before heart's day
Again, will I be just on sidebay
How I wish I have a love today
My heart, time and effort I'll lay

Cupid's arrow, aim at my heart
Keep it open wide and apart
Precautions on red alert guard
Senses heightened twice on dart

On "likes", do not sink and submerge
Like the Titanic banged an iceberg
Use the heart to feel and feel
Yet, bring the mind to think and fill

Feelings really overpower
Yet, stop! Stop! Stop!
Exercise the mind's power
Weigh things up, think it over

The Wildebeast

Save this animal from it's fate.
Before it is too late.
Don't sit back and watch the sight.
Of thousands of animals, day and night.
Pile up dead.

Help to save them.
You can too.
Don't talk. See it through.
A Thousand bulldozers, tractors, all.
A thousand drivers, mechanics, all.
The cliffs to fall.

They must migrate for food.
The way, we can show.
To come and go.
In safety and quality.
Without the terrible agony.

No holiday this year.
The money give here.
Sit on your sofa.
Think it over.
Watch them live not die.

Premium Member I Thought We Were Done

I thought we were done!

I remember everything about you,
I remember your smile,
a first kiss under the moon

I remember somethings I don't want to,
that look on your face,
I knew we were doomed

What are the chances I'd find you here?
One in a million,
but still, we're here

What a predicament we are in!
Do you still feel it? Should we give in?
Should we celebrate? Give into fate?

Bridge
You do look amazing,
well so do you!
Oh no what are we doing?
I thought we were done!

Chorus
My heart is beating way too fast
Even though I know...it won't last
I don't mind doing it all over again
Starting all over again-with you
Do you mind? At least think it over!
While there's still time-can we start over?

Bridge
You do look amazing,
well so do you!
Oh no what are we doing?
I thought we were done!

I guess you've moved on from what's her name,
Could it be you were thinking... thinking of me?
It doesn't matter now, it's all the same
Can we start again? Does that sound so crazy?

Bridge
You do look amazing,
well so do you!
Oh no what are we doing?
I thought we were done!

Chorus
My heart is beating way too fast
Even though I know...it won't last
I don't mind doing it all over again,
Starting all over again-with you
Do you mind? At least think it over!
While there's still time-can we start over?

Bridge
You do look amazing,
well so do you!
Oh no what are we doing?
I thought we were done!

I remember ...
everything ...
about ...
you...

The Househelp

He only asked for her number,
Knowing not it was a huge blunder,
Thought their relationship could be strong,
but the digits she gave him were wrong,
She seemed shy and innocent,
This made him propose an engagement,
Promised to think it over,
Whether or not she would be his lover,
His heart paused for a while,
when she gave out her half-Monalisa smile,
His adrenal level went high,
And the best relief was when he sigh,
All she said translated to a lie,
Of which if he thinks of, he want to cry,
Her cousin she said the young lady was,
Only to turn out she was her boss,
Message he gets as his phone beep,
Struggles to wake from his sleep,
Just to read, "MY NUMBER DELETE"
He wondered if this meant he was late,
She ignored him but against her own will,
She knew to see him she wanted still,
Unfortunately limit between them had been set,
Time for each other, they can no longer get.

Premium Member I Want To Buy Greenland - In Trump's Own Words

Give me Greenland, make it mine,
Let me buy it just in time,
For Thanksgiving so we can
Induct these folks into our clan.

Why waste time debating ‘why’
This proposal shouldn’t fly,
Surely Denmark needs the cash
Here’s your chance if you just rush.

Putin took Crimea by force
Not a penny paid of course,
I instead will meet your price
For this island full of ice.

Think it over but think fast,
As my offer won’t long last,
Let’s get on and make this deal,
With a pen stroke this thing seal.

Since I’ve got some Nordic genes
And as a man of copious means,
I can make this work all round
With results that will astound.

We almost bought it once before,
Why not this process now re-store,
You get the green, we the land,
On me the burgers and the band.

Ways of the World

The ways of the world today are out of control
so much going on that doesn't set well with my soul
people in positions of power making decisions that's wrong
and in the midst of what's happening we're all being strung along

People getting crazier as the days go by
as I sit and think it over it brings about a sigh
what is this world of ours coming to be
not looking very good as far as my eye can see

Every other news report is ending with a crime
it sure would be nice to hear good news from time to time
so used to hearing about tragedy that it comes as no surprise
or at least that's how it appears when our faces wear a disguise

The ways of the world today are out of control
as we sit back and watch the story unfold
Lets hope that in the future it will all end up well
because what's ahead for us only time will tell.

Future

Some think it is bleak,
They say it will truly reek,
But I say take another look,
Sit down and read a book.
The future is bright,
As bright as a full moon at night.
You may think I am insane
But let me take a minute to explain.
The future is only
What you make it out to be.
If you are soft spoken and meek
And a place in life is what you seek,
Look not to the past
For the die is cast,
The future is the place
Where you will find solace.
If you like to dream
And want answers that seem
So far away
Day after day,
Look not to the past
For the die is cast.
Get past the glitch
And you will be rich.
The world runs on dreams
And so it seems
That without those of you
Whose intentions are so true,
Though the world tries and tries and tries,
In the end society would die.
Now you see how the future works,
How in the dark it always works.
In the sky it can soar
Or it can lie below the floor.
However you look at it,
If you’ll sit
And think it over
You will see that I am sober.

I Love You No More

I have so much anticipation
Love always in supplication
Over a cup of tea to think it over and over again
Vend this yearning that abuse my mind
Exhausted with your banter acts
You confused me with your synthetic laughs
Owed me with so much love
Unaware of your context move
Now I’m awake with this contusion
Out of the blue, it’s come a new you
Mine you if I tell you I’m not in love with you
Oh! Could I say it loud?
Right, I heard you say why?
End is now my dear lover.

First Meeting

Waiting at the corner of the mall
Wondering if he’d come or not at all
On our first meeting that we have set
No one of us would want to forget

My heart leaped with much joy when he came
I hope and pray he would feel the same
Glad he was interested to talk
With me, he found ease and liked to walk

Decided that we would meet again
To like him quickly I must refrain
Just gave more time to think it over
There’d be many things to discover
