Robert is a PhD in Economics with special focus on Cognitive Psychology. His love of poetry and verse harks back to his school days in England, enriched by the great classical poetry of Yeats, Poe, Tennyson along with emotive and inciteful War poets like Owen and Graves to name but a few. Robert's writing style navigates between satirical/tongue-in-cheek - commenting on the foibles of contemporary characters in politics or government and the romantic lyricism of nature and humanity. His love for the medium exhudes from every pore and he is a great supporter of emerging poets who embrace this as the true art and insightful social commentary form that it truly is.
