Nay greet for me, I yet live
ne'er was I a bairn to ye
mind me ere I once were
when drouthy neibors met
t'were to tak a dram or two
then tak the gate
na think on lang miles
nor of sulky dame
as frae her ye flee 'd
na catch'd wi' a skellum
blethering lik a blellum
ah lass na greet for me
by the auld haunt kirk
auld Nick a towzie tyke
nay catch'd this bogle
who scre'd the pipes and
gart them all a skirl
til skies a' did dirl
an in cauld hand held a candle
his ain soul now bereft
bides her lass, nay greet for me

translation

Do not cry for me, I yet live
never was I a baby to you
mind me as I once was
when thirsty neighbours met
it was to share a dram or two
then take the road home
do not think of long miles
nor of sullen wife
as from her you fled
not to be caught as a waster
rambling like a boaster
do not cry for me lass
by the old haunted church
Old Nick a shaggy dog
could not catch this ghost
who screwed the pipes
and make them squeal
until the heavens all ring
and in his hand a candle held
his ain soul now bereft
bides her, lass do not cry for me

Nay Say

When he is whistling
He is so hot -- and
when he is steamed ~
I desire a sweet taste of him
Was it your beloved?
No my dear it was my teapot!

He Wears Them Well - Nay Say 2

I love the scent of those
Crisp white shirts
Long or short sleeved;
Watching those button-fly jeans,
The way they sway in the breeze…
Oh yes, admittedly he wears them well.
Is he your beloved?
No my dear it’s my clothes line!

Just For Me -- Nay Say 3

He arrives dressed, so fine!
Bearing the sweetest of sweets;
His core is a confectionary treat,
Oh my, how I desire just one of his kisses…
Is he your beloved?
No my dear, he is my box of chocolates…

Limerick: A hundred years ago, nay, fifty

A hundred years ago, nay, fifty
Who dared prod the female anatomy
Now men ride rough shod
On toll-free wide road
Ere steam-roller dries tar in a jiffy!

Premium Member Just Saying Nay

The first snowfall of the year arrived today
bringing fresh falling snow, it was time to play
snowballs went flying
Adam went crying
and the twins got a licking for just saying nay !

Death Shall Nay Be Here

Death shall nay be here again
With the spark of light diminishing
When comes time to cross the tide
I curse that which lingers still

With the spark of light diminishing
When evening falls, there will I hide
I curse that which lingers still
Fallen love sprang from despair

When evening falls, there will I hide
Refusing the work of devil’s pride
Fallen love sprang from despair
That was broken once, in twain

Refusing the work of devil’s pride
To clutch my heart in pain
That was broken once, in twain
The feelings posturing their ways

To clutch my heart in pain
When comes time to cross the tide
The feelings posturing their ways
Death shall nay be here again

Nay Love

Oh cupid! Lower your
bow and waste not your
arrows on me
 i'm a knight of peace,
my shield alert, and my
armour is faultless
i wish not to fight in
this battle of love
 for my drive still yet
remain lost in my
fantasies
 i seek not the passion
of a damsel dat dies
with time like a rose
i am no coward, bt hw
can i win,when on this
grounds, my father
lost ?
where do i get the
courage , to fight as
brave as a lion nd as
calm as a dove ?
 why shud i fight when
waterloo awaits me,
after my victory ?
 that battle ground i
shall nt visit, until d
sun is blue
 for i wish not to
become a victim of
tears nd deceit

Nay!

I love you,
Nay, I hate you…!
She let me leave for a dream,
A dream which turned out to be
My nightmare
Lost in its swamps,
I wandered,
Pursuing threads of smoke…
No place could embrace my weariness,
But cold, dead emptiness
Sheltering my soul…
Pale, cold and sad,
The Moon lost its brilliancy,
And night became long and heavy.
She planted me in her bosom,
Making me dream
And live in a different world.
I love you,
Nay, I hate you…!
Nay, I won't surrender to this madness,
This madness that drags me into you…
I will erase from my memory
Your charming eyes,
Your lunar face,
Your fairy hair,
Your pearly breast…
I love you,
Nay, I hate you…!
I'll cast out of my soul
Your voice and perfume,
Forget the lips
The lips that bathed me with fire and nectar,
And ask the nest of my hand
To let the sparrow of your breast leave…
After all, will I be able to forget
And reconcile with my spirit.
Nay...!

Nay Adieu

Always be a blossom with fragrance-hue
Shaking thee in half a quake, from tip to toe,
Thy will be touched by a drop of soft dew
For continuity of nexus is our vow.

The blue-moon time that opens thine petal-lips-fresh
Can freeze the ocean; make the rock melt in joy-
Only a pace in Odyssey, an ingress
A perfect quintessence of life coy.

What is that inopportune that begins to shine?
Drops of silent tears running on morale cheeks.
Do evoke in the special time for grace-divine
As sun will rise after every doom night, so have frisk.

Peace and comity in gale we are to find
Kites always fly not with but against the wind.

Nay Jo-5

I have a fear that I might lose you
All the crazy things that I do
Only to be near you

I have lost many
But losing you
Will hurt me more than any

Like when a bird losses its wing
It cannot fly
If I lose you
I will not be able to
Sing, smile or cry
And, my soul will die.

LET YOUR YEA MEAN YEA AND YOUR NAY MEAN NAY

Speaking of forgiveness: If you say you did - but you didn’t, if you said you do - but you don’t. Who gets cheated?
If a person asks for forgiveness and you said you have but you haven’t; Said you did - but you don’t, and you treat them like you didn’t. Because you hadn’t; Then who gets cheated out of their blessing?

People must understand the power of forgiveness is in the spoken word. Let your yes mean yes and your no mean no. Because your words are bonded to your intentions, the hardest thing to do is to forgive someone that never even ask. Yet you become the stronger when you do.

Yet if one asks to be forgiven and you say you will; But you won’t, say you do but you don’t, it is you who will lose your blessing. Not only are you losing your blessing, but you also lose the right to ask for your own forgiveness when in need.

To forgive is “Divine”; If are asked and even more so if you’re not asked. Receiving “the forgiven” back into your heart is easy, if you have truly forgiven them.
Still, you do not have to receive anyone back into your life; Especially If they are disruptive to your peace of mind, and create turmoil, chaos, and negative energy.
Some people thrive on it some people die from it.
Just be sure and careful of the reasons you do anything you do. !

Check yourself as why are you attracted to certain people, places and things, even though they cause stress and high blood pressure.“check your motives”.
Check yourself, before you wreck yourself.! And forgive yourself first.!

Nay Jo

Emotion ran so deep
None could measure it
Touch it
Resolve it
Even feel it
What was going through his minds
Puzzled everyone
The dear ones, ones close to him
Suffered too
They were hurt no to have any clue
He suffered alone, as if he wanted to
There were wounds old and new
As the deep dark lonely everlasting nights- not a hint of the morning to come and wash away the pain with the morning dew
He seek the divine powers what to do!
The answer never came ---
As if the gods the angles has turned their face away from this tortured soul-
They could offer him nothing
They could not offer him his beloved NAY Jo

Nay Jo 2

Write something nice to me
Just like I used to
Whenever you asked me to
My beloved Nay Jo
Perhaps you don’t know or even care
But the world without you, no longer I can bear
I wish death was near
I would be happy to fall in it’s everlasting snare
No more I care
What ever the world has to offer
There is no compare
