Contest Description

What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of Bridge over troubled waters. One of my all time favorite songs!


Only sonnet form is acceptable.

I'm looking for a traditional sonnet  14 lines, ABAB CDCD EFEF GG rhyme scheme

I want emotion, strong feelings expressed. What is your bridge? Do you have a bridge? Or if not write about troubled waters how it makes you feel. Can reference the pandemic but I'm really on pandemic overload, so not my preference. BE WARNED  do not enter whatever you like IT MUST BE according to contest theme if it is not IT WILL NOT BE READ OR PLACE!

Please check your spelling and grammar it's the least a poet should do when entering a contest!.  Remember no names ever!
