Vile Garish

Paul Andrews poem Little Mosquito reminds me of vile Garish

Video Vile

Vileness, art thou video?
O vision what to see?
Caw for me O carrion crow!
Where's the 'I' in 'we'?

The god of ancient doorways?
Two-faced, give thy reply:
"I, Janus, have crossed the maze!
How I dare to sigh!"

Noted, friend. Are times to end?
Back of tomes to bend?
Wounded soldiers, on the mend?
Attack or defend...

Wendigo. You know. I say...
Living for today?
Macabre dance, upon the grey...
Shall we hie or tae?

Flickering like foxfire?
O strange lights in the moor;
Find a buyer or wield the wire?
Dire circumstance? Pure...

Flutter, tiger butter?
Around the druid's tree?
Down there in the gutter?
Mein mutter, muttering. Me!

Be upon us, blessings!
O lessons, to all teach!
No more second guessings!
Stressing's a bloody beach!

Reach for what doth glitter?
O poison gas, thy cloud...
Yes, but why be bitter?
O quitter, seek the shroud...

Premium Member true love

wrapped in courtesy
and generosity
a brutal predator
protected from you
by a code
to cherish the tender
and vulnerable
the shining knight
you give your love
the dark monster
you keep
your dirty secret
where passion flows
is not your choice
you chose, though
prey he consumes
princess he adores
vile angel
chivalrous beast
match made
in heaven
(and hell)
true love

Vile

old ugly female
woofs in days and nights alone
so vile ugly sounds

A vile duo

A and P, a duo so fine,
Their words were laced with venom, their hearts so divine.
They'd lie and deceive, with smiles so wide,
Leaving trails of hurt, wherever they'd reside.
Their toxic bond grew stronger with each passing day,
As they'd conspire and scheme, in their own wicked way.
They'd manipulate and use, with no shame or regret,
Leaving a path of destruction, wherever they'd be met.
Their lies were woven like webs, so intricate and so grand,
But beneath the surface, their true selves would expand.
They'd stab in the back, with a smile so sweet,
And laugh as they watched, their victims' hearts beat.
A and P, a duo so vile,
Their friendship was a curse, a poisonous guile.
They'd ruin lives and reputations, with no care or shame,
And laugh as they watched, their victims' lives go up in flames.
But karma has a way, of catching up with the bold,
And one day, their lies will be exposed, their hearts will grow cold.
Their toxic bond will crumble, their web of lies will break,
And they'll be left alone, with the weight of their mistakes to make.

Vile Glorified

Gleaming in thy heart
O my love, is it pure?
Can a glory ever last?
Vile me death, thou heaven be
Do love lasts forever?
Do my blood ,thy flesh?

Violet’s an arrogant bossy cow
I know the farmer knows this now
Luke the farmer says, “It's time to mate her”
Evan the bull moos, “No deal, I hate her”

Violet will not go near the bull
Alas she’ll soon be for the cull
Cos she’s costing money to be fed
Her refusal means soon she’ll be dead
Ending up on our dinner plate

O' twisting twines
and vile vines
That which binds
Our alike minds

The poison is potent
Perhaps an evil quotient
Darkness bleeds
Where chaos seeds

Around each arm
It has done much harm
Blood drizzles
And hatred sizzles

A portent of death
With each breath
Closer to the last
It happens quite fast

O' twisting twines
and vile vines
That which binds
Our alike minds

The end is nigh
Based on a silly lie
But us all did it convince
Good night, sweet prince

Premium Member How Climate Denial Can Be Vile

Were it not enough to just disagree
but to reject all fact is beyond me.
History shows we don't see well ahead,
one is afraid of inheriting dread.
If left unchecked, here is what it will be:
Ah, strip the soil, pave the plains, stain the sea!

Ecosystems will be shifted forever,
real changes that will not be for the better.
Deniers deal doubts stacked onto a pyre,
to deny, makes honesty the liar.
Setting facts on fire, one chooses to conspire;
molten spears piercing liberal desire!

Theory confusion blocks conclusions,
turns plans into illicit illusions.
Nothing starts when it is doused by a doubt,
Fueled by false fears one's heard all about.
Pretzeled logic bound to be misunderstood -
these fake claims make fools forsake global good.

While science twists like a worm on a hook
will the populace give one earnest look?
As weather, as agro - life will suffer -
worlds in tumult spin tougher and rougher.
The minds of a few hold many in their grasp
without their agreement, none of us last.

Pregnant with mischief,
Running to evil,
They use crooked speech,
Deceit in their mouths,
They understand not.

Give birth to lies,
Do not repay,
Dig their own pit,
Shall be cut off.

Clothed in shame,
No future,
Will soon fade

Wicked,
Evil,

Vile

Departs wicked ways,
Acknowledges sin,
Aligns with God’s will,
Leads to salvation,
Heaven rejoices!

Finds compassion,
Obtains mercy,
Without regret,
Restores his soul.

Prodigal,
Yet far off,
Father sees

Repent
Confess

Turns

No longer a slave,
A chosen people,
A royal priesthood,
A holy nation,
Heirs of the promise.

Child of the King,
Walks in the light,
Hidden with Christ,
Alive in Him.

New creature,
Set apart,
Deeply loved

Is home,
Finds rest,

Live!

A Tale of Determination

When you hide the seething pain under a smile,
Making it look easy, to the people vile.
You eclipse the surging anger with a yes.
While masking your emotions fighting to resurface.
Being a victim of the nagging thoughts in the mind.
Speaking of the memories that were left behind.
Choosing to remain strong even when in pain.
Requires a will of steel and a goal to aim.
Silencing the arguments with a scream, so mute;
Your soul reverberates and strengthens the route,
To your success that takes you afar,
From the cavils of a carper and remains of the scar.

Ode To Vile

With thee's gray headed hairs and bead,
never is anything added to thee's,
side intentionally even if it is all slumbered,
did my life feared thee's tentacles five more?,
what will even bring me near to plunder?,
earth by thee's inimical how wander?,
thus clear misconduct yonder blur.
How lovely this world is kept clean,
concerning things, themselves that are pervert,
health is consistency and virtue is plain,
how lovely is this world without thee's culprit?,
may thee loss cynosure to grow in this life,
even behind a curtail,
there is every need, there is every effort and there is every power to hold back thee's grudge.

She Gone

My love has gone
She's left me alone
Not answering her phone
Not a faint dial tone

She threatened to leave
I didn't want to believe
Her friend named Steve
A heart stealing thief

She branded me impossible
Complaint's of my lifestyle
My bad habits are vile
Dropped me in the single pile

Maybe I dodged a bullet
Her fingers out of my wallet
She's Steve's little hornet
Sting you in a moment

fills with hate the empty spaces.
Mr. Racist, Mr. Racist,
of decency he'll leave no traces.

Mr. Fugly, Tubby Racist,
don't know how to tie his laces.
Buggy Nubby, stupid racist,
don't know how to be courageous.
