Premium Member The Vigor of Youth

   I look around and frown
     to see eighty-plus-year-old clowns
   stuttering and stumbling around
     the corridors of power...

   From Slow-Joe Biden to Unelectable Mahmoud Abbas*
     from Black-out Mitch McConnell to Fragile Francis, the Pope
   They all refuse to step down
     to give youthful leaders hope...

   Corporations keep the young blood flowing
     their ideas and vigor keep the profits growing
   But the world's nations prize creeping senility
     over youthful ability

   *Mahmoud Abbas, 88 years old, has been the
     President of the Palestinian National Authority
     since 2005. Through a series of political mach-
     inations, no elections have been held for Pres-
     ident since. He has also been the chairman of
     the PLO since 2004.

Rigor

That is one thing about rigor:
It can Intact Man disfigure;
Like a cell phone reconfigure
The Stout left A Sorry Figure…

You won’t yourself in public show;
Not a new thing in you did grow;
Slaving at a task “Your New Foe”
Hours taking to turn a toe!

It’s a big stab from stretched rigor:
It leaves not the same one’s Vigor:
I used to know a strong Igor,
Not dead before stripped of vigor…

Some men it’d enveloped in dust.
Good pipes now struggling with rust;
You don’t energy drink dismiss
 Nor caffeine you can handle miss.

All My Vigor Due To Her

When she is present
Living is pleasant

When heard is her voice
Even cuckoo makes noise

When she is seen
Loses value a queen

When her eyes sparkle
That is indeed a miracle

When she offers a smile
I upon peace smooth-sail

When she utters a word
Immense bliss is delivered

When she closed her eyes
To open them, my heart cries

When she looks at me
I feel never at all gloomy

Her measured steps
And her lovely hips

Along with her inviting lips
Give me in love nice tips

She gives me holy pleasure
She is more than a treasure

Her absence is hellish
Her leaving is fiendish

She is to me everything
I am her only dear King

Her love is purely Divine
She is forever only mine

To God I deeply pray
For her in a loud way!

Vigor

Vigor

Hoje em todos os tempos;
todos os dias,
na vida ou nos negócios
a principal condição
da qual dependem
vida, sucesso, saúde
é vigor é a ação.

O vigor
aumenta a energia
e promove a ação
que leva ao destino certo.

A ação
faz fazer sempre
mais e mais.

I Slept On My Eyes

I slept on my eyes and my eyes are very red

And when I look up I see blue instead

The blue sky falling on the wing of a bird. This sky falling on the wing of a dove.
This blue sky on the wing of an eagle.

I slept on my eyes and my eyes are very red

And I look around the earth trembled with dread.
The Master is watching as the thread weakened.
Leaving the earth to stumble and mankind fallen.

I slept on my eyes and my eyes are very red.

And I look and saw them fill with youth and vigor.
Watching me, watching them. Care not for the world they live in.

Love, they claimed as I see their thoughts even though
I am having problem
How often does that happened?

I slept on my eyes and my eyes are very red.

And I look down on the earth on which I tread. One black foot going ahead of the other, walking in circles, going after nothing.
As man runs and the earth shakes, mankind falls.

I walked in circles.

Asking.

Where am I going? Why can’t I reach there? And how much longer will I feel this pain in my eyes?

With Vigor Rode In On Trigger

With Vigor Rode In On Trigger

Our anxiety grew bigger and bigger,
Until someone appeared with vigor;
With a long lariat;
He would carry it;
Roy Rogers had rode in on Trigger.

“To be or not to be?”
     The Bard doth ask;
"Life and Death—," Emily
     then takes to task.

Don'T Let the Vigor End

E-levate the faith's vigor,
D-on't be late, don't delay;
R-emain upholding the fervor
O-n November twenty-sixth
D-ay.

D-on't let the hope vanish,
O-ne trust must not weaken;
R-emain obeying the Lord,
D-on't let the vigor
E-nd.

Vigor

In full splendor now
        Dried up, dying tomorrow
                   Laughter and sorrow.

Premium Member Youth's Vim and Vigor

Bedtime a time of quiet remembering
Surely there is the Whip-poor-will's call
Definitely thrice was the ghost calling
No_only an old woman's dream in fall

Now my life seems to pass uneven
As a winter's night storm first rain _ice
Wrestling against old age soon engraven
Longing for youth's vim and vigor thrice

Somehow there'll be a brand new season
Spring soon will spring_ridding earth of ice
There will be a very great reunion
Where the birds and butterflies entice

To all things good or bad there are seasons
Now flash forward__to forever spring paradise
