Premium Member Cries of Our Lives

Whispering sweet desires in tearing
giggling, we forget of we're laughing
tummy sweet button does taste so yummy,
How do these moments lead right up to now?

Tasting your lips, something ever lasting,
treats of your seduction to say the least,
fingers wander to love songs from singers
blasts from window won't shiver how heat lasts,

Lust come from sweetness and not the dry crust,
wetness from your lips, absolute sweetness,
Eye sweet locked with mine, until day I die,
dancing to the beat of serenity

Ghostly are which, where times were costly,
Precious softly girl, precociously

Premium Member What Happened to Merry?

I ordered a sandwich in a corner cafe.
I remember like it was only yesterday,
How my close friend solemnly bowed his head to say,
“Something has happened to Merry.”

When the subject came up, he was so badly shook,
And his eyes dropped down - he was unable to look.
“What was it?”, I asked - to find out, I undertook,
What was it that happened to Merry?

“Is it something too horrible for you to say?
I should know of all people, your friend, don’t betray.
So, tell me right now, please, in all candor, convey
The dire matter in the life of Merry?”

Try as I might, the truth, I just could not pry it.
It seemed spec’ly to me; he would not supply it.
Leaving me in a state of dread and disquiet,
Wondering, what ghastly thing happened to Merry?

Here and there, when I occasioned to see a friend,
I’d see horrified looks, as the chat would suspend,
But up to now, and maybe even in the end,
I’ll be asking, “What was it that happened to Merry?”

Okay ya gotta think happy
It's the only way to fly
Sad stuff isn't welcome here
Giggles are in big supply

Only smiles and happy faces
Are welcome to cross the threshold
Happy talk is all that's spoken
Benefits are a hundred fold

You're not dreaming I promise
It's a happy state of mind
You'll never ever want to leave again
A resident for the rest of time

Wonder why you didn't visit sooner
Wasted years on the other side
With life up to now, don't need to worry
You've sure got nothing to hide

We welcome you into this club of ours
We think you'll really fit in
Honoured and thankful we trust you'll be
Just always wear a big grin

Waiting for my Mammogram

While waiting for my mammogram,
A most annoying test,
I had a thought no poetry
Has up to now addressed.

About the ones whose job is
Squeezing every woman’s breast
And manipulating angles
‘Til it’s properly finessed.

With each mammary maneuver,
Getting patients more distressed,
She keeps kneading and adjusting,
Like a potter who’s possessed.

What a way to make a living!
Though it’s time that I confessed
That I feel much better getting
These reproaches off my chest.

Ugh!

Understand that you’re loved
Gracious goodness…I am beloved
Hated, jaded — I get it…but I love you, my other beloved…other, ugh, you’re beautiful just the way you are and no one looks at the looks, but always on the books is important!
! Wyd? What are you up to now? Behave and be brave somehow… I gtg ttyl!

Premium Member Here and Now

We all have a set number of sunrises
Maybe I’m about halfway through mine
Up to now I can confidently surmise
That our most valuable resource is time

Easy to get sucked up in the scurry
Attention focused on the wrong things
Better to wash away the wave of worry
Instead cherish the moments life brings

Smokin’ Joe Bonamassa

What’s in a name? Well, I think a last name
like Bonamassa sure sounds really cool.
This guy I’d never heard of has some fame!
He learned to play by 4, and not in school,
and then by twelve, the kid was opening
for a concert! Can you imagine that?
To open for a great like B. B King!
So young was he to be such a cool cat!
With 15 albums, pride he must have had
to get three Grammy nominations. Wow!
To sing with Clapton made him very glad.
It was his dream! So what’s he up to now?
Recording with Beth Hart he’s had success
The British Blues sure taught him to impress!

Premium Member Chain of Death

The chain of death,
Is growing, link by link, with each passing moment
As the souls of the departed in Turkey and Syria
Rush upwards to the heavens
In search of peace and tranquility
After the abominable experience
Of being buried alive for days
Under the rubble of hypocrisy, and indifference
Of those who constructed unfit housing, just for profit,
But
At the same time, the souls exalt all rescuers who came to help,
From so many countries,
Risking, on many occasions, their own lives to save the victims of
The 7.8 earthquakes on the Richter scale,
Proving that it is not only Love that unites the peoples
Of the world, but also, uttermost pain!

The powerful earthquakes of 7.8 on the Richter scale that shook Turkey and Syria on Monday have caused the death of more than 22,000 people up to now. There is fear that the number of victims will double or even triple when the final count takes place. Let us pray, and do whatever we can to help those left behind: The injured, the homeless, and the hungry. Blessings.

Premium Member What Is Santa Up To Now

Someone told me what they saw last night
A mirror reflecting some bright light
Rudolph told Dasher 'tis true
There was a line or two
Oh! Santa's sleigh's mirror now turned white

After reading Andrea's limerick about Santa being drunk..Just for fun

Premium Member Land And Waterborne Enemies

Pests are literally destructive to nature and human survival. More than ten thousand species have survived various catastrophes for more than a thousand years. Dinosaurs may have lived and ruled for a long time, but died from scorching meteors. And yet, cockroaches belonging to the kingdom of pests are still strong and dominating up to now. You can observe that from the wings itself speaks invincibilty. Cockroaches are just one of the land based-pests that can be found everywhere.

Water predators are of different types. Skinny as they are, but agile and electrifying. Scaly as they are, but feasting on human flesh and bones.
Who would ever think that future wars can only emanate from human wars or wars of the world? Rather from the silent creatures around and within the habitat of man.

Land and water predators versus human supremacy over all other entities.

Premium Member First Kiss

Despite the cold and deadly winter
we stand beneath an old umbrella
outside the closed jeweler's shop
in a deserted ugly winding street.

I take off my gloves and hold your hand,
so cold, so loveless, so helpless.
Rub your elegant fingers,
blow so softly my hot breath
upon their frigid purple tips,
that they might catch the warmth
that I feel in my heart for you.

As sleet and rain devour the earth,
I look into your face
notice your quicksilver smile,
the twinkle in your greenish eye,
the misty flare from chiseled nostrils.

Slowly we retreat into the shop's recess
hug each other in tender bliss,
your cold slightly parted lips
meet mine in a lingering kiss,
we feel love's warmth
enfolding our souls and holding fast
we know we will not tempt fate
that up to now
had kept us cruelly apart.

The Time Is Now

The time is now

Beautiful mother/
I am deeply sorry/
The sea from your eyes/
Tells people more about/
The treatment you're given/

Mother you 've all /
all quantities of a woman/
You possess diamond/
gold, rubber, timber, Oil/
Natural resources 're all yours/

I thought money shines people/
Your color cannot be identified/
It can't be seen in day and at night/
You appear very old mother/
With all the money/

You can't build shelters/
For yourself up to now/
The farms had harvested/
Nothing to feed your children/
They tirelessly beg for food/

Mother stop the droplets/
In your eyes and address/
This concern of mine/
For how long 'll rainfall/
Who do you expect to baby you/

Who will listen to your cry/
Eons ago you're still weeping/
Mother darkness hangs over you/
Tears had given you nothing/
Block the river from flowing/

Dry it mother and stand up/
Bath with confident/
Rise up! Rise up! Rise up! /

Soldier

Passed my army training feeling like a real man
Straight away they sent me to Afghan
Sharing a tent on a folding bed
Wish I was in a hotel room instead
The suns too hot it’s burning my skin
I often think am I doing the right thing
In the battlefield trying to survive
To say I’m not scared would be a lie
Bullets flying over my head
Got to keep my cool or I’ll end up dead
The smell of death all around
Whistling bullets and screams is the only sound
Yesterday was a bad day for me
My friend was killed and I got shrapnel in my knee
Up to now I’ve lost three friends
Will this war ever end?
On my way home in the medical van
Was tall and proud now a broken man

Premium Member New Kind of Love

Wouldn’t it be swell, number one when My penny is thrown in the wishing well. If only there was a new kind of love, enabling adversaries, and disappointments between parties, experienced in life up to now, could now hang out together and have a black cow. Nothing like the love of old, jealousy, Pain of separation, the sting of being taken for granted, when at the beginning, it felt too good to be true. Then time and distance either in real miles, or 3 feet apart, took away all the initial smiles. The new love, forged with spiritual help, Would bring back the ability to laugh and play. When Entered in together, there would be no demands of body or mind, the time spent together. It’s friendship with a twist, your inner selves don’t slap each other on the wrist. This new love, would be the foundation for future things, if the path became clear, And you wanted to hold each other dear.
