Premium MemberLove's Storm

The skies whispered
And my summer turned stormy
Winds swirled all around me
Dismantling the shelter surrounding me

No more on safe grounds
I found myself unable to run
As water rapidly filled in

Finding nothing to hold on to
I got swept away
The winds blew me to the center of the storm
Controlled by love, as willed by the skies

In the midst of the chaos
I could only listen to the flute
Being played from love's deep eyes
Recounting to me of the harshness of cold nights
And the bliss of the skies' whispers

The chaos raged on
While I succumbed to love's flow
Enlaced in strong arms
Promising to hold on to me
Even in the next world
As my powerful God

The skies whispered and the storm wreaked
The havoc is of unequalled power
While the bond of love only got stronger

Premium MemberMY OWN TWILIGHT ZONE

Through closed doors unable to open
My yesterday’s that came at the moment
Tomorrow ended with conclusions full of illusions
Dreams of reality on the nightmare line tormented by disturbance
Reasoning and instances
Illustrations of compelling thoughts
Darkened shaded curtains
Mysterious lurks
Timeless space journey’s
The equation of substances of ratios unequalled
The unexpected
The occurrence
Twilight unseen
Trapped in my own twilight zone

Premium MemberMagic Moments

The term Magic Moments
Can only be interpreted as those special times in life
That stand out far above the rest
Those unforgettable moments we all experience
That create an indelible impression on our soul
And leave us with a lifetime memory
That we cherish and hold dear until the day we die
They can take on many different forms
But all have the same lasting and cherished effect
A warmth that is unequalled by any others
We all have them, though some men would never admit to it
When reminded of an event that has touched their heart
They also can be reduced to tears
Trying to suppress those emotions they think are unmanly
Before anyone sees their vulnerability
No need to hide it... it's just human emotions kicking in

Premium MemberMurder, She Wrote

Miss Jessica Finch, the avian sleuth
Was scratching out novels and sipping vermouth.

She lived a charmed life when she was quite young;
Her first book, “The Voyeur: Peeking Duck Hung”.

“Peacocked and Loaded,” no rivals, unequalled.
“All Bluster, No Muster, “ a fan-favored sequel.

“Migratory Murmurations of a Wandering Heart”
And “Starling, My Darling,” her cross-over art.

“Covey of darkness: the Unpheasant Truth”
Shines light in glass houses, unkempt and uncouth.

The one she’s best known for, that everyone one knows
That suspenseful thriller, “A Murder of Crows.”

But the one she loves best, that still gives her pause,
The brilliant court drama, “Probable Caws.”

Social Righteousness Portrayers

Unequivocally unequalled stature demands
a friend aint friend but right hand man
who must comply and serve their plan
expectant others lend their hands

Giving little demanding more
believe they help when not at all
if not the focus acting crawl
kicking others already small

Fine deception blinds your vision
denial, assurance and repetition
unknowing of their false position
self righteousness will talk not listen

Friends are always in their debt
believe they give more than they get
such self important intellect
stealthily pouncing those upset

Keep others down deny their part
point the finger and show no heart
situations controlled from start
playing dumb so in the dark

Then they act to be the saviour
socially empowered players
appear a helper when a slayer
Social righteousness portrayers

Premium MemberThe One - Lei

I saw him first, a god on earth
A treasure of unequalled worth.
A shy approach, with butterflies
And briefly he and I locked eyes.
He’s in another woman’s arms
Delirious she from his charms
Still she intros me to handsome . . .
I am holding my new grandson!

Quintessentially Is You

~Quintessentially Is You~

"I carry your heart with me( I carry it in
my heart) I am never without it(anywhere
I go you go . . . "
                             EE Cummings

i carry the sweet emotions
you stir deep inside of me
with your impassioned
words exquisite in structure
and effervescent flow
each to fit perfectly
between each line and space
to harmonize breathlessly
beckoning my soul to
explore each aspect of your
tenderly crafted verse
allowing them to penetrate
my being gently to caress
my core setting tones your
golden pen envisioned
encompassing my thoughts
conjuring an unequalled burning
passion of which is the embodiment
that quintessentially is you

Visiting a country market while out for a drive
An experience unequalled, though prices are little high
Friendly country folks
Happy-go-lucky yokels
Fresh fruit and veggies to satisfy and gratify

She is a pull of energetic fascination
untouched by mortals she does ace
every mirriored image I perceive
Unequalled by her beauty
with headiness and awe
I sweet oblige her purge
exalting her with sweeet mentality

In admiration I do bow
to the symphony of her nature
exalted and refreshed
by her giant gift I lose myself
in admiration of her.

Time

O' Time
You're Old Gypsy
-NO!
Old Stream
 -No!
Old Soul
-No!
Old Being
 -No!
Immortal Unequalled…!
-NO!!!
So you're ABSOLUTE...ANY NEW for ALWAYS!
Ha...Ha...Ha...Ha....!
Oh! But look - I am decaying!
Decaying! And decaying in your laughing existence!

Never Die

Unexpressed emotions never die
It seems that they attain eternal life!
We give a wanton wince, a wistful sigh

But might such hidden feelings lie?
As does a husband to a questioning wife.
Give no reason but a truthful cry

On emotions hiding, wonder why.
Will they cause an everlasting strife?
We give a quantum wince, transcendent sigh

As we grow older, feelings multiply
And fearing laughter, in the back they’re knifed
Unexpressed emotions cannot die

And gazing ever closer, magnified
We divide each one into unequalled halves
We give unnoticed winces to blind eyes

So what is left, what will of us survive?
All the feeling unexpressed in life!
Unexpressed emotions never die
Take care of what may be your endless lies.

10:43:26 AM
And ten weeks later
You'd be gone
But your socks
Are still here
You looked so bad when you left
Barefoot without a care,
Solitaire

The blanket you wore
You had sworn you'd tear
Before you'd leave again
All tattered and alone
Without a thought for your own
Pursued by thrushes
And their beautiful song
A gem by it's lonesome
Solitaire

Let well enough alone
The disquieting emotion
Of your isolation
Your unequalled proofs
Of provocations
Considered seperatly
Things are never
Of the same class
Solitaire

No displacement of egos
Along your trail
To go next your steps
No devotee gaining on you
No toting any trappings
And your back subtracted
Into the unsettling downpour
The colors of your cover fading
Solitaire

Bedcloths and linens
Wear dull the drifter
Prompted by airs
And your socks
Are still there
As if an advertisement
For the grandstand
Of your departure
Solitaire

So long to former discourse
Recoiling without answers
According to pattern
No more, the grand tour
For pegs on a board
Extinct and flightless
No long goodby
Forever distracted
Solitaire.

Mother's Pride

I wrapped myself alone in her womb,
and she held me close with joy in her room.
The journey was long and her limb felt pain,
but with love she endured and fought for her gain.
Selfless, determined, rugged like a warrior,
she proved she was more than just a pretty superior.

I cried through the night and disturbed her sleep,
but she defied nature and made it look cheap.
I bit her nipple in my quest for food,
yet she smiled at me for being so rude.
Caring, compassionate, loving like a star,
she proved her love was more than a gold bar.

I shivered under my blanket after I caught the flu,
and she raced all day ignoring her adult boo.
The world told her I wasn't gonna make it,
but on her knees she gave up her last meat.
Resilient, dogged, steadfast like a lioness,
she proved nothing is impossible with His royal highness.

I've gone through pains and hurdles in life,
and she's always there to pass me through the knife.
No one else deserves a grand entry,
than a mother who stands tall for her child like the iroko tree.
Unrivalled, unmatched, unequalled like a colossus,
she has proven she's more than a loyal partner.

Africa

The black panther; no spots for fear,
Accustomed by the frails of the forests,
To the long stretch of the Nile,
Such beauty, I marvel at.
Grazed fields, wetting bullock's appetite
For the savannah- a stone throw in distance to the mighty Sahara!

Oh! Africa! What a mighty creed envelopes your wits!
In strength and might, she stands unequalled!

Daunting cultures via tribes,
Stretches the Zambezi river,
Encombed by the beauty of the Niger,
These caves of treasure brews heritage;
Of untold generations.
 The moonlight stories savour our bellies;
For each morsel we ingest; joy beams.
The scent mild one's thought; for our meal trickles away the temptation of the past!

Such panther irks the spirits of conquerors.
 Oh Africa!
