The beach climbs are harder
the rocks turn my feet
and I find myself walking on my ankles
wading through sand
But the photos at sunset
or as the moon rise
are such a surprise
Like paintings
like fine art
witnessing the beauty of nature
as it shows us all of the basis for inspiration
everywhere
The sea air is so refreshing
the tang of salt
its cool crisp feel
as it laps past me
and blows my hair
The sheen of the sun and the moon
off the water
and it undulates and ripples
It's mesmerizing and beautiful
I seek out the lighthouse
to capture its beauty on the horizon
Its glow too settles on the ocean
and lights the scene in a way
that makes it seem like a painting
A huge downed redwood tree on the beach
a sculpture in driftwood now
but so big as to be a playground
The natural wonders of this place continue to provoke me
and keep me wanting more
from the tiny bits of rock on the ground
to the magnificent scenes in the sky
my senses are always tuned in
And here I share them with you....

earth star chakra my killick, subliminal subpersonal connects me to core of planet’s centre, spinning yet rooted in quiet mirth
absorbing misaligned energy in sturdy girth
intuits heartfelt frequency exchanges
across planetary consciousness gauges
below Gaia’s benign surfaces it modulates
where own wisdomed faith undulates
steady Will humming stable solid secure
no other anchor would I endure
awareness finely tuned filamented fibres
reaches far flung corners shadowed or
light, without single flinch fight or flight
authority with divine responsibility dear
centring my substance as an emperor does
holding disciplined foresight unseen safe
signals settled velocities where I am to walk
intentions sure of next waiting chorded port
underground star exuding strength, cohort
of ages, missioning goals it never aborts

Water is always my release,
release of that impulse to dive.
Dive fish-scaled and iridescent,
iridescent swells the water.
Water quiets and feels like home,
home undulates but stays sacred.
Sacred like every rolling wave,
wave that binds my soul to water.

In bejeweled jade landscape
the topaz terrain rolls
as wondrous waves,
undulates with
sculpted panorama
of captivating cadence,
entrenches in earthen frame
the sprawling shape
of a placid lake,
sublimely sparkling,
the shining sapphire face
looking up entranced
toward the cerulean sky,
spread serene on
boundless blankness.
The southern zephyr
whispers enticing melody
to the rhapsodic ripples,
rolling aquatic rhythm,
intensely passionate,
stretching in seraphic span
of self-centric array,
sliding on slithering shadows
of the dancing trees,
lining the contorted contours
of the splashing shore,
emerald adorned.
Malachite lotus leaves
float flamboyant
with pulsating fervor,
the ruby flush
of full bloom
makes the collage
of fiery fresco
with fanning feathers
of flaming flamingos,
their ballerina legs wading
the lazuline waters
in avian grace,
supple napes swiveling
in charismatic concerto
of aquatic ballet,
rapturous recital
performed unruffled
in hypnotic gleam
of the setting sun,

"over the waters blue the night winds sigh, the breakers roar ... Samual Taylor Coleridge
In the enchanting emerald landscape,
the terrain undulates like the jade waves
in the panorama of pristine scene,
elegance of nature’s embrace entrenched,
shapes a serene lake of sapphire luster.
Sublimely sprawling and sparkling delight,
its glowing cerulean face looks up
toward the star-studded nocturnal sky,
entranced by its argentine reflection.
Serenading southern breeze blows beguiled,
whispers a mesmerizing melody
to ripple rows rolling with radiance,
dancing and breaking on the supine shore
with intensely fervent rhythm of rapture.
The golden glitter of the sunburst dawn
shines on the slithering shadows of trees,
lining the contours of the bending banks,
imaged on the fluid mirror tranquil.
In hypnotic shimmer of rising sun,
I watch the play of colors in the lake.

She must of been,
A mermaid,
The way she undulates,
Like waves,
And her exotic hair,
Long with its love,
And your soul,
Longs,
For the sweet paradise,
of her love, Beauty,
And comforting shore

In forms of crusts and curves and caves and carves and undulates,
The vacuum looks exceedingly charming and gorgeous;
This vacuum, yet, when becomes a throne of naughty fates,
Heart and mind get twisted and turned into strains enormous...!
When vacuums are crowded with cockroaches and lizards,
The environs become disgusting and nauseating;
Vacuum can turn violent when gnawing, like blizzards,
When, owing sorrows and sufferings, life grows frustrating...!
When silliness and meaninglessness fill the vacuum,
Pessimism, like thorny plants, fills the fields of existence;
Delight, like chased-out parrots, leaves the heart's loveliest room,
Towards pain and bareness does vacuum show resistance...!
Even richly strong life could be, like chaff, easily blown,
Wisdom filled vacuum can become a heavenly throne...!!!

Navigating through life's highway,
It’s more than what meets our eyes,
It takes courage to break through dawn's ice,
We can’t preempt all we see.
We find our feet on its mystery lane,
We seek shelter from the rain,
Life shows us its different faces,
Not minding our unique races.
The way we chauffeur our cars,
It determines how far we can go,
It underscores our mileage,
Often we forget we're on a pilgrimage.
Life's highway undulates and meanders,
Only a few along its way endears,
Courage keeps us on track,
As we sojourn for the glory mark.
Navigating through life's highway,
Conquering the invisible,
Sketching out the visible,
Until the perfect picture is attained.

wavelets wavering to and fro
lapping and caressing the coast
on and on the flow undulates its curves
till the sound transcends
their rhythmic motion calming
easing a solitude in turmoil
in soothing idyllic hypnosis

Staying by the sea, now at sunset
With the light slowly fading into greyness
And the waters lying quiet
A peace fills me as never before
Dismal fears barred entry into the soul
Mind freed of all disquietude.
Through the soft whisper of waves,
A low sweet melody finds its way.
Listening to the gentle sibilance of the sea,
A new insight suddenly dawns on me~
None but we are to blame
For all our angry bickering
With all swirls and whirls underneath,
Is an abstruse calm in the deep.
In this continuum of flux
Is a permanence – abiding and perpetual.
Staying by the sea at sunset
With its still waters glimmering in twilight
And the stray clouds straggling in the sky,
My soul undulates with the slow rhythm of waves
And in me fills a calm submerging all vexations
And breaks a light, luminous and clear
A glimpse of a scintillating radiance – ethereal!

Life is a long walk,
The path meanders,
The path undulates.
Life is a sequence of doors,
They open of their own accord,
Until the final closure.
Life is a book,
Ancient and voluminous,
No one has read to its end.
Life is a hill,
Our purpose makes us climb,
Our ambition pushes us further.
Life is a battlefield,
We don’t fight with guns and knives,
Our weapons are our will and determination.
Life is a mystery,
Some things can’t be comprehended,
The deeper we search the
more intricate they become.
Life is a race,
We run at different speeds,
Some fall out in the race.
Life is a train,
We embark and disembark,
At our various stations.
Life is a tussle,
The evil against the good,
The unseen against the seen.
Life is a timeline,
It can’t be trapped,
It flows like a stream.

The River
She drapes along the valley like an evening stole
As if let loose to waft from some angelic hand
To move along the meadow in soft curves and folds
As if mere ornament upon the verdant land.
She undulates in rhythm over beds of stone
And ripples playfully with every touch of breeze
Then having spent her course in movements long and slow
She slips into a wood to hide among the trees.
Would that I too were quite so languidly disposed,
So unencumbered by life’s various terrain
Allowing obstacles to teach me manifold
Without resistance and devoid of all complaint.
