a single petal clings to the rim of the glass~
sunlight catches it, turning the edge
into a thin, bright flare
that lasts only as long as the light decides.

Premium Member Marie searching for love

(Marie from the Nutcracker grows ever older seeking her childhood dream...)

In her flat, thirty-something Marie
Is scrolling with mounting ennui;
Mr Right still eludes her -
She swipes left on Tinder,
Finding less and less fish in the sea

Premium Member Tinder Surprise

I was hoping to find a new lover
I would find one one way or another
For online romance
I lowered my pants
And quickly swiped left on my mother

useful body

Erasing your fingertips.

Painting over your love.

The bruises no longer hurt, but the memories do.

Picked me up at 2, dropped me home at 11. Of course, I’m only useful in the evening. At night you don’t want my presence. Sharing a bed for the night would be admitting I was a person.

You spoke in whispers, never saying what I needed to hear.

Scars will fade and I will forget.

Premium Member Celestial Tinder

Enclosure of the Moon
capturing cosmic glass;
The stars swirl around it;
An abysmal swallow;
Dreams drawn like a magnet;

Enclosure of the Moon,
transmissible panache;
Tumbleweeds on the wind
so the dark sky shimmers;
Taking everything in;

Enclosure of the Moon
reveries wrap around
with a fiery whimper;
Hoping a wish will catch
celestial tinder.

Autumn's at the mercy of unscrupulous wildfire
A tornado igniting forest walls with leaves aswirl
Flames of colors rare radiant orange sapphire
On glowing wind-borne embers storm, they twirl

October fires, dubbed the season of the witch
Destroying two hundred thousand acres in route
An unmerciful fate leaving a scarred barren ditch
Fierce arid gusty storms are furnaces in this drought

An exploding tinderbox from hades whence it came
A raging menace, water and powder could not rescind
Cherished homes and lush land now go up in a flame
Engulfing the timbers like matches invoked by wild wind

Be warned all pyro’s, the witches of Witch Creek set on fire,
Their smoke will fill your mouth, to tell what you’ve done prior!

Premium Member The Tinder Swindler Is a Spindler

The so called Tinder Swindler is a Coward
He is a Joke
One Netflix documentary and the pathetic little man
Vanished in a puff of smoke
An imaginative guy whose games are over now
Plastic surgery may transform that face
But the evil that resides in those eyes and soul can never be replaced!

Tinder

I wanted to suppress individuality
for the communion of our lives
but the devil lives in a mismatch
in disenchantment
like when i lose you in my busy heart
I took that bath like in the advertisements
best perfume I had
i looked happy in that monday
the car key in the right hand
when you arrived almost funeral
arms hanging aimlessly
then i remembered everything
that could wait happy for me in the city
other streets
beautiful houses
oaks in spring
special smiles
then I decided it's not you i want cling

Feelings Harboured

Busily flicking possibilities, swarmed faces swum
Fishes flipped fast before the following
Murky harbour deep, screen swallowing
Clear impression of traits innate to individual ones

Flash of fin colour, gleam of sleek opalescent flank
Specimen slide best sides on show
Shallow images only clues to know
Intention is an open heart or a self engrossed wank

Beginner on Tinder thrown tasty bait in the deep end
Victim to fisher desiring a dinner
Real reason so seldom admitted
Deliciously caught before thoughts on loving depend

School density indicates potential pool hasn't a limit
Hanging keen line back in again
Hook mouth acrews horrid pain
Superfluous organs scatter float faithful love's inhibit

                     11th November

           - Damn internet cheapening
               of our valuable hearts -

    Harboured feelings a f ucked up game

Tinder

a fortunate match
a union once asunder
let our passion burn

Passion Like Tinder

Are we better than we need to be,
  where does the overage go

Does it store and recycle, to be on call,
  or is it something that nobody knows

In our quest for perfection, humanity cries,
  as passion like tinder is thrown

Flames circling the bed where we dream through the night
 —burning everything into unknown

Tinder

Tinder :

Wedding Rings :

As I swiped right,
At the heart of new love.
At the new age escape,
For finding one another.

I read new stories,
Repeated many times before.
I read of many interests,
Common to all other.

In their sense of uniqueness,
I found a deep sense of similarity.
Sort of like true sense of love,
Of my all experiences and expectations.

The people in poses,
Too perfect for perfection.
The love we found,
Too seemed too defeated.
Like the last resort,
Trying to make a new beginning.

But here we find happiness,
A Present secret true love feeling,
Which I have never feel before in my whole life,
Love I suppose,
Needs new escapes.
In today's destructive,
And timeless age.

So,I placed a ring upon your hand,
and you placed one on mine..
The meaning of our wedding ring
we easily define:

It means we now are one,
in becoming future hubby and wife.
It means total commitment,
forever in this life.

It means togetherness
in everything we do.
It means our love will ever be
pure, sincere and true,.

It means as hubby and wife,
we commit to do our part.
This little band, upon our hand;
Is a promise from each heart.

Tinder

I installed the tinder app,
Hoping that a match could fill my heart's gap.
But I used to swipe left or right,
Just to get through another boring night.

Then I saw my crush on tinder,
What on earth she is doing here still I wonder.
Thousand thoughts ran in my mind,
But when it comes to her I am blind.

Even if I give her super like or swipe right,
Still there won't be no light in my night.
Because for her I am a stranger,
As if I am some kind of danger.

Should I swipe left,
Where nothing is left,
Or should I swipe right,
Where nothing is right.

Confusions,memories and thoughts ran in my mind,
But no solution I could find.
I couldn't close the app then,
Because one day I would have to face her again.

No matter what happens my feelings for her will always remain the same,
As my heart always screams her name.
Hoping for the light in my night,
I swiped right.

So I installed the tinder app,
Hoping that a match could fill my heart's gap.
But then I saw her on tinder,
And I swiped right hoping that one day I would put a ring on her finger.

The Tinder Poem

We swiped left, then swiped right. Mostly out of curiosity or just to get through another boring night.

I swiped left, you swiped right. It can be that way or the other way around.

I swiped left and you also swiped left. Now we can never meet in person or maybe that’s just our fate.

I swiped right and you also swiped right. I guess we made the right decision, is my assumption precise?

Yeah! So maybe we met on Tinder, but someday I hope to put a ring on your finger.
