Sidewalk Steppin

Crime wave, crime pays
Crime goes on all day
But its not a crime to
feel the way i feel
Say the things I say
I stole your bike
cause had built in getaway
I stole your wife bewcause
She said she wasnt
into it anyways
I dont know why Im so
Worried about it.
God knows the world
Servbes me cold
So I sent your wife
riding your bike righ
Back into your life
Right back to you

 that
Right here in the situation
Right here in the clench
Jammed up in the bottleneck
Right here in the strategic conversation
Youre complete dissertation
Your doctorites thesis
On masterbation
You otta check
Direct deposit your
Thoughts through
your hollow neck
If you check what I bought
You know
That its time that
Its time to inspect

He was a hero (not)
Infinite frigid cool-frozen cold subzero
A circle infinite ero

Resting on a pillow
Nestled in asleep in the willow
Mouth wide open, open curtains
Has a guest, not his wife and let
He rose,
She rose

Not a Godly man
Steppin out, and (just got caught)
Now label both them just wearin a sheet
Standin on their feet
in vitro-vitro

Not a good righteous couple neither one of them
Mine hero they’re just zeros
This couple of adulterers no heroes

From Me To You

I know I'll see you all in due time
Everyday I awake with y'all in mind
Since that's all I got
Memories are bittersweet
So soon as my feet hit concrete
May God bless every step I take
And bless every memory I make
So please forgive me for the sins I commit
But from my heart, I just wanna repent
My time spent, walking through life findin direction
Watchin for land mines on this this path that I'm steppin
My heart be heavy but it still hurts at times
I guess that's why you feel my pain in every line
This my therapy for my soul
Not really caring about goin platinum or goin gold
So what I go through only God knows
And there's nothing in life that can bring back those
Ones that I constantly think about
And shed tears fo
Cause in the physical form I'll see you no mo
Every line I speak the truth
This is something I had to write, from me to you

Cease

Feeling these reeling things while i'm dealing with life, unappealing,
opposition to my competition on what life means, its composition,
we'll never really know, whats after or below, I guess go with the flow, yo, where's the afterglow?
isn't it ridiculous, like god and what a prick he is, people dieing in his name have you seen him steppin into this?? does he give a ****??

I think i need a therapist, they say that i'm a pessimist, I guess I'm just not good at this, the questions of do we exist.

is this **** blasphemy?? ****'s a catastrophe, I wonder if she'll set me free, the voice that lives inside of me,
sometimes i stay awake, i feel the earth spin, shake, is it an earthquake, or am i just over baked??
my lungs feel up with smoke, you know that I love to toke, coughing, **** I always choke, laughing it's all just one big joke
that is my therapy, religion so to speak, it is my way of findin peace, and i vow to never cease.

Men and the Moonlight

The moon shines so beautifully in her misery
Grace the world with thousand ribbons of silver rays.

There was a young man,
A pleasure slumber seeker
Eyes bares love and faith
The hands grip the dreams and expectations
Steppin definitely in spirit
To the unknown life ahead

Forty years have passed
Two young men sit together
One with gray hair and wrinkled face
Other, a fresh and naive young soul
A bond of flesh and blood
Talking about life and living

And the moon..? A loyal companion in solitude
For the happiness of every soul, she craves.

Tears For Reflections Past

It happened fast, like a camera flash
Next I know she tip toes across my heart strings
She dances across it
Brief like mistletoe, awkward like middle school
Steppin on toes, her laugh turns hollow
Simple tune and my fears prove true
As the Celestial turns Demonic
And I rip
The stars from the sky for ammunition
Another part of my childhood turns victim
Another grave stone to mark a failed expectation
I scream in the memories
I shed tears for reflections past
Another smile built as an ashtray
Another shot and my sight goes amber
I was once the glass menagerie staring through the looking glass
Pressure cooked and shattered, eyes turned to broken glass
All I see are nightmares and faded dreams
As I hide in sleep simply to reminisce
As I saunter through my scar garden

Its not always what it looks like,
my insight sometimes bases things
on perception, so @ times I get big head on things and
fall victim to my own ******** no half steppin, you see
what other ppl see is, me having it all together but little
do they know I'm a Christian because I'm weak so don't
allow my flesh to decieve thee, he redeemed me so
believe me when I say
I'm no better than you I just try wit all my might to live by
the spirit and not conform to, the ways of this world, I
don't always make the right decisions In my past I
rebuked some Holy women but, in my eyes @ that
moment that wasn't the fish I was fishing for my eyes
seen some things that I didn't think I was ready for but
unto him who is able to do exceedingly and abuundantly
revive me from this cardiac arrest throw me a blessing I
don't have room enough to receive yeah honestly you
know I need, want, & desire but let thy will be done not
mines all praise & honor to the Sire

The Labrynth

Sometimes we feel like life is hard to face
and we race on a track with the lines misplaced
movin fast in separate directions passin by blessins that were meant to ease our stressin but we just keep steppin
and often we come to intersections and share our lessons only to find we have answered no questions
then we continue this fraud and the world never responds seeing as we throw a facade we think can fool even God
if only they knew that behind closed doors confusions beast roared and despairs birds soared and only the sword of the lord could take down discord
but being so sore from our misguided race when we try to lift it were quickly disgraced
and in that final hour they are nearly devoured
overtaken by the most forsaken angel to taste heaven
but before the teeth of the beast could seal their defeat the lord takes hold of his sword and knocks him off his feat
Then when we see there is nothing left to fear
still we ask where do we go from here

Then fiddled with all his might

Two-Steppin

we're drinking our first long neck and our feet tap in time
to the steel guitar and this music that is prime
we're gonna dance all night cause tomorrow's a day of rest
even if it wasn't we'd stay 'til the sun crests

when me and you are two-steppin nothing gets in the way
we worked so hard this morning so tonight we can play
hanging with our friends at this country western dive
you paid for the first one but that's the only one you'll buy

this wood or is dusty and some guys are playing pool
a fight will soon break out cause they don't play by the rules
baby, when we're dancing nobody else is in this room
we've just started the evening and it's over much too soon

Buddy buys another round and takes Susie out to dance
he asked for my hand for this one but you told him "not a chance"
with your arm around me we're headin out to the floor
the sun will be high upon us when we leave that's for sure

when me and you are two-steppin nothing gets in the way
we worked so hard this morning so tonight we can play
hanging with our friends at this country western dive
you paid for the first one but that's the only one you'll buy

Hold On

Friday night and I'm out with my friends
you saunter up, when the music begins
you ask for a dance and before it is through
that's when your hands start two steppin too

hold on there cowboy we just met
move your hands up higher if you want to dance
I don't even know if I like you like that
move your hands up higher..keep them off my ass

once again we begin...an appropriate stance
music still playin, we give it another chance
that's when your fingers start doing the electric slide
and people on the floor are giving us the eye

hold on there cowboy, we just met
move your hands up higher if you want to dance
if you want to keep them fingers..I'll give em one more chance
move your hands up higher...keep them higher on my back!

Manic Mary

There she goes the Bi-Polar Queen on her typical manic daydream
steppin to the tunes in her head, while hanging on her manic ledge.
Girl don't you worry, girl don't you cry,
Step out of your box, step out of your mind,
Let go of that ledge your gonna be fine.
I know it's hard for you to let go, when hanging on is all you've known
Though if you let go, you will see, that in letting go, you'll set yourself free.

Will

Everyday that we're together
will be...
another reason not to give up.

For every hardship we go through
will come...
the gift of us growing stronger together.

Every downfall that we may encounter
will become...
a steppin-stone for us to build upon.
