The knowing by which everything is known,
vibrant essence of life, pure living light,
as what we are and yet can never own,
is magnetism that ushers bliss delight.

Mind cannot label each point in the sky,
the joy tingle when pheromones mingle,
involuntary spasms when heart does sigh,
yet is cognised by our soul’s eye single.

Using the power of bilocation,
skilfully shape shifting in all domains,
flame of consciousness our meditation,
we become a God-spark that wears no chains.

As both dreamer and dreamed, we are the all ~
We are the heartbeat that spurs a bliss squall

Premium Member Awareness

Are we self-aware when we are awake
conscious of thoughts that arise and subside,
wherein our presence, tranquil like a lake,
across vast oceans does peacefully glide?

Entwined with space, as we imbibe God’s grace,
do we remain blissful in the dream state,
releasing each offering we embrace,
nonchalant to fears and desires that bait?

One with oneness, when we are in deep sleep,
employing power of bilocation,
do we therein take a consciousness leap,
skilfully surfing every vibration?

Dropping tendencies that bind us to form,
lets remain poised in God’s benign bliss storm.

My eyes don’t smile anymore

Bob that guy at table five
He’s kinda giving me the shivers

Did he say something to you.the grease from the heat of his grill causing droplets of sweat to form on his nose his old hand grasping tighter on his
engraved knife

She grabbed his arm
The fury of the man she loved

No he is very polite
but it’s just something
probably just a chill
lowering her husbands hand

She watched him for a sec
Her gaze pulled by the attention of a young couple
eager to pay and leave
He giggled as she kissed
his cheek and pulled him
from the booth

She smiled as she got to
the table
not an empty plate
she skilfully loaded herself
Each item on the tray
positioned in perfect arrays

As she returned to the table
a newly heated cloth in hand

Excuse me

She turned instantly
Yes, her customer smile kicked in

How can I help you

Could I possibly get a draught coke with ice please

No probl problem she stumbled her words

She realised what was bothering
He smiled but not his eyes…

fingers skilfully skimming
over the piano keys
akin to bliss magnetism
renewing rapture with ease

betrothed to God, love distils
vibrations unbecoming
succumb to slow seduction
bliss strobes in our heart drumming

Approaching the Night

The fog delays alighting;
Suddenly I appear in that street.

the moon tries to peep out of the well

The wind chases a song all over the street.

As if some stranger I am watched uneasily.

A bunch of dogs come swimming
and get buried in the gaps of fence.

Losing consciousness
chaos escape the memory.

Rain that went past me
reaching the street-corner where I stood
was returning.

Despite closing skilfully
dog’s tail wags outside imagination.

The eyes of some passing across
hang me, who they had carried away,
upon a tree.

Slipping off the hands of those dragging me
Night has fallen down.

Better to lose even those things carefully guarded
and go searching for them in his company.

With many a moment of imagination turning blurred
I am left in a dense jungle directionless.

Behind the staircase, cowardly feet were stealthily
Climbing.

I am forcibly evicted from
the Night of few minutes.

These do not take place in just one night.

Premium Member Silence In the Face of the Enemy Is Defeat

We are living in a world where many have lost touch within their primary senses
denying the truth where hell is skilfully cruel judging and condemning righteousness
It presents itself as the conflict fighting against sacred rights
primitive by nature its intentions towards reasoning is diabolical
when life began we started of perfectly innocent
Influenced by others the world began spinning around morals
temptations began to get a grip naked hiding behind sin
it all began to form through dishonesty forming this blindness
Caves of a beggar always telling lies hiding in darkness
the general rule in line with conduct lowered by these standards
shows how false science can clearly leave its mark deeply rooted
Just because you have a p,h,d when promoting evil makes you stupid
wisdom has a way of educating those willing to learn right from wrong

Premium Member My Purple Balsams

In neatly lined up pots in a row
Flaming red and purple balsams in clusters grow
A visual treat to adoring eyes
A haunt frequented by the bees

Do not need much care, but may fade
If not allowed a little shade
Flimsy they are of delicate stems
With light green leaves of serrated hems

Planted in my skilfully laid up yard
They invariably make me glad
Gleaming in the first rays of the sun
By their simple beauty, my heart they won

When the flowers wither, pods appear
In time, for self dissemination, they prepare
When fully ripe, the pods explode
And seeds fly as birdies from their nest to explore!

Thus Nature’s ways are so amazing
Even in plants is an inherent training,
For seeds to leave the comfort of their pods
And find their own space fighting all odds!

Trumpeting Their Voices To Space

I
I had big plans to fast and pray: Maundy Thursday
More prayer than fasting, while preparing slowly
For the evenings bible study, I a weak disciple
Neighbors played their competing loud music, as usual
Then I paused: discerning a yearning theme in the cacophony

II
One powerful female tenor seemed to address sky and space
In clarion calls, vagaries and varieties of love embodied vocally
I had dismissed music I did not find inspiring, until skilfully deployed
They made a case for a dignity, even universal honor, through loving
On Earth: we crave loyalty, human love, more than hell to avoid

The Journeys of the Prophet Mani

Greatly he played the flute of God in India fully
Beautifully he played the lyre of light in Persia
Gracefully he played the drum of power in Babylon
Skilfully he played the harp of wisdom in Parthia

No land welcomed or even tolerated his music
Though his beautiful song reached the sunrise of the vast Earth
Shadow was vanquished by his splendid and bright appearance
Know that this musician was named Mani who brought rebirth

Bring Love and Peace

Bringing love and peace
Yes bringing to the table,
All that’s good for understood-
you're hot to trot and able…

To gather all that’s right
use it for what’s just,
Then share to make all healthy
when meeting you just must…

For you are kind and all so fine
skilfully real neat,
Assigning you great work to do
to strengthen all the meek.

Prosperity your destiny
potential from the birth,
Live this opportunity
to better all your worth.

With peace and love from up above
you're worthy and you're wise,
To speak what’s true connecting through
for others utilise...

Positivity, Enlightenment
encouragement, support,
Advancement is enhancement
via optimistic thought.

Actions are essential
though powerful the voice,
Teach to those so others know
our will is given choice….

To bring love and peace to increase
greater higher virtue,
For future great to serve ones plate
when presently we nurture.

Premium Member Butterfly Ladies of Lockdown

Pretty butterfly please come dance for me
I am a lamp and I'm lonely you see
Solitary here, I need company.

I heard there's lockdown, so no one hangs out
No gaiety, laughter or rowdy shouts
Can't understand what it is all about.

So let me shine o'er your fine filigree
Flutter your wings in my light skilfully
Be my ladies of lockdown, dance for me.

Premium Member Harvest Mouse

Oh little mouse,
You are so small,
You are petite,
You are so cute,
You are so sweet.

With grasping tail
And tiny feet
You climb tall stems
Of swaying wheat.
Reaching the top
You eat the grain,
Then skilfully,
Climb down again.

Oh little mouse,
You are so small,
You are petite,
You are so cute,
You are so sweet.

Vembadi, my Alma Mater

On day one, I stepped into school tearfully,
In school uniform, clutching my bag nervously.
Miss Barker appeared! I gazed at her fearfully,
Her foreign face scared the native lass tremendously!

Miss Barker, the disciplinarian, and her walk daily
From Lower to Upper School, we’ll never forget.
The great lady, with her methodical ways,
Our last foreign head, guided our school skilfully!

We learnt to read, write and count effortlessly,
But faced tests and exams anxiously.
We took part in sports and games snappily;
At break times I ran out with friends happily!

Miss Mabel Thambiah, our first national Principal,
Succeeded Miss Barker calmly and unflappably.
She steered the school at all times marvellously,
Specially in the turbulent takeover years!

Our teachers worked so painstakingly!
With improved knowledge and manners, we prayed daily.
The years flew by, our schooling ended quietly,
And I stepped out, at seventeen, gallantly!

Premium Member The Little Fisher

The Fisher.

A flash of iridescent turquoise
Captured by rays of awakening sun
As a new day born has begun
Among the thickets and leafy sprawling trees
Weeds and reeds
Kissed by morning dew
Wildflowers proliferate with a pleasing hue

Thereby a sparkling trickling
Silver ribboned stream
Reflecting fragmented images of evergreen
Within the stillness and quiet site
A small darting bird takes flight

Following the streams perpetual flow
As swift and as straight as an arrow
The feathered jewel takes a rest
On a overhanging branch
Displaying it’s striking orange breast
The little fisherman
Waits patiently
For a careless little fish to swim by
And kiss the sky
Down the fisher plunges
Within a blink of an eye

Skilfully it captures
It’s silver treat
Dangling from it’s pointed beak
And swallows in a gulp

A jewel to behold in natures treasure chest
A Juvenile
From a sandy bank cosy nest
A joy and pleasure to behold.

The Honey Bee

The honeybee skilfully builds her cell.
She graciously secrete the wax,
Labours hard to store it well
And blesses others with the honey she makes.

The honey bee blesses each hour,
And gather honey all the day
From every shining flower
And sweetens hearts everyday.

Her smiles sweeten
When the heart get bitter.
Her words sweeten
When the heart get sour.

She is the Honey bee;
Garnished with mellifluous teeth;
Whose personality is like that of a Queen bee;
Whose presence is as a cool stream to weary feet.

Oh, come and have a sublime taste of honey;
A gift you can't buy with money.
Come and behold the eyes dripping with honey;
From morning until evening.
