In 1977, you starred in an episode of doctor Who.
If you hadn't died, today you would've turned 82.
You starred in an episode of "Enemy At The Door".
You were a very talented actor but not anymore.
In 1989, you starred in "The Woman In Black".
Sadly, you died and you won't be coming back.
You starred in five episodes of "Coronation Street".
You starred in three hundred and fifty-five episodes of "Heartbeat".
In 1962, you starred in "Top Secret" and "Mystery Submarine".
Today would've been your birthday if you hadn't died in 2019.

Poetry Notes:
Juicy Fruit gum wrapper surrounded by sea foam bubbles, found 2 hours after low tide while walking on St. Simons Island beach on December 4, 2011. Photo taken with my iPhone 5 or my iPad 4. I can't remember which :)

Hale-Bopp’s fly-by
midnight stroll St. Simons beach …
lovers gently kiss
You can keep your suicidal suit wardrobe wars...drawers of destruction
In your consumption of insubordinate illusions...intrusions of insanity
~~~
You can keep your vanity and desired disease...appease the ego
In your tuxedo tailor-made by tyrants...compliance and conformity
~~~
You can keep your deformity and defamation...population desensitized
In your advertised agony and defeat...secrete societal sermons
~~~
You can keep your damaged demons & whores...centaur’s modern maze
In your tangled haze of hallucinations...limitations, and liabilities
~~~
You can keep your disabilities of discontent...disorient of discipline
In your simpleton slaved seduction...obstruction in obedience

'Happy Easter Everyone'
How pedestrian of you
not to think
outside your box
I understand
sketchy neighbourhood
being too afraid to stop
I don't mean to be insulting
pedestrian has more meanings
but not one of them
speed bump
and as you rock it
in your three ton
cozy bassinet
mind two wheels
despite your vigor is not
a speed impediment
and don't believe
that that last text
is truly a matter of life and death
I'd rather be late in this life
than early for the next.

Societal Discontent
Are We The People?
Our Constitution is a fact
For many years it’s been intact
Amendment two our favorite one
To speak with freedom barring none
An independence to declare
That we are equal from our birth
Proclaimed by Lincoln but the dearth
Of lacking freedom of respect
Torch lit marchers still move on a
Miilliennium of hate returns
Again the president affirms
Let’s make America vague again
To delve into ambiguity
Alas, our history in pain
Repeats itself as if to say
Free speech of hate is not the way

Delirium Dust
In the corner of my room you’ll find many a decentralizing delirium dust
Where my mind does consume peripheral visions of malevolent distrust
Deprivations that entomb metabolic disturbances of cunning combust
Temporal lesions loom of psychotic disorders in a state of thriving thrust
I see you but can not touch thru nociceptive nightmares nurturing night
Hallucinogens that will crutch frantic neurons paleocortical penal plight
I feel you but can not clutch a dimensional dementia in a demons fright
Denunciative delusions a monstrous much external images in fetal flight
I sense you but can not taste chemoreceptic catacombs a pernicious smell
Stimuli distortions of waste proprioceptors penetrating the gates of hell
The love I give is displaced impalpable illusions within a condemned cell
The love received defaced from a schizophrenic defamatory defunct dwell.

Hallucination

Unique
As she was
Once so vibrant
Powerful
And invincible
Not much left of her now
Other than precious memories
And her signature ring
That I so treasure
I have a secret
I’ll share with you only
Come close
Let me whisper in your ear
My grand-mother’s ring is magical
When I look into the diamond
And without any effort on my part
Coming to life at will
Her hand appears out of thin air
Filling out the ring
And the rest of her body follows
Like an inflatable version of herself
She never speaks
She just smiles

Did you know the Gecko cannot blink ?
No I did not, but it sounds alluring that image
Of a focused lizard reptilian in glorious intent
From hide bound tail to protruding cheeks and jowl
So I blink, too tired to contemplate the enemy who stalks
Unruly neighbor holding night long juice jointed jamborees
Where alcohol steams the atmosphere with its truth venom
Inhaling vapours that create this courage that carries cowards
Yes I will blink, sleep deprived laborer courting reluctant pens
Refusing to yield hidden gems and buried treasures like jade
And tanzanite blue rhythms that accompany melodies and dirges
Legend has it that only the cry of the lion is met with sympathy
That of the lamb actions firing coals and flaring wood piles
Eager to consume flesh of the flesh returning it to the soil
Crosses are only temporary and sting in Easter
If carried by the many Simons that dot our unholy lives
Mother was the first and most enduring taken for granted
Only Gecko’s know the patient denuding effects of focus
Turning this pages that refuse to yield riches
And daily only seem to offer me
The menses of aborted dreams
No need to bother those of light thinking
For these things are not known to them;
It’s like plucking a nanny goat a sweet tune ;-
She responds not to your fine musical gem.
There’s simply no need to tell your wise words
To ignorant nonentities such as Simons and Peters,
For they will never understand your language
Even if you yell right into their waxed ears.
Give not your most treasured jewels to the pigs
For they will trample on them and trample on you;
They are ever decided recalcitrant fools
Who oppose and curse everything wise or new.
Each day
as the night falls
and I lay my head
on the lap of sleep
to rest,
Someone sneaks in
through the backdoor
of my mind and
lights up myriad candles
of a disconcertingly recurring dream.
Holding my hand
with an angelic softness
It leads me on a
meandering grassy trail
across lush meadows
through the fields of flowers
past verdant woods and valleys
onto a dusty sun-baked path
engulfed in a shimmering
haze of heat and dust to
an abandoned stable
that sits silently and forlorn
in the searing midday sun
amid a windswept wasteland.
There it makes me sit
on a sacrificial altar,
Puts on my head
a crown of thorns
and hands me
a burning cross.

making up for years of lack,
unable to speak,,the heart held back,
oh, how it looks so selfish and absorbed,
as if seeking attention, the heart wants to love more,
unexplained, you just do as i say,
as if losing the freedom to speak, a voice at bay,
"simon says" was a cruel game to be played,
it stunted my growth as if i couldn't understand the directions he gave,
so here i stood, always striking out first,
to stand to the side, to watch and observe,
and it wasn't so bad to just watch and see,
because next time i just told the better player some strategy,
i wasn't on my tippie toes to wanna jump back in the game,
so then i started to strike out on purpose, ide rather help motivate the game,
sure enough, simons game got old,
there was a new game in town, "Twister" unfolds,
highly motivated, my favorite game!,
Parker Brothers,,i commend you!! you got the right aim!!! ;)
Left the Synagogue
Went to Simons house
His Mother-in Law
Had a high fever
Jesus rebuked it
The people came
With much sickness
He layed his hands
And healed them all
Demons left
They shouted
Son of God
My Love
My Life
Healed
