Triad In 7 Beats

Fragile fleeting dew drop spheres
Pearl the web as day appears:
Silken string of fairy tears.

Mourning Dew

Window soaked in murky dew

Trickles of death's ache —so blue

Reflecting your face, anew.

Strings of nighttime’s crystal roll
Where pen and ink drain mashed scroll
Till bubbles pop—-lines console!

Triad In 7 Beats - Spiderweb

Spider silk, spun snare of steel
Morning's moisture, spheres reveal
Deathly wonder, deadly wheel

Triad In 7 Beats Opaque Hue

chartreuse leaflets sprinkle dew,
   with faint droplets...opaque hue-
                 weave me lattice to renew

Diamond sequins lure his threads
Silken lies, the web he spreads
Breaks her heart, a tear she sheds
                          ..

Triad In Seven Beats

dew drops bask in spider's hospitality

black widow opened her hands
of silky sheets, pillows grand
to sleeping dew drops that land

connie pachecho

Tears as serene morning dew
Hang onto subtle thought strings,
Lavalliere decors my soul.

Life…liberty,
Happiness pursued—
 Voting rights denied.

     Raindrops falling,
  free puddles forming;
fish swimming in a bowl

    Checkmate;
  a life’s pause—
the game goes on…

'The Spider Queen'

Eighty-eight pearls in the green
Nature's web the spider queen
Don’t disturb she’ll make a scene.

Mists Of His Ghost

When mists of evening shimmer

tears like raindrops   seem to blur;

His ghost trails---I grow dimmer.

Dew as tears in spider thread
                                     Silkens as silk green....web bead,
                                            Hiding the spider ahead.

TRIAD IN 7 BEATS

                    As glistening pearl droplets
                   Threaded opal around neck
                   Crisp rain molecules beckon

Monitoring self,
nature made her decisions:
disaster rained down…

The water rose—
Life sank beneath the level;
hope floated above…

Like Noah, we wait…
flooding water standing still—
Vultures roost on wires.

A Haiku Triad: a New Love Song, Within a New Morn'

A half- moon is punched
into the sky washed with sea
tints this August morn'.

The wings of a young
snow- white egret are spread,
as he hovers, and dips

into the water-
fall. The deep robicund land
surrounds the river.

Triad To My Love (Triad)

I give to you three things of love:
A rose, a kiss and my heart.
Of all these gifts treasure my heart:
In truth, in love, in trust.
For in my heart lies three Divine things for you:
My love, my soul, my destiny.

Untitled Triad of Haikus

The lone rain puddle
Catches the shimmering moon
As it mimics the sun

And mirrors the dreams
Of our long ago youth
With days eroded

Like the shores upon
Which we strolled, listening
To the crashing waves

An Untitled Triad of Haikus

As the tide rushes
forward, brown -black seaweed strands
wrap the graceless leg.

Silver scaly fish
catch the glister of the sun
as silken drops of sea

slide off the pallid
hand lifting to wave to those
on the retreating shore.

A Triad of Haiku IIII

Neck-craning grey goose,

Alerted head half-turned;

An eye fixes me.
--------------------------------------

Madly racing Swifts,

Screaming loudly cloud to cloud,

Scythe through the hot air.
--------------------------------------

Autumn, why approve

The harvesting for your yet

Unfinished produce?
Form: Haiku

A Triad of Senryu: The Peeping Tom

Placing the candle

Upon the wide window board...

She unpins her hair.
-------------------------------------

Her bare white shoulders

Outshine the frail Moon's weak gaze;

Her coy disrobing.
-------------------------------------

Him moving the screen!

Bamboo and silk will not mask

His greedy intent.
