Rooms to go
O Monami! Fiancé these days!
They forgot to pick wrought iron
In their unsung Mays!

In seasons, they sprinkled
In salts they tried,
In their secret recipes
Even my Clover died!

PS. It is still poetry!

Time In Her Daily Hurry
Time in her daily hurry,
if she were a teen-age girl,
studying biology in college,
would make a poor fiancé.

Without virtue of patience
and values of courtship
she would be Sahara desert
with only one public oasis...

The Mask
The Mask

If you take the mask off
The ones who play Santa
This year
You will see the grin
Of high fiancé.
Once again we have walked
Into its evil trap
Set for naïve Christians and those
Who think it is their duty
to celebrate the birth of Christ
in this unbecoming manner...

Memorial Day Disfunction
Packing up your things today
No way that you can stay
Your time to fly away
 Keep your demons at bay
Not making any headway
 Tired of you in replay
Cashing in your sick pay
 No more a fiancé
Fifty shades of your grey
 This is my power play
Live with love a better way
 This memorial day
Our independence May...

Engaged
Your new fiancé is displaying her diamond solitaire. She is so happy while traveling almost everywhere. So you’re tying the knot and getting married away? I’ll bet you can’t wait until that happy day. The important thing to remember when you propose is that the ring goes on her finger, not on her nose!

Formerly a "Destiny's Child"; her mononym rhymes with fiancé

Much more than "Sasha Fierce", she's the wife of rapper, Jay-Z
A behemoth of a songstress, undeniably R&B's reigning queen bee

As I sit and ponder on my bed
A storm is brewing in my head

I wait for the madness to stop
I feel my like my brain will pop

Why is life so extremely hard?
My soul is broken and scarred

And tear ducts no longer work
My Fiancé left me,with a smirk

I sit and ponder how I can heal
But first I have to somehow feel

A Lady From Maine
There once was a lady from Maine
Whose fiancé drove her insane
They all called him Fred
He slept in his sled
His dogs howled again and again

Well she shot him twice in the head
The doctor said he was quite dead
The sheriff said, "Belle",
"I don't think you're well -
"You could use a nice feather bed."

From Your Fiancé
I found your letters yesterday—
Eighteen years ago.
You wisely wrote from Paris in francais
Without the pride, without the show.

I’m glad to note, I feel no more,
Reading you anew
Except to marvel how your closing door
Was shut so softly. Subtle you.

The tactfulness in every line
Missed me way back then.
Your dignity indelibly divine…
Thanks come slow from certain men....

A Matter of Preference
Fred prefers a mouse
connected by a wire
to his keyboard.
Walt prefers a mouse

that’s portable, able
to roam over the desk
in Walt’s big hand.
For Walt the danger is

the mouse may slip
and fall off the desk,
hit the floor and break.
That's happened twice.

Fred prefers a wife, one
he’s had for 30 years.
Walt prefers a fiancé,
a new one every year.

TEAR DROPS

Oh, these young people!
I know that I look like hell
But I had my day
One punk asked, “Were you born old?”
“I was wrinkled as a babe

Then grew beautiful”
He tried so hard not to laugh
Grabbed his mouth turned red
I showed him a photograph
Of my fiancé and me

In those early days
Days before we were married
Looked like college kids
We were dressed up for a dance
I shed a tear for romance...

Who Am I
I'm a man that is trying to heal his inner-self.
But this little boy is too far gone.
I'm struggling with financial wealth.
The young boy only wanted love and support all along.
I'm grateful for my fiancé always loving me.
That young boy needed hope out of the darkness.
Her love and care has set me free.
The weeping young boy needs help with his brokenness.
I have a true family who understands how I feel.
This young boy only wants to heal....

Love is... Tears of joy rolling down the cheeks of your fiancé, as you ask her to marry you. Love is... Holding hands as you walk through the park, fifty years after the day you first met. Love is... Something you can spend a lifetime looking for, only to realize, it was right before your eyes the whole time. Love is... Spending your lifetime with the one you know you truly love.

Premium Member Facing Your Fear
Alarmed finally, after the Jersey bull
Placed its head against my belly
Started to press down the way I might
Try to push away some dread
Like the one that was heaving through
My chest, resembling acid reflux I guess

My fiancé saved me from the bull
Kicking him none too gently in the nose
As he pulled me away from his terse form
And toward his own more affectionate hug

Gratefully, I fell into his embrace
And sighed a hint of relief through
Clenched, panicked lips of dismay...
