orange sentiments stick out of the seriousness of today
tantalizing me, teasing me to want to laugh, sing and play
I feel younger, more worthy, a hero, someone who could be adored.
If you would have said I was a mere human I would have been floored.
We had to divorce daddy the five-year-old said
Her mommy had planted this inside her head
He is uncourtable she announced with sass
What does that mean? I asked the tiny lass
We are angry with him, Mommy and I
A tiny tear slid out of her little left eye
Daddy still loves you, I told her, of course
He got me a dog, she told me, but I wanted a horse
Proving he still loves you, I reiterated
Yes, she smiled. Something to be celebrated.
I turned the conversation to positivity.
She had been through enough, my grand niece Vee.
Always Remember
...summer kisses, moonlit nights, strolling by the sea...and me.
First and Last
Our last times, gone, but our first times, always in memory.
Music Box
A garage sale music box plays, "I will always love you".
From the Sky
She tumbled from the sky - what a lucky lad was I.
One Eye Blink
Heaven sent, no time to think, she was gone in one eye blink.
Magic Flower
Gaze at her an hour - your love will not rise from that flower.
Enchanting Woman
Mona Lisa, Doris Day, you were The Twist, the ballet.
To Dreamland
Dear lullaby, take the apple of my eye...to dreamland.
Wedding Anniversary
From the first girl scout cookie to a glad gift of gold - sold!
Land Meets Sea
man of land and woman of sea, meet in sand, loving free
Was I part of your twisted fantasy?
Igniting emotions that you could never reciprocate?
The audacity.
Leaving over the slightest discomfort!
It was silly of Me,
to mistake all your red flags for fixable nuances.
Bending over backward to accommodate you,
I wish I had enough rage to hate you,
I can't seem to reach that degree.
All I have are questions, that only I seem to answer,
Letting go is a serendipitous process,
I am somehow finding comfort in the peace I have found.
Mellow music and a lark's sweet song ~
My memories recall devout days of
lasting love and tender thoughts.
No wistful weeping or trickling tears
slowly shed with dire dread
free fall from my expressive eyes.
I've been blessed with a happy heart.

NOTE:THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE using spaces&breaks without grammatical symbols ,the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and responds thus making this enigmatic form a two way interplay & interpretatIon unique to the moment& changing according to mood is inherently variable.

Releasing these poisonous thoughts that often pierces repetitive lingering thoughts stored in one’s mind. Look towards the sun and release those poisonous thoughts to shine on you, allowing rays of warmth and positive energy to flow, sipping some herbal tea and casting those unwanted thoughts, no distractions only invoking positive energies and allowing sentiments to enter.
A Collection of Sentiments
To the whole world:
I hope for thou and pray there’s still good left
Yet no matter how low my expectations go,
Thou still manage to disappoint me.
Sometimes I see a light out in the darkness,
But not long after,
It’s tainted.
To all my friends:
Thou art the reason I still hope for the world,
Despite the evidence of the abysmal.
A true friend is hard to come by,
And harder still to keep.
But the times we’ve had
Will be with me till the end.
Yet I love you all,
Friend or not,
Victory or failure,
Disappointment or satisfaction,
And I wish I had time enough in this world to know and understand
The way thou think
The way thou feel
And how thou see thyself
But alas,
I must go.
I am but adrift in this world,
For a tiny speck of time,
And my path is sundered from thine in one way or another,
And as such my eyes never see the workings of thy mind.
Not really.
And as such thou fall short of my lofty expectations,
And dreams are my only solace.
A Tout Le Monde,
A Tout Mes Amis,
Je Vous Aime.
Je Dois Partir.
If these are the last words I ever speak,
Then I’d be free
sore the heart so aches
tears flow down our faces fall
lost filled with no joy

I
I want to honor Jesus
in my life, my words
I fail - every day
I AM forgiven anyway
Honoring Him I change

For humanity

This is a new day (via POTD):
So many sentiments shared
In Hope, in generosity
Thy comments - word by WORD -
Hearken to the Living Word:
Speak life not death
With words, thoughts
That deny the divine
In nature, kine, and human Kind.

am low down in a ditch;
I am slow and poor longing not to be rich;
Juz want somethings, a little shelter, little food
To be out of the elements rain and cold
I wanna just get it
I wanna be hitched
To the one whose whose not false
I wanna be married to a living God
Want Him to be my bridegroom
And I’ll be His bride on this side
I wanna be with a God whom feeds the robins and sparrows
Wanna be wit a God whom supplies ALL my needs
And some of my wants to I would so receive
Be wit a God whom picks me up from out of the muck and mire
the matter of fact
He is the matter that
Created me out of miry muck and clay
Molded me breath His breath in me
then sent me out on my way
this be my SENTIMENTS TESTIMONY
Hallelujah
My God today

Between you and me
Longer is the stream of agony
I am out of breath
You may know
Yet, my mute feelings,
Ages ago,
Are surprised
Waking up
I shake my thoughts
The words are displaced between my wings
I see you revolt,
I take off the robe
Pulling my crooked legs together
I cover the skinny body
Declaring rebellion while erect
And my chest for storms is content.

I like you red,
Embarrassed from what I said
I like you true ,
Needs are special honesty you,
~
Your eyes travel the moon lit nights
As your lips kisses the sunset
And so is your hair.
Waving sweet nice and lovely fills the air
~
Sunflowers reach, up to the skies,
The sun is dazzling, and so are your eyes.
I picture you beyond you
You are beyond picture beautiful

Sensing your nostalgic angst,
I’m gripped with sentimental reminiscences
transcending melancholic predicaments
of yesterdays' significant moments
along crossroads' decisions*
yet beckoning past decades’ jubilation-mirth
in loving relationships wrought by the Lord---
Here am I, your photo album, offering you
my gracious cathartic assistance
amidst the soothing therapy
of radiant flashback scenes
freely allowing you to shed tears
and, or beam with exuberant glee---
Keep me serving
as your steadfast knocker of memory**
when oblivion attempts to prevail in your mind
despite your heart’s defiance.
*Joel 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
**Psalm 145:7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
