UP, and away I go, Hello Mexico!
It's my annual Vacation.
Those Frequent Flyer miles sure saved my Cash,
Except from Thirst and Starvation!
Round ended, Well blended, Senoritas,
There'd be no Fender I'd pass!
Mary Jane and Three more Margaritas,
AAH! It's Splendor in the Grass!
Cause:
my great grandma was "Hispanic" (Puerto Rican), my slight tan will put me in that cast of ugly characters, 'Crayola American's' to be shipped across the Mexican border, but I don't mind.
It's God's country. THE C.C.C.'s ~ Coffee Chocolate and Cocaine!
YYYEEEE HHHAAAAA!
Y'all come see us now ya hea?
A cheating tourist in Rosarito
buys senoritas their drinks incognito
But his wife's on to the lies
and his silly disguise
so now declares their marriage finito!

Trick or treat we are cheetahs
cats of daylight, Lollitas
but on Halloween alas
we're lion Mamacitas
roaring mad Senoritas
cold as frozen granitas
well disguised Mammalias

Ever enjoy a Calzone from Pizza Pizza
Holy crapola, the yummiest surprise, senoritas
A heated-up bundle of joy
A slice of pizza redeployed
Calzone is stuffed with pepperoni and cheese, eureka!
Go Go Boy
He’s got the moves
Smooth like vinyl
Without the grooves
Zip zip zap zap
Making those toes tap
The mood’s psychedelic
as the girls scream and clap
Go Go Boy’s so smooth
They’ve gotta groove
Those kinda vibrations
makes Their bodies move
Scrumptious delicious
with free flowing flair
totally toned physique
and slicked back blond hair
He bathes in their screams
as they toss their underwear
A total solar eclipse
Who makes them stare
Go Go Boy
Is going going gone
No encore or extra song
Girls chanting
wanting to sing along
But he leaves them drenched
wanting more
with heat emanating from their core
Adios senoritas
Watch Go Go Boy go
he’s out the door!
Frogs’ legs
French cuisine fad
Amphibians hopping mad
Shish kebabs
Cubed lamb chislic
Served on toothpick
Pizzas
Flatbread Italian feast
Waist measurement increased
Bird’s nest soup
Rare Chinese foodstuff
Swiftlets sleeping rough
Mexican wraps
Spicy chicken fajitas
Hot as senoritas
Seafood paella
Shrimp, lobster, cuttlefish
Saporous Valencian dish
Maple syrup
Canadians tree tap
Sticky sweet sap
Digestif
After dinner drink
Brandy glasses clink

'six-word couplet poetry contest' : Sponsored by: Mark Toney
Everyone who knows me, realises I get my inspiration from news items. Today, Sunday 10 July 2016. There was a mention on the radio of a bull fighter being killed in Eastern Spain, whilst fighting a bull and being televised live. Pardon that last expression, but it was actually used. I have always been a keen supporter of animal welfare. I hope this poem does not offend anybody, but you know it need not have happened, both the death and this poem!
A Bullfighter was killed in Eastern Spain!
A bullfighter was killed in Spain!
Not by a sword or gun.
No, it was by a bull.
In an arena of no fun.
You see the bull should have died.
The Matador bow to applause!
Be cascaded with flowers.
By senoritas so adored!
Did everybody gasp?
When the bull won instead!
Did anybody praise that bull?
To see their hero dead!
I have not watched the video.
I don’t know if there is one.
I expect others killed that bull.
No one praised that one.
Who in a one sided battle!
Did the unthinkable!
And.
Won!
Condolences to the widow if there is one and children if there are any. (The mad Author)

In the Banana Republic, you
can meet senorita in the sand.
A day from work, pesos in
hand, head for the sand. No
stress, the women are the best
Pretty senoritas ready to rub
a pirate's chest, chest full
of pirate's loot, and no one
gives a hoot.
Away from slaving everyday, the
discos and beaches are the way,
away from motorists trying to
run over everyone's feet
White men still come to Paradise,
paradise island and sunrise. He
says, island people sure are nice.
No wars, just lots of girls in bars,
and even ugly tourists can be stars.
Many island men sure seem happy with
them old ladies in the sand. They always
come back, leaving ole Sir Jack.
No stress, no mess, the Caribbean Islands
are the best.

June is a month of needed vacation for me
Acapulco, Mexico is where I've come to be
Cantina's, tacos, no ice in my margaritas
Karaoke bars and lots of sweet senoritas
Far away from those frigid winters of snow
Relaxing on a beach, then back to work I go
Old Jack knows how to have a lil' bit of fun
See you later. I'm gonna soak up some sun
Tequila! Another margarita-this one frozen

Jack Frost Acrostic Contest
Sposor: Shadow Hamilton
Once upon a time of mobile
chargers,
Lives a small frighten
kittyhawk,
Sacred and lost in the jungle
of Xs!
Trapped for months and
hours,
One day she broke her chain,
And flew days until she reach
a place,
A tree beside a brook called
'POETRY',
And met many new friends,
Caught a glance of a Nuhawk
by another branch,
They soon got along well and
broke into song,
Romantic duet so strong,
Hundreds gathered to listen
and dance.
By late that evening a few
remain,
An Ancient Ox,two
turtledoves,a GhostOwl,and a
ladybug,
When it was finished she
rested her head on his crest.
Which brought the crowd into
rapture!
A happy ending is what we
are after,
Love is not blind for these
fellows,
More to come from the leaves
of Poet's Corner,
Would you stay and hear
some more...?
Until another present us a
bard to tell,
Of lonely hearts finding love
again,
I leave you with the story of
Kittyhawk and her lover....
Adios Amigoes and
Senoritas !!
Did you hear about Don? What a guy!
On the pretty gals he had his eye.
But he had zero chance
with them all. At romance
he kept messing up, for he was shy.
In a language school Don then enrolled
where he learned words of love, I am told.
Of cute *senoritas
he’d ask for *besitas.
His tongue was becoming quite bold!
The language of his newest dear
he’d be whispering into her ear:
With “Jet’aime,” “Querido,”
“Kuss mich” or “Ti amo” -
Through all Europe he roamed without fear.
With his sweet words, he’d go on and on
till he tired of a girl and be gone.
And that’s how a guy
named Don, once so shy,
is now known as a famous *Don Juan.
*senoritas = young ladies (in Spanish)
*besitas = little kisses (in Spanish)
*Jet'aime = I love you (in French)
*Querido = My dear (in Spanish)
*Kuss mich = Kiss me (in German)
*Ti amo = "I love you (in Italian)
*Don Juan= name for a womanizer (Spanish/English)

Between emerald mountains there
Markets sprawl under Dominican feet
Cycles a buzz up, down around the square
I watch as the palm leaves senoritas sweep
Ladies beneath basket heads walk the broken streets
Taps upon my shoulder as youthful vendors beg them bare
Along with a blinding kindness of the underlying thieves
Because I am the foreign, the strangness to make them stop and stare
everything reminds me of him
i dont know what to do
all i do is think of him
which only leaves me
feeling sad and blue
i know he.s having a good time
back in his native land
being back with his senoritas
while im here without my man
iknow we,ll never be together
it,s all over and done
he,s partying with other women
while im here and not daring to have fun
A shot of jack would do me just fine,
with an ice cold Heineken, sublime
and for all of my little senoritas,
an endless fountain of margaritas.
It's gonna get hot tonight.
Yeah it's gonna get hot tonight.
A full moon is shining bright,
and I can tell by the size of the stars in your eyes,
it's gonna get hot tonight.
Put your hair up just right
and wear your dress way too tight.
Let's hit The Pub and paint the town
and while we're at it let's mess around
a better time at The Pub will never be found
cause it's gonna get hot tonight.
