Yahweh is good, A strong defense in the day of distress,
And He knows those who take refuge in Him.
Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who proclaims good news,
Who announces peace! Celebrate your feasts, O Judah;
Pay your vows. For never again will the vile one pass through you;
He is cut off completely.
Nahum 1:7, 15
I can hear.
Yahweh speaks the truth
forcefully
with mercy.
Understanding my distress
His words are perfect.
I can see.
Yahweh breaks darkness
with wisdom
and warnings.
Eternity in clear sight,
He is praiseworthy.
I can feel.
His love engulfs me.
Safekeeping
assures me
I trust Yahweh with my life.
His might perseveres.
I can sense.
He calls me to share
the good news -
Jesus Christ
whose death purchased my pardon,
peace and paradise.
lovely lively lithe lambs leaping
making merry without peeping
nurtured by nature’s natural safekeeping
older sheep’s aged joints are creaking
pleasure in seeing little lambs, they’re seeking
The night doesn’t ask where you’ve been.
It doesn’t want a report.
It doesn’t tally your failures
or wait for your light to come on.
The night knows.
It saw you when you couldn’t speak
but still opened your mouth and tried.
It held your secrets like wet leaves,
pressing them into the earth for safekeeping.
There’s a softness here.
In the way the stars don’t ask to be named.
In the way the wind doesn't flinch when you cry.
In the way the moon,
that eternal witness,
just glows—even when it’s barely there.
You don’t have to be bright tonight.
You don’t have to be anything.
The night already loves you.
Just as you are.
Unmade.
Unmasked.
Unashamed.
It’s not waiting for you to shine.
It’s just waiting for you to rest.
Oh most of Europe..' Is in a fit.' Realitys has kicked in.' Also
Putin says has been safekeeping, many intercepted kidnapped kids.? Some are American too.' Now what will
The so willing do.? I even doubt this (true story) will be
Explored? being much too gory.' Oh dear Lord!! cause Trump
And Vance, must know on which foot fits the shoe.? Till
Then? its (Hiss slap spit) ya know what America? let them spit on me too.'
My nights are long until you appear when I'm sleeping
You, the catcher I entrust with my heart for safekeeping
The handsome vision of the man I imagine in my poetry
On page after page I write of your love and a life with me
I feared never finding reality with you unless I dreamed
til your knock on my door made love as real as it seemed
Some bits and pieces. Stoleness doesn't empower one to
gain material goods, financial and emotional leverages some
are disloyal—possession over someone Stoleness.
Abducted along with one's self-confidence and innermost thoughts
and deepest sentiments will be revealed for safekeeping.
Demoralized and staleness broken trust in addition to anything
so on and on, and so forth Stoleness has causes and effects,
lessons learned? intuitive conception, and conclusion that Stoleness
is forbidden.
Chaos of blessings and unrivaled happiness in all its shades, create an image of pleasure and say. Splashes of hues everywhere, carry scents of everyday. Puzzles and blocks and family all day, pave way for a memory of my ways. Loud laughter and booming sounds all the way, bliss of sand play a game a day. Clear skies and clean tones of childhood sway, swings and slides a merry play. Held careful in hands precious, carrying fragile hopes for forever and a breath to say.

Pure serene safekeeping
Joy chaos my home_
The ones that came before mean very little,
their composition and strength known.
Understood by the hand that picked them and judged,
each according to its merits.
Some cast away, leaving ripples where
they touched the water, before sinking to be seen no more.
Others, slipped into a pocket for safekeeping
and held close to the heart.
Yet the last remains untouched,
brimming with what could have been.
Perhaps the hand that did not stray far enough
will notice the empty spot on the shelf and return,
searching for what must be
the final piece of the collection.
And yet, what once was is no more.
Washed away by the falling rain?
Kicked from its place by a passerby?
Or maybe just lost among the thousands of
twice touched and three times used
pebbles.
Left to my own,
Walking upon my path
Has become a most dangerous adventure
Decrying that I should be able to choose
For myself,
As to what is best for me!
And my brain, having registered the amount
Of pain that I have accumulated across the years,
Has taken to be the patriarchal figure that
I lack, guiding me firmly and stoically,
Bent upon the safekeeping of my honour
And the pride of having my ego always
Boosted up!
But then, my heart, so frail and feminine
Can help you but gently command me
To throw away my swords,
And to kneel upon my knees,
Hands joined, to beg, for that which
I yearn with the zeal of a needy child!
I stand in the middle of them both
And as if such was not enough,
I have to keep receiving society's blows,
Which try to define my choices!
But in the very end,
Somehow, somewhere, my mind itself
Whispers it to me,
That we all know, that the one I shall
Choose to follow shall be none other
Than my heart, even if it is a bleeding one!
i have it here for safekeeping
the epitome of your life’s work
the crown jewel
the holy grail
a little butterfly
barely a teenager
the first workshop project
held in your hands
sanded
caressed
polished
for hours and hours
dedication
focus and determination
you had a vision
to transform a lifeless piece of wood
into the silky smooth finish
with
devotion
drive
ambition
passion
it’s only a butterfly
i think not
you gave it life
it’s got soul
a flavor of eternity
instilling the qualities
of how you lived your life
this butterfly lives on

It is with stealth that sometimes
words make their way to the mouth
usually, for a stranger's safekeeping
who unsuspecting walks around
slows down and talks to you as if
hearing for the first time, about
Canada's winter and its snows
but the stranger is worldly !
yet his strangeness is more
inquisitive and keen to know.
the stranger is exquisite like the
Indian masala chai now sold
all over the world as chai latte
but on a menu is exotically seen
so this stranger gleefully
asks you sincerely about
the world of photographic
posts they haven't seen
where you regularly and
with staggering frequency
sip tea and talk about
Canada and its snows.
reflections of my marrow seep
into the mourning woe brings-
i fear lapses in judgement,
yet know the outcome will be
revealed in my disregard for my
immortality
an ivory skull pricks like an
intravenous needle-
crimson veins no longer exist,
just bone turning to the ash
only regret comprehends
paradigm of raven hair and
hands full of arthritic regret-
limbs searching for redemption
and one eye holy enough to
live in peace
holding a looking glass i see
my mind's corpse,
hell has arrived in bounty and
i am captivated by the demons
i saw in my youth-
they haunt and taunt me,
never telling me secrets of hope;
only shouting sins of yore
i sought atonement and found
nothing but my raw anatomy-
digits of barren skin extending
to my wrinkled and furrowed
feet
i bought love from a penny
candy store-
hid it in my bible for safekeeping

My mind wears a secret alleyway, where thoughts lead to a threshold turning my dreams into memories; I tuck them away for safekeeping. Clandestine voices sow seeds of reveries that sweep into silent stars at dusk. Concealed and wrapped up in coarse fabric, thoughts fade in the distance (sky too far to grasp). Invalid questions crowd the furthest road in my mind. It travels downhill and swerves into a river of confusion, then... leads me back home. For it has been a difficult year, one that shadowed the dark backstreets of my mind. I lay in fear; he wipes my tear. Peace in my mind’s alleyway I hope to find.
a year that crowded
rugged backstreets of my mind-
time to drive away

Forgotten are forgotten
Forgotten,
left on the side of the road,
tossed out with the trash,
litter in someone else’s world,
cold soup in a fractured bowl
spilled in the void of those
who have left without a thought
Though this is not what I remember,
there was a day when people cared,
sought out reminders,
flourished as members,
accepted the new and the old
Not anymore, not now as
hate breathes in acrid gusts
and fading smiles dissipate
down desolate alleyways
Life become meaningless
when words lose their edge
and actions rely on threats
wielded by costumed bystanders
seeking only that paycheck
Digging deep for some belief,
promising bilateral lies,
facing non-judgement for
merely a walk in the light
shining down from clouds of fame,
raining on the shame
Twisted mementos for safekeeping
until the next band screams
before the audience even arrives
They were nothing, they are nothing
and so it goes,
as easy as it came
the end runs from the beginning
and the forgotten are
forgotten
it’s just not the same anymore
Tucked away gently for safekeeping.
Full treasure chest of memories and dreams.
In the back recesses of my mind.
Out of sight yet within arm's reach.
