I Can Trust His Power

Yahweh is good, A strong defense in the day of distress, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who proclaims good news, Who announces peace! Celebrate your feasts, O Judah; Pay your vows. For never again will the vile one pass through you; He is cut off completely. Nahum 1:7, 15
I can hear. Yahweh speaks the truth forcefully with mercy. Understanding my distress His words are perfect. I can see. Yahweh breaks darkness with wisdom and warnings. Eternity in clear sight, He is praiseworthy. I can feel. His love engulfs me. Safekeeping assures me I trust Yahweh with my life. His might perseveres. I can sense. He calls me to share the good news - Jesus Christ whose death purchased my pardon, peace and paradise.

Much appreciation for your double comment, Paula... By His power, I avoided a crash at a left turn recently which by the way was my own fault...God is so forgiving and takes care of me in traffic lots of times. A very blessed Easter season to you also starting with the paradoxical Good Friday today and on into Resurrection Sunday.

Thank you, Andrea. Sometimes I do include a quote; but skipped it this time for some reason. Likely a typo for bonus; but your word "onus" does carry an apt meaning here also.

Beautiful meaningful words: He, breaking your darkness, brings light to your soul. As He does for all that allow him to.

So very true; you support my gist completely. I love your thought "light to your soul", Eve. How do people survive without the Sonlight.

A glorious tribute to the Lord. If you put a quote at the top, it can do even better with Constance
