I never miss to smelling the fragrance of the earth,                                Which arises from the dry soil after the first rain,

Mr. President, Mr. Vice President, Americans, and the world:

In the crucible of revolution, our forefathers etched their pledge—
a bold testament inscribed not solely in ink,
