Once upon a dreary time
A boy set out to note a rhyme
Pen in hand with paper lined
Prepared he was to share his mind
But thoughts lay barren and confined
Without sense, reason, or rhyme
Suffered he did this weary time
Both his soul and cheerless mind
His eyes grew dark, his face grew lined
And tho he sought to redesign
Something, anything it need not be fine
But the words would not align
And in his room he did confine
To seek and pray for some sweet sign
For the intercession of the divine
To show, to prove verse sublime
But chaos reigned and nothing aligned
And so he collapsed under weight of his crime
Chained by shackles of his own design
Weeping tears by misery primed
The poet thus became the sad mime.
Listen! This sentence's period - that's me.
I'll just move one inch to my right, you see. ------>.
Now, I trace a one-inch segment of a line.
It's my one-dimensional redesign.
Watch me trace my line segment down from there,
producing what some folks might call a square.
I execute this little trick for you
in a special dimension known as two.
Look! I rise off the page, one inch -
mutually perpendicular, a sinch!
Orthogonal to left/right and up/down,
I'm a cube, a 3D shape of renown.
A fourth perpendicular direction,
and my shape should warrant your attention;
and the name they call me, to be exact,
is Mister Hypercube or Tesseract.
Looking for a Reason,
To be Okay with Leaving,
The Past behind.
Try and Find My peace of Mind.
Fully Redesign And Realign,
Into the Eyes of The Divine.
To Truly See,
What lies in front of me.
The Balance within Duality.
Bringing us clarity,
And the Severity,
of Each Situation.
The part we play in relation,
To the Paths that could be taken.
Rearranging Reality,
The Past held in Gravity,
As We Lift Off.
Changing the pace,
Expanding our Knowledge base.
Exploring Unlimited Space,
And Evolving as a Race.
Together facing the Unknown,
In spaceships made of Bone.
Our Past set in Stone,
We Leave it alone.
Focusing on how we've Grown,
Shown by Example.
Handling Challenges,
As they are thrown.
Sampling Our Present,
The Gift we Always Own.
There's a fire starting,
Burning deep within.
Tumbling structures,
Of complex design.
Crumbling the fabric,
Of your mind.
A? reality you define,
Programs to redesign,
Morals to realign,
Balance is divine.
-?-------------
Growing our fire inside,
Flame's making their mark,
Spirit feigning its spark.
Being so connected,
While so far apart.
Coming from the heart,
We start.
Adding the fuel,
Gaining our strength,
Preparing the dual.
Each individual,
Doing their part.
-?--------------
Add your piece,
To the beast,
Together now,
Let's release,
T houghts of love,
A blaze of peace.
Filling the skies,
Silencing the cries,
Scorching evil,
From our eyes.
Realize, Energize,
The Phoenix is on the rise.
I feel there's something missing,
My thoughts are sputtering, spitting,
Whirlwinds spinning.
The debris, twisting me,
I'm getting dizzy.
My twirling personality,
Is now angry and spacey.
My inner vision blurry,
And my head is achy.
Who am I suppose to be?
All alone, Empty,
Just One, among the many.
Here, seeking GOD'S company.
I'm waiting for you to talk to me,
As I begin breathing peacefully.
Eyes closed, Sitting silently,
I imagine serenity,
As a deep blue sea,
Outstretched before me.
Thewaves roll in calmly,
Balancing my energy.
Thoughts churning slowly,
Turning the Key,
Letting me see,
My true ability,
And setting me free.
Always striving to be,
The better part of me.
Earning a higher degree,
In the Realms of Mystery.
Putting an end to the misery,
That has littered our history.
A whole new clarity,
To Spirituality.
Redesign your reality,
Redefine Humanity,
Realign our Family.
PLEASE,
STOP the Insanity.
Return to unity,
The ONE,
We were Meant to be.
From monsoon streets to emerald isle,
I navigate uncharted ground,
Each spreadsheet marks another mile
While voices fence my world around.
The pixel screens of yesterday
Have vanished in this northern haze,
Now bound in corporate array,
I count the cost of borrowed days.
Through latticed walls of chrome and might,
I tally fortunes, line on line,
Each decimal a measured bite
Of memories I redesign.
The morning fog transforms the bay,
As numbers dance their strict routine,
While others orchestrate my way,
I drift, unanchored and unseen.

torontos fifties torrent
hurricane hazed-all
and...
the city's redesign
was to protect all
however...
forecasters know time as
an unpredict-table at tea
and...
now torontos time be
as some city on a sea
stan sand
We stand still as stone, hold our shape over time
Watchers of the mosque, we watch as masks walk
Each passing stride a new universe of re-re-redesign
Every step under us, on the same curve of cold rock
Carved from the whole, statues with earth-turning toes
Clay feet on a cobbled road, yet we continue
Seeing the still-captured unease of being alone
Static herd, sighing hive, we eye worlds within you
Still, we'll spill your secrets when a wrong wind hits us
Whether from heaven's breath or heathen sent
Neither faith nor time nor bombs colliding play favorites,
All of it razes all of us, to a gatherless disorientation
Mere dust, trading memories of your faces from the belly of what's left,
The plastic bottle; an eternal hourglass, immune to time’s theft
Our daughter wanted to build a tiny house.
We laughed our rears off, showering her with hoots.
She had more clothes than sixteen other women.
Where will she put two thousand boots?
Her furniture is oversized, her closets are stuffed.
A tiny house? A tiny house? We laughed and cried.
I can do it, she said, her voice was stiff and gruffed.
Not if you tried, we said. Not if you tried!
She had it built but nothing fit, maybe her cat.
So she had them redesign the front, it is nice.
A cozy, warm place for her silly cat to take a rat.
A tiny house? We laughed more than thrice.
Hollow caves sit in my chest
I shed a tear but you tell me “give it a rest”
I swallow the lump that forms in my throat
I look around I’m somewhere remote.
With you in the shadows I am not safe
Shovel in hand you’re digging my grave
I sit straight up blank stare on my face
No breaking down I’ll do this with grace
You circle and circle and spit pure poison
Words trickle out but I don’t let the noise in
I’m stoic as ever and let out a grin
You scream in my face as if I have sinned
Do as I’m told, then I’ll be skinned
Down to the bone to redesign
A shell of myself, but I’ll say I’m fine
It’s a loneliness I can’t define.
Alone in a castle, chained to a wall
I want to run but then I stall
Look at my bruises your words I recall
“No one will save you, alone you are small.”
Where memories float in the dark recesses
An ethereal tune of all time.
The echos sound like whispering winds,
Evoking "Sway," as they gradually sway.
Words of life, forevermore,
Sail through difficult pathways.
A heart to discover with every note,
We feel a connection in "Sway's" embrace.
A passionate flight is made by the strumming of a guitar,
As it chases visions to the night.
Every line contains a glimmer of light,
And "Sway" leads us to put all of the wrongs right.
Bittersweet in all aspects,
The melody moves at a constant pace.
From happiness to suffering, love's retreat,
"Sway," tells us that life is complete.
The harmonies connect, the vocals merge,
"Sway's" clasp brings hearts together.
We redesign through peaks and troughs,
A voyage accompanied by music.
"Sway"'s chords weave together like strands of love,
Connecting faraway lands and skies.
Our tales were woven into tunes,
A divine gift of music that surpasses time.
Let's get to the song's refrain now.
We shatter the cord in the beat of "Sway."
We ease agony with each melody.
We will return to a harmonious world.
Your eyes are so bright, clear, I will forever explore their splendors of crystalline
Sensual, you give the meaning of true beauty, a much-needed redefine
Running through your hair, as your lips run through and all over mine
You've taught me unrequited love is not the only one in my life line
The rebuilding of my heart, given by you, a complete an utter redesign
Never have I questioned us, our love throws like an infinite candleshine
Long before a calendar day, you were already my one only true Valentine
"made from love"
take not for granted what we see and hear
gifts God made for mankind made from love
entries of land sea sky and animals too
claimed whole or alone from God are true
skies of night or day light and shine
no other could ever create or redesign
city streets or country roads in each space
fill their melodies to the world with grace
much more as music from above plays for all
touching harmonies hold as souls stand tall
within worlds of land sea and sky find love
its all around from the master creator above
declarations of blessings and true sincerity
I leave to witness the world of extraordinary
take not for granted what we see and hear
gifts God made for mankind made from love

Those who want me to try robbery
Can kick-start it with bribery
Or get ready for snobbery…
And I’ve fastened it on a Million Dollar
Plus a dozen shirt with Golden Collars…
Or my tempters for the buzz off!
For problematic it is to bring one off:
Always the quickest stony grief
For the daring beginner thief;
A sure tolling of the gloomy bell
That shall my miserable story tell
By those who for mere roguish eyes kill,
Let alone a move to rashly steal:
My body to hungry blows resign
Plus my face they shall redesign!
