You'll rebuild your Castle

When your Castle has crumbled
And you're lying in the rubble
Remember that you're Powerful
You can overcome your troubles
When your Heart is hurting
Your friends and family have betrayed you
Remember that you have Angels
They surround and protect your Truth
You are never forgotten
You are never alone
So rise like a phoenix from the ashes
Rise and shine and focus on Hope
Your Destiny awaits you
Your Love and Light will reign Free
For the strongest warriors are forged
Through the fires of Hell and People
It may not feel like it now
Hell, it may not feel like it for years
But Trust me when I tell you
God and His Angels count your Tears
Throughout your Journey you'll discover
That each struggle is meant to help you Triumph
You're created for so much Greater
Your Soul is Unique and Inspiring
You'll rebuild your Castle
You'll rebuild your Soul
Because you'll gather all your pieces
And make a better Whole

Bittersweet, or just a hard pill to swallow?
I’ve done this to myself, haven’t I?
Watching it crumble around me,
Piece by piece,
Like everything I once held so tight,
Now slipping through my fingers,
Flames to ashes,
Ashes to dust.
I know what I’ve done.
I know it all too well.
Yet, I feel nothing.
Not even the searing burns on my skin,
From the fires I set,
The wreckage I called my life.
All the dreams turned to smoke,
The hopes, now embers.
I watch them scatter,
Lost to the wind.
And still, I don’t flinch.
I don’t cry.
I don’t feel.
Should I rebuild?
Stack brick upon broken brick,
Layer the mortar thick with regret?
Or do I revel in the scars I bear,
A reminder that I once was capable
Of burning it all to the ground?
Would healing make me whole,
Or leave me hollow?
And still, I stand in the ruins,
Wondering,
If silence after destruction
Is worse than the fall.
Yes, you have fallen.
It felt like a defeat.
In time, you realize
You still have the breath of life.
Calamity has no victory.
What felt like an enormous blow
Brought you to your knees.
Determination fills your bones,
Resilience, your soul.
Broken, but not shattered,
Injured, but surviving,
Gather every ounce of life you have,
Take a deep breath,
Say a silent prayer and
Proceed!

“If you become discouraged in the day of distress,
Your strength will be meager.”—Proverbs 24:10
Tear down this wall
And put an end to this
Cold War
Said the then
President of the U.S.A
Ronald Reagan
To the U.S.S.R leader
Premier Gorbachev
Only for much later on
Once the Iron Curtain
Had eventually gone
Mr Putin
Said
And rebuild it along our border
With Ukraine again instead
And for the grand opening ceremony
invite and book both
The Hoff
&
Comrade Roger " Red " Waters
To perform a duet of either
Back in the U.S.S.R
Or
Glory Day's
let us all
together stand tall
we can build love wall
we are the weather
we are the good
it under stood
if we work hard
we can with a plan
REBUILD TOGETHER
In this house, I am swimming
in a mud puddle, somedays
with my arms tight around you
We backstroke
In my house there is dust
settled overtop the daily cares
swept aside in conversations
as we laugh with grit
In my house, old is being replaced
new life is felt with each layer
hammered, drilled, cut, painted over
awakening new with each day
In my house, I dreamed this
planned and prayed for years thus
and when the hand was given
I reached boldly forward....
claws contracted tightly
squeeze something dropped
on the forest floor
like a dark metallic tweezers
the pointed beak catches a branch
while red and nervous eyes
look everywhere
he turns the body
opens immense wings
and in a rustle of brown feathers
fly towards the treetops
at nightfall, the figure rises and disappears
fading among dark leaves
he rebuilds his castel
his refuge
his palace
his next nest
As gentle as summer rain,
Your love refreshed me.
Time was spent, memories built, secrets shared;
Until one night we lost our grip on love’s translucent game.
As fragile as a crystal glass our new love shattered as it fell from our grasp.
Too soon we tried to touch it, hold it, claim it, as our own.
Too soon for it was much too new and better left alone.
You sorted pieces that were yours and I those that were mine;
Neither of us dared to touch the fragments left behind.
I watched you walk away with yours,
And there I sat with mine.
Tomorrow?
We might start anew to rebuild what we’ve lost.
For if we leave ourselves with only fragments of what might have been,
We’ll never taste the cool sweet wine
that would have filled the glass within.
life can be retreat
make your up beat
mabe down hill
at a stand still
get up
not off the bad stuff
and fight do it right
REBUILD

say this fist
with the lords will
we can make a stand
and
REBUILD

with the lord will
still much to do
REBUILD YOU
Oh what a mighty wave
Rising above the horizon
It came down crashing into my life
And washed me clean
Today

A commitment of
Rearrange your entire life
Living with energic determination
Sometimes the only way to learn the lessons life brings is
carrying for a long time the results of the wrong decisions
made in the past.

Friendship’s Are Easy to End…
Hard To Rebuild!
When it comes to friendships,
many are quick to “end it.”
I seldom see very few that try to “rebuild it.”
A harsh word said. An angry thought spoken.
Can often cause many friendships
to be broken!
Scripture says; “be quick to listen.” “Slow to speak.”
May we speak God’s grace each day of the week.
A broken friendship can cause feelings of anger.
And soon, our “ex-friend.” becomes a “stranger.”
God will not give you a trophy
for those you’ve “un-friended.”
May you ask for his love to have your
hearts “amended.”
Broken friendship can have
many repercussions.
Often leading to gossip and
back-biting discussions.
May we seek God’s forgiveness
to come back together.
May his love be the glue that
binds you forever!
Life is too short to end a friendship.
The person you left, could be going through a hardship!
May the peace and love of Christ bind us as one!
And bring a healing to every parent,
daughter and son!
