Rave In My Room By Candlelight

Beneath flashing string of neon lights
Lining the top of wall and ceiling
Of my room with a window of town sights,
I dance to trance music so freeing.

Beneath me on a table a glowing candle,
As I gently twirl around my room,
I begin to grab something to handle,
Loudly singing while holding my broom.

Beneath me on a shelf is

A rusty old retro vintage bubblegum drop machine
Positioned next to me as I am seeing above me
Spherical lightbulbs and strobelights of flashing rainbow colours.

Rave At the Gate

Rave at the gate, With chant and shout!
Make God mind how large the turnout
When his hand, so grand and devout,
squashes us like candles snuffed out.
Bid him not drop any more like flies.

Dark fingers rained a thousand captured chords
Ranging like restless fireflies under glass
Gathered notes in freakish trilling hordes
Offering the Danse Macabre pass.

Its summertime, yea, it's party, raving time!
Always say no to drugs, evict the dealers!

Strobe laser lights fill the radiant air, 
The room sways with fumes of excite,

As girls dressed in powerful colours of free,

And their eyes, nose, and lips, and all of their tips, 
Glow on full public display,
