The clouds parted like the pursed lips of desire

the sky holding back its secrets suddenly, the clouds part
someone’s lips part; they’re caught in moment of yearning
Tight restraint release like clouds opening to reveal the stars,
waiting to whisper, even the heavens feels tension of desire
sometimes hold back what they long to share until can’t
Feeling silence listens to the heart holding  its passion.

Soon Parted

When Sonnet and Limerick parted
Sonnet became most brokenhearted
Limerick though blue
Met up with Haiku
It was over soon as it started.

Parted Lovers

We broke up at sunset, 
under the wailing cry of a baby jet paddling through the evening sky. 

We admired the leaking light, 
our twin shadows retreating 
into the lustreless night. 

We're finished. 

We'd diminished. 

The sun, parting from the day, 
stole its radiant light— 
and love, too, 
fell into decadent blight.

She hoped that just a precious few
would catch her when she stumbled,
to lift her from her broken knees
when so her spirit crumbled.

But precious few were off at play.
They did not hear her cry;
and in the end as she went down
the Hope within her died.

Hope's fellows, Faith and Charity,
lay too within

At the crossroads of time, where April flinches in buds parted

Spring dwells in the temple, a priestess in a procession of timid lights.
A gentle breeze blows, carrying dreams stormy on the orbit of the stars,
Through the tumult of vegetation, it is reborn - the wild and untamed soul of the earth.

On the first of July
I was so broken hearted
I wished I could die
'Cause I'd made the choice

Still makes me cry

In the hospital ward

Like a nymph from Arden,
She entered my life’s garden.			

Like lightning to me, she came; 
For me, she was an ideal dame.

As feminine as a jasmine flower,
She found in me a protective bower.

I traced sweet nectar in her talk,
And a dancing swan in her walk.

Sun light 
   escapes
      between 
dramatic dark clouds 

ships sail
in the distance 
  away 
from waves of the sea

   adieu 
      sigh 
she sites

Standing in the queue for my turn,
seeing others faces, under blazing sun.
ok, insanely I am still human,
As, stupid habits for everyone, its given.

One path leading to another,
Everytime it felt more and more better.
Day arrived, change of plan,
Execution ground was somewhat different.

trying to slip away from one, to have

GOD PARTED THE SKY

For months we had planned a great day of fun,
Of rides and of food for just everyone.
A hot air balloon, a man who’d jump high
On his cycle with tricks way up in the sky.
We prayed for salvation of many lost souls,
We prayed for the weather to be in control.
So many spent hours
