Callous is the earth
That swallows the sunlight whole
Painfully aware
I want to hold onto it
as if it were my last gift from you.
It's special,
though it was not meant to serve me.
I wanted you to choose me,
to show me I was enough.
Being enough that was all I could think about when I stared at you.
In your company, I could never fully enjoy-
thoughts flooding me like a hot pan of boiling water, bubbling and spitting,
refusing to be ignored.
The sizzle and pop-
they sting,
they burn.
I put myself back there,
just to feel it once more.
You see, I do have the power
only I can turn down the heat.
But once I do,
I will have to let you go,
say farewell.
You've been gone a while now,
and I am nothing but a fragment of your memory, a decent echo in a distant life.
Yet, you are still here
in my dreams,
in my thoughts
forcing my eyes shut
to catch a glimpse of you and me once more, feeding the fire I keep alight.
I know I'm messed up in the head.
I know all the reasons why
I had always wished I was dead.
But now I just feel like I'm unable to cry.
Painfully perfect
There is a depth of darkest in loving
The right person at the wrong time!
The pain of an incorrect moment is a pathway for understanding
Love is not only found on the plate of certainty
Loving the right person at the wrong time is
A common error in the cycle of life!
Time waits for no man
We must not subdue the moment
Because counter-positional love brings
A new degree of understanding!
Untold fears and dried up tears
Reveal an avenue of lost words because
The moment of seeing the right person
At the wrong time is a moment of torture
But it is a moment of love!
Hearts may beat and blood may flow
But love cannot afford to be swayed by
Loving at the wrong time!
Time waits for no man
We must not subdue the moment
Because counter-positional love brings
A new degree of understanding!
Loving the Right Person at the Wrong Time is Painfully Perfect

Some things are painfully memorable,
These are the sweet moments of years gone by,
When we lived without knowing our share,
But you can't buy a ticket there anymore.
I was born under lucky stars
In the house on the corner.
This house is forever filled with dreams
It is like a beacon, cutting through the mist. ..
I remember the street from my childhood,
Where the first friends lived,
Forever there was the summer
And there's something left of me.
My home, my sweet home,
Stores forgotten stories and things,
It's so good and it has a garden in it,
I remember and my heart flutters.
That wonderful sky-colored house
It will remain only in the memory and heart.
Our album doesn't store photos about it,
It was not left in its original place.
I will always remember sweet home,
Where she hid her toys under the bed.
What a pity that we are growing fast,
And childhood is remembered with sadness.
A certain flair
Sparks the night air
Dark times bring pain
Now once again
Words vanish well
As climate tells
Not much to say
To death's own day
Be wise to know
As feel now shows
A certain change
Lights up odd range
Fate is not late
To close the gate
It is not strange
To fumble change
A rough ride here
Now voids good cheer
Why and how bring
A dying fling
In the blur strain
Death kills the pain

No one notices
Those warm gentle eyes
That modest hesitant demeanor
Hiding snug in a corner
Behind a veil of haze
Painfully uncomfortable
Hiding symptoms of your mania
Still and hardly breathing
Afraid to attract attention
A hint of loneliness revealed
Inner sanctum no one sees
Not meant to be shared
Hovering through life
Translucent barely there

It’s all the little things noticed or found
Introspect details about human flaws
Draped over sparse and electronic sound
Speaking specifics on love’s small faux pas
Lingering decay to crush broken hearts
That thud to machine-made, synthesized beats
On a low-end keyboard and salvaged parts
Locked into sad loops and doomed to repeat
Sorting the issues of small town affairs
Hopelessly hopeful that things might work out
Where controllers fail to capture the snare
Left to lay tracks made of sorrow and doubt
Calmly relaying bones from an attic
In heartfelt words and digital static
Your touch upon my soft cream skin
As I lay here in this gentle breeze
My blood starts flowing, warming inside
Oh, ....you are such a little tease
Tiny little touches, you creep along my flesh
Seeking, searching the perfect place to rest
You move with speed I envy, skill of a hunter.
Quiet in the moment, you do what you do best
You enter me with skill and grace
A sensation that will last the night
I feel you throughout my veins
Sucking in my juices with your bite
When the pain comes, my reaction is violent
The itch of you I just can't help but wish away.
You are welting up my soft cream skin
Please, take your bloody kisses, leave me today.
As many times before you have tasted me and I let you go.
I will not let you live for one more drop, I kill you tiny mosquito
I put it all down on paper,
Letting it all out...
Get all of it outta my head.
All I wanna do is shout.
When my minds open
My eyes awake, It's my
Poor ole heart these terrible
Thoughts tend to break.
Wherever my eyes look
Whatever they are forced to see,
It's always the same sight
I so painfully do see...
Someone's laying next to you
Wrapped up in your arms...
And it isn't me.
i walk slowly to my death, among fields of flowers bloom.
i can feel the petals rip my skin apart, as i brush slightly past.
the wind slaps my face as i move, each step a painful reminder that life is fleeting
rays from the sun burn holes in my mind, just a sign of the carnage yet to come.
the sun's flower burns my fingers as i graze along the center, testing myself
dark welts rise up and form painfully where i grasp, holding tight i continue forward.
it seems so foolish now, as i stand surrounded by my death
the thought of leaving this world for another
yet as i gasp for breath i am reminded that it is too late
theres certain death where i stand, and peace is too far away
i lay down and bring the petals blooms close to my body
its time to embrace the pain meant for me alone and leave this world
finally free
Painfully
Love looms
upon broken hearts.
It lingers hoping,
painfully drying
longing to feel again.
to no avail…

All I can see
When I look at you
Is what you did to me,
Not knowing what to do.
Each day is really tough,
So full of pain and sorrow.
Hoping I'm strong enough
To make it to tomorrow.
Constantly I am sad,
A feeling I can't explain.
You hurt me so very bad,
Causing the ultimate pain.
I know you did apologize,
But you seem to not get
How your cheating and lies
Is something I will never forget.
You need to do more,
Do everything you can,
To get back to before
And become a better man.
I need your help through this,
To move on and start to heal.
Being close to you, I really miss
And all that we used to feel.
This may take awhile,
So please hold my hand.
Walking mile after mile,
Leaving footprints in the sand.
(12/30/06)
Privates left swollen, misfortune unasked
Choosing to be alone
Innocence stolen, beauty unmasked
Choosing to be alone
Taste my tears; embracing ease
Hear my screaming whispers, please
Oh desecrated sacred temple
Once guarded by emotion & will
Open to those who walked the path
through my heart and got a gate pass
Better to avoid judgment and laughter?
Or be misunderstood forever after
Bold on the surface, inside feeling cheap
Forced to be alone
Victimized pride, emotionless cheat
Forced to stand on my own
