Boos echo in the canyons of our ears
      Jeers vibrate like cymbals

   Performers mistake them to heart

Though they merely honor the primal urges
of raspy voices, of bellows-like lungs

The

Is a character

Appearing in the

Sagas of life...

The impersonal

Appears as personal..

Nothing Personal

Best be on my way
I need to take care of me
I must prune my garden vines
and let the flowers breathe
NOTHING PERSONAL
I will walk away from you
not because I don't love you
but because I want to drink
from the fountain of peace
NOTHING PERSONAL
The sun is warmer then hatred
and my emerald soul feels
greener then your jealousy
I have nothing to rage about
here in my atoned world of me
NOTHING PERSONAL
I am just a tired soul tired of fighting
so I'm going to take a bottle of water
from the fountian of forgiveness
and , then , I best be on my way.

It's Nothing Personal

It’s nothing personal

It’s nothing personal; I hate the entire human race.
It’s the way they talk, the way they act,
I hate the look upon their face.
In fact I hate everything about you all.
Like I said before, it’s nothing personal.

I'm sick of all the jealous people, I need more in my life
Something more meaningful, something, with less strife

Everyone is always b.tching, having nothing better to do
For them, life is just a competition so shallow that is you

Fed up; of having, to pick myself up from your insecurity
I can no longer be a part in your lack of untruth impurity

As you thought, the grass was greener on the other side
You played every trick, but now caught out that you lied

Left me standing in a mine-field without a safe route out
As you stand on the side-walk, waiting for your hand out

What on earth are you waiting for, I am not coming back
I don’t hang about for those that who in integrity do lack

But I’m not jumping; just waiting for the right time to go
I'm not losing everything, just to give you the smug glow

Whilst wiping up the blood from that last run in from hell
But please, try to get over yourself, it is nothing personal

the religious view...
god is outside the world...
and...man's on his own...

science opinion...
what's of this world doesn't prove god...
that's...unbiased truth...

so why's there conflict...
stubbornness...pride...fear of loss...
it's...found on both sides...

Nothing Personal

YOU SAY IT'S NOTHING PERSONAL.
JUST THAT YOU HAVE TO GO.
YOU NEED TO GET UP EARLY.
GOT A LONG DRIVE HOME.
YOU ASK ME WHAT'S MY PROBLEM?
YOU ASK WHATS WRONG WITH ME.
THOUGHT WE HAD AN UNDERSTANDING.
DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.
YOU ONLY CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE LONELY.
OR WHEN YOU'RE CLOSE TO TOWN.
OR WHEN YOU'VE GOT SOME TIME TO KILL.
YOU'LL SEE IF I'M AROUND.
YOU'LL KISS ME SOFT AND GENTLE.
LIKE I'M THE ONLY ONE.
TOUCH MY SOUL MY BODY.
THEN SAY SEE YA IT'S BEEN FUN.
YOU TELL ME YOU'RE SO BUSY.
THAT YOU'LL TEXT ME WHEN YOU'RE FREE.
GOT TOO MUCH ON YOUR PLATE RIGHT NOW.
DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.
WELL I'M THROUGH WITH BEING USED BY YOU.
I'VE WASTED ALL THIS TIME.
I'M TAKING BACK MY SELF RESPECT.
MY HEART MY SOUL MY MIND.
I'D RATHER BE ALONE THAN JUST A TOY TO PLAY
DONE PINING FOR YOU EVERY NIGHT
LONGING EVERY DAY.
SO FROM NOW ON I'M UNAVAILABLE.
HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO.
WON'T EVER GET A HOLD OF ME.
DON'T TEXT ME I'LL TEXT YOU.
I'M SEARCHING FOR A NEW MAN
WHO'LL WANT NO ONE BUT ME.
GO SCREW YOURSELF. IT'S OVER.
DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY.

You say it's nothing personal
this neglect you throw my way
but surely you can see it is political
to fire me from power within your sentient life
this
or any other
day?

And, if political then economic
as we have no investments or divestments
without some self and/or other enlightened intention
of co-relational transaction
or diminishment from what had been
mutually empowering relationship.

No longer hope of these enriching transfers
of self with other power
that have meant so much to me,
for me,
of me.
Yet, yes I can see,
you need to protect yourself
with this belief
that somehow neglect of therapeutic process
is nothing personal,
just political and economic.

Thanks so much for this reminder
our sacred relationship
was merely your secular commodity.

Nothing makes the world go around
People think that money
Is the most important thing
People think that money
Makes the world go around

Money is nothing
Money is not liquid solid or gas
Money is a construct of the imagination

A man walks 21 miles to work
People think he needs money
But what about his free will to live
Nothing personal

A man is fired from his job
Because the managers said he did not make them money
Nothing personal

A boy steals his second father credit cards
Because he needs money to fuel his drug addictions
But nothing personal

What makes the world go around
What makes the world go around
Like money nothing
Not a liquid
Not a solid
Not a gas
Nothing personal

I love you too much
To let anything bad happen to you
I love you too much
To see you do bad things
I love you too much
To do nothing

I wont sit and do nothing
I will stop you
Even if I have to hurt you to save you
I wont sit and do nothing

It’s nothing personal
I just love you too much

It's Nothing Personal

We were the barrel bottom feeders, we were barely eighteen
We had no chance nowhere else ‘til we were issued a used dream
We sat with our recruiter while he gave us his spiel
He said, “Now listen up, recruit, Imma make you a new deal.
Thirty thousand dollar bonus just for being employed
and between us, if you join now then you won’t be deployed”
I look back now and smile and I laugh at all that
Cause six months after signing we were dying in combat
And after we got back, after giving three years
After giving brother’s blood, after holding back our tears
We were some of us arrested outside the post exchange
For taking drugs that helped us with what happened down range.
The rest of us were spared, saluted, celebrated
We won our countries love, we earned the Muslim’s hatred
They tell us “You are moral, our countries best provision
Now here’s your booze and condoms, go make the best decisions”

(By a proud U.S. Soldier, able to accept the army despite her flaws).

Nothing Personal

nothing personal...

Summoned into the office
after years of daily labor
to hear something about something
of the new management personnel
"it's nothing personal" he heard,
"it's just, you know - business."

So the man, picked up his
second amendment right, and
gave his commercial opinion and,
a small caliber thought in his head.
"nothing personal boss man,
it's just recapitalized business" he said,
"and this is my arbitrated concession",
and turned and went to meet his new fate.

She banters and she b****es
Tired of my abuse
She’s exacting her revenge
This may be my last message…

Nothing Personal

I refuse
Refuse
To let
This
Bring me
Over an edge
I'm not ready to
Jump

Numb cores
Numb hands
Maybe I'm
Not sane

I refuse
Refuse
To use
Some
Kind of
Excuse
I'd rather
Just shut off
And not talk
To any of you

Numb chest
Numb mind
Maybe I'm
Not sane

I refuse
Refuse
To become
What is not
Me
I can't change
Everything
So I'll just shut up
And steam
