MENTAL HEALTH II

Protect your mental health
Even on your job
When your employer try
To bully and take advantage
My mistreating you and
Invading your personal life
And space after work hours

Kensington Avenue

“When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached,
don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.”
- Quote by Confucius
-------------------------------------------------------------
Human errors
beyond measure

K and A avenue
intersection

smoking hurt
needling pain

losing love of live
living addicted

people mistreating
people mistreated

unconscious youth
forgetful leaders

ruptured vein
dying humanity

homeless theories
weighed hopes

failed lot
lots failed

Damage Control

If words could break we'd all be shattered,
people care too much but not about what mattered.
The world is broken beyond repair,
but we've ignored it too much to even care.
our mistreating the earth has now taken its toll,
our main purpose in life is now damage control.

Premium Member A Zoo's Life

Far from what I want to think about, but reality.
We still have places called zoos, just for amazing people to watch. Just for humans to have fun.

I can't believe my eyes, that mowadays still people can visit those dark prisons for the ones that amuse visitors.
Joy for many and slavery for others.

      Living in a developed world,
as soon as retrograd, where zoos are taught and shown to children, as places where animals are grown happy in their "environment".
Annoyed I am, disturbed about reality, about the cruelty of the human being.

Someone up there, above us with more power, must be thinking how stupid we are mistreating such beautiful beloved beings, when we are, as human beings, the real zoo to be amazed.

Premium Member Well Halleluyah

Well what a way to start the day
Halleluyah and happy thoughts and all
Absolutely nothing can match it
Your smile is a mile wide it's a scandal

Hope it lasts the whole day long
Wouldn't that be a damn kick in the head
Careful though for serious injury
May end up strapped to a hospital bed

Imagine if Leonard Cohen wrote
About murder, robbery, mistreating beagles
Summing up his thoughts
He was speaking of disappointing people

Gordon For River Jordan

I am asking you Gordon:
Why thrust upon a maiden
That which shouldn't her burden?
Your sin for River Jordan!

Still mistreating a maiden
And her face you did redden
Like had King David's Amon,
Who sister had made common....

Your embraces are modern
Coming before your wedding;
Not her wished Pelty Trading
You with Satan now grading!

Fatal Attraction

Let us call a spade a spade,
You are making feeble excuses for your mistakes.
    My respect you must earned,
All the trust between us you have burned.
Playing Russian roulette with my feelings,
I am sick and tired of your mistreating.
Your feelings are like a roller coaster every day,
I think you just obsessed with me anyway.

I am done with your insecurities,
    Telling me, you loving me?
That is just your game, misleading me,
Every time we supposed to go on a date,
    You have to work late.

   Weekends you are never free,
   To spend time with me.
There is always something that you have to do,
Then you blamed me, for not having time for you?

Are you kidding me, to think?
   I am so irresponsible,
That I will let you in?
   Break down my walls.
I built them especially for men like you,
Who want to make women feel small.

Facing things in life today
erroneously defeating
calculated mistreating
to those who bring me down
and tear my love away
Family stress
to much to say
Can’t understand why
I live this way
Over and over
I break and fall
Leaving innocent ones
my sadness and sorrow
No one understands why
life’s this way
Live like you should
is what they all say
How to move on
I was raised this way
It’s all I know
will there be brighter days ?
Do it alone all by yourself
Remembering inside
inner strength outweighs
common wealth
Finding your souls depart
windless pretend
leaving you out
of all this intent

Premium Member Act Justly Love Mercy Walk Humbly

Why not keep trying to act justly?
By not coveting your neighbor's spouse,
Nor anyone and anything else.
Becoming defenders of liberty,
justice and freedom. Instead of
Perpetrators of oppression. "Let
There be peace on earth."

Why not keep trying to love mercy?
By being merciful instead of harsh
To your neighbor?
Acts of mercy and kindness
Would rapidly spread
Throughout the entire world.
'What a wonderful world it would be!"

Why not keep trying to walk humbly?
By not mistreating your neighbor
And remembering it is the meek,
Not the proud nor the vain.
Which shall inherit the world
Someday. May that day come soon.
"Even so come quickly Lord Jesus!"

Love in Christ Jesus!

Only Me

moonlight eclipse shadows each beat,
it’s time to fear not what we are-
turn the lights down low,
be discreet
and
love me tenderly from afar,
for you are my ivory star-
i shall fall back in your arms and retreat
touching you with ease...
     repeat
     repeat
flowing crimson love into the autumn breeze
     complete
     complete
whispering through the cherry blossom trees
no mistreating or competing,
only feeding what needs feeding-

you became my gravitational force,
aching to please me-
-ME and only ME-
without remorse or recourse,
in you, i see what others see-
I’M IN LOVE WITH YOU,
(my beautiful man)
who shines with love in my poetry

Friendship based on favors,
Favors that require you to break rules
Or compromise your character and values
Is not true friendship ...

A true friend will always expect your best, but forgive your worst
Will always encourage you in honesty and kindness, but curb your enmity
Will NOT stand by and allow others to hurt you
But, nor will they allow YOU to hurt others

Because they know your heart at its core
And they love you completely
They know that by mistreating others
You are damaging yourself even MORE

And the well-being of your spirit is their priority and care
As theirs is to you ...
We are ALL fighting battles in our lives
We all go through illness and injury and grief

We all struggle daily to keep our heads above the deluge
And we all need love and friendship to heal
But those hardships are not an excuse to mistreat others
Or a reason to garner sympathy and favors

Nor are they meat for speculation and manipulation and envy
If someone ever expects otherwise
It does not come from a place of love or kindness or light
And certainly NOT ... friendship.

In old armchair sat crusty and lumpy

Words

Words, words those mystic words,
like heaven's sweet mockingbirds.
Mocking me, for the words I see and cannot see.
The words unseen on picture screens,
empty canvases, secret words between.
Between the sheets where lovers meet,
where dreams drum songs to hearts that beat.
Lovers beating and mistreating the ones they love,
with words that fell from portals above.
in the heart God wrote words so deep,
no truer words can any man speak.
Those words kept secret between the lines
on precious stone tablets those words Devine.
In the conception of the poet's mind,
those words appear in scripted time.
Those words the sinner is forced to confess,
that doom his soul to eternal unrest.
The faithful words that trust their speakers,
to be placed in ears of restless seekers.
Where are those seekers? The child like creatures.
That frolic in the pages of ancient law keepers.
Words that help construct well inventions,
to conceal our true intentions.
Passages that lead through open door,
to unknown worlds to explore.
Finally these words I put to rest,
to retire from this grueling quest.

Lucid-Toxicity

Here I lay in wanting
Here I lay with need
To hear from you, In desperation
My psych, your thought does feed

But how

The last of us was bitter
Twisted, confusing, and deceiving
In trying to do the right thing
Your frail heart I was mistreating

But how

Can I live without your voice
Shall I thrive without your thought
Your mind brung me to life
Without your presence, my soul shall rott

The Truth Is

I want to hear from you
I want to hold, hug, and be near
But after all we've done to one another
The toxicity is lucid,clear

The Truth Is

We are toxic for one another,
And neither shall take the blame,
You're my addiction, I'm your affliction
You are my twin flame

Dying

As long as my heart is beating
my life has to be mistreating
I'm not breathing and not eating
I do not need any greeting
I feel like dying
and my life is not even worth trying
instead it's still crucifying
no matter how high you are flying
