Best Mistreating Poems

Only Me

moonlight eclipse shadows each beat,
it’s time to fear not what we are-
turn the lights down low,
be discreet
and
love me tenderly from afar,
for you are my ivory star-
i shall fall back in your arms and retreat
touching you with ease...
     repeat
     repeat
flowing crimson love into the autumn breeze
     complete
     complete
whispering through the cherry blossom trees
no mistreating or competing,
only feeding what needs feeding-

you became my gravitational force,
aching to please me-
-ME and only ME-
without remorse or recourse,
in you, i see what others see-
I’M IN LOVE WITH YOU,
(my beautiful man)
who shines with love in my poetry

Friendship based on favors,
Favors that require you to break rules
Or compromise your character and values
Is not true friendship ...

A true friend will always expect your best, but forgive your worst
Will always encourage you in honesty and kindness, but curb your enmity
Will NOT stand by and allow others to hurt you
But, nor will they allow YOU to hurt others

Because they know your heart at its core
And they love you completely
They know that by mistreating others
You are damaging yourself even MORE

And the well-being of your spirit is their priority and care
As theirs is to you ...
We are ALL fighting battles in our lives
We all go through illness and injury and grief

We all struggle daily to keep our heads above the deluge
And we all need love and friendship to heal
But those hardships are not an excuse to mistreat others
Or a reason to garner sympathy and favors

Nor are they meat for speculation and manipulation and envy
If someone ever expects otherwise
It does not come from a place of love or kindness or light
And certainly NOT ... friendship.

Sunday Morning Prayer

Am on my knees Father
Bearing in mind that you never sleep
Crying for those trapped in a foreign country
Dark days have befallen them
Equality rules broken, screwed humanity
Frequent hunger, little or no pay and slaving labour
Golden days are over for them
Having greener pastures and better opportunities
Is a dream that burnt on their arrival
Just want to go back home, even in poverty
Keeping their fingers crossed, for safe arrival
Looking forward to getting out of captivity, passports in hands
Making every effort because there is no place like home.

*For those suffering in places like Lebanon, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain etc. After going for better opportunities/jobs but they end up in the hands of mistreating employers. They sign long contracts and their documents are taken. There are many cases of abuse and neglects, some reported & some unreported.
NB: not all employers are like that & there are those seeking greener pastures that come out satisfied*

The Sweet

Candy its yummy
It tastes so good
When it enters my tummy
I will love to give some to robin hood

You can get cavities
But its worth eating
Cavities hurt so much you cant do activities
Then you start mistreating

Candy just melts slowly in mouth
Everytime you think about why it melts you get the chills
Then you think about heading to south
To go to Beverly hills

I've said this before
And now i'm going to explore

For Humanity

Lo! The universe
How primordial beauty!
Mankind is superior in style and activity
Different in size, shape, color
How true the complexity!
Lord wants us to comprehend His unlimited diversity
But humans mistaking start mistreating
But, Merciful Lord takes care of all His beings,

I love mankind
Whatever may be their race, caste, creed, color or size
I ask for their proper demand
Not for mere sympathy, charity or privilege,

I have my association
With the rights defrauded and in their lonely world
Where legality, justice is forced sunk then
Illegality, injustice strongly and gladly got raised,

I have fixed my position
In the groups of all mess and general people
With oppressed, depressed, deprived, road-trodden
So, I have some questions to the power leading people,

I am always with
The people for rights, legality, justice start every inch fight
From the hands of power abusers, torture, betrayal, intrigue
Conspiracy, anarchy, treachery, tyranny, hypocrisy and cheat,

Being human I deserve humanity
Righteously for all and for everybody
Up down, high low, superior inferior, ably disably
And I always expect it from all, for all and everybody.

Premium Member A Zoo's Life

Far from what I want to think about, but reality.
We still have places called zoos, just for amazing people to watch. Just for humans to have fun.

I can't believe my eyes, that mowadays still people can visit those dark prisons for the ones that amuse visitors.
Joy for many and slavery for others.

      Living in a developed world,
as soon as retrograd, where zoos are taught and shown to children, as places where animals are grown happy in their "environment".
Annoyed I am, disturbed about reality, about the cruelty of the human being.

Someone up there, above us with more power, must be thinking how stupid we are mistreating such beautiful beloved beings, when we are, as human beings, the real zoo to be amazed.

A Song To Welcome Rain

Rain rain rain
come again again and again
Rain rain rain
We will never complain

Rain rain rain
wash away our pain
Rain rain rain
help us grow grains
Rain rain rain
give us some gain
Rain rain rain
come again again and again

We are sorry,
for mistreating you
We are sorry,
for all our mistakes

We beg you,
please shower some drops
We beg you,
bestow happiness on us

We fathom,
the power of nature
We fathom,
You are our saviour

We promise,
We'll respect the nature
We promise,
We'll plant more trees

Rain rain rain
come again again and again
Rain rain rain
We will never complain

Certifiable

I dunno ‘bout that doc,
some brain study you say
be rock-solid science true
That playing video can make
a kid go plum crazy
You describing Mrs. Tenchey,
my ‘round the block neighbor,
it sounds like to me
But that old lady don’t play no video
She just plays her radio,
and watches a lot of TV
Now her behavior is certifiable fo’ sho’
Strange and bizarre
She likes talking to the neighbors’ cars:
says they told her, them mean mechanics
be mistreating them
Trying to put a fixing hurt on them
She be out protesting the sushi bars too:
says the po’ seaweeds are in danger
of losing their global eco-green card status
That the gov’ment is using some newfangled
ocean apparatus,
which is making the dolphins go bonkers
Doc, even you gotta admit,
that’s Flipper crazy ...
certifiably so —
Certifiable, no?!

Wretched Creatures That Live To Deceive

Tis no wonder that some choose to just go
the bad ones certainly put on a real show.
They depend on those that just do not know
playing as if clean as wind driven snow!

No honor, lies and darkness in their game
doing just as they damn well will.
Nothing they do brings them any damn shame
getting by with dishonor, what a thrill.

Look about and see how sad some humans are
wretched creatures that live to deceive.
Their black souls just one large wicked scar
playing for any gain they can receive.

Sad that, such sad ,evil creatures win out.
They do because good people do not shout!

Robert J. Lindley, 09-26-2015

NOTE: I am quite sick of seeing rascals and liars win out
especially as they do so by mistreating others!
Clever in their dark deceit, ego's leading them by the nose.
Game players that truly win nothing with their lies and clever
plays.

I Love You

Today my thoughts are about you
And the last two years we’ve spent paired
Wondering if our love is true
Pushing, testing, you I have dared
Thus causing you to misconstrue
And question the love I’ve declared
Unfair, at times mistreating you
When all the while my love was strong
But so afraid to show weakness
To commit and say how I long
To be with you and taste your kiss
Upon my lips, in arms so strong
Where I feel such unending bliss
And nothing can ever be wrong
You are the man I want for life
For the past two years I’ve been sure
That one day I’ll become your wife
Affirm my love for you so pure
We take the happiness and strife
Accept them both as they occur
And move forward in our life (secure)

Lucid-Toxicity

Here I lay in wanting
Here I lay with need
To hear from you, In desperation
My psych, your thought does feed

But how

The last of us was bitter
Twisted, confusing, and deceiving
In trying to do the right thing
Your frail heart I was mistreating

But how

Can I live without your voice
Shall I thrive without your thought
Your mind brung me to life
Without your presence, my soul shall rott

The Truth Is

I want to hear from you
I want to hold, hug, and be near
But after all we've done to one another
The toxicity is lucid,clear

The Truth Is

We are toxic for one another,
And neither shall take the blame,
You're my addiction, I'm your affliction
You are my twin flame

Jl

Superstitious tongues childhood blights
Exorcisms and voodoo fill his nights
A cursed birth, a an evil within
Only he knows that the devil is him

How else can a child so bright
Make sense of such a plight?
No spell can cast his evil out
But leaves him scarred
and in no doubt

That those who care are mistreating him:
Youthfulful belief had him filled with fear
Now he knows that those he held dear
Saw only the power his shadow could weild
Untramelled knew not his mind is a sheild

hes the founder of a design business lo and behold!
Recessions see it fail, misery round the world
But each time anew, his charismap so bold
Saw business and enterprise for him unfold

"Mind razor sharp
Strategy got me through
Both violence and crime
And a degree or was it two.

The devil within had a different plan
Twas but disease afflicting the man
Who every adversity had over come
Stronger than me, not a single one

" I fought for my place
 I fought to the top
Even when hopeless
I fought left to rot

They can take it all:
faith in my father
 hollow loyalty
Gone is my eye but
never clearer I see:

No place on earth now
Is safe for me, trusting and
Loving no more I allow
Family and friends I disavow

To live is to sufffer
And pain has no end.
Trials far tougher
Just round the bend

Now love turns to hate
As delusions grow
My hurt so great
Hurt I cause less so

Promise of tomorrow?
, that I have none
No feelings of sorrrow
Just safety of my gun

 Behold and shiver!
My venimous rage
 a deadly viper
... I spring from cage

My tongue whip smart
Knows just what to do
A future in which I'll play no part

Or so I thought but things do cbange
What I did is done, but life is strange
And the carnage I caused can be erased.

Reflections On Mistreatment

Just like you, we've made mistakes
A Brighter Future is what's at stake.
Have you walked a mile in our shoes?
Can you even come close to paying our dues?

You look at us - eyes full of wrath
Though we're now moving forward down life's path
We've done nothing to you - so why be so mean?
By mistreating us - what do you glean?

In your closet what skeletons do you hide?
What confessions to someone do you wish to confide?
Think about these things as more people you meet.
And Help someone overcome their feelings of defeat.

Footnote: While working as a security officer when I lived in Arizona I worked a post where some of the workers gave their patients dirty looks - made snide comments, etc.

Premium Member Unchain the Woman

Perfectly conceived in the Almighty’s omniscience
she was breathed with life wondrously by the Creator
granted full freedom to accomplish entrusted role
which according to the Scriptures, is “an help meet for him*.”

As such, what right has anyone to chain her?
to imprison her soul?
to enslave her being?
to diminish her feminine quality?

Completing the man by virtue of her God-granted attributes
she is vitally needed with her significance
a home can’t be a home without her
and a family devoid of her touch loses its verity.

Then why is she treated as a mere possession?
as an object of masculine’s lust?
as a darling partner to meet sexual cravings for a night?
as a comfort-giver who is not emotionally compensated?

The woman awesomely created by the Sovereign
is that lady with a unique task to perform
she can be your daughter, sister, mother, or girl friend
who’s doing her very best --- thru love's commitment of gracious trust.

Woe unto anyone who is undermining her and her personhood
mistreating her contrary to justice essence
abusing her against righteousness precept
minimizing her worth along unfair value system.

In the name of the Lord Who is the great Defender
the ultimate fortress, protector and sustainer of life...
everyone is called upon to stop chaining the woman…
since depriving her of genuine freedom means mankind’s liberty-loss.

Christ be praised for His compassion-propelled dealings
with women during His earthly ministry:
He showed them His care, forgiveness, comfort, appreciation
...brought to them healing of wellness favour
reaching-out to those grieving with mercy...
...lifted the ones humiliated publicly, granting His pardon…
rescuing their repentant souls from the condemnation of sin’s wages.

As a woman privileged to enjoy God-driven freedom bliss
I strive with faith to help advocate for human lawful rights
while praying for and assisting victims of "violence against women"
and spiritually leading them to the divine freedom Source.

*Genesis 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
