Archie Bunker the bigot so grumpy
In old armchair sat crusty and lumpy
Dirty dreary life
Mistreating his wife
Women's lib went quick feisty from frumpy

But, but, but, oh, oh, oh, 'Achie,' I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I didn't mean to scald the potatoes...' What a show! Can you imagine what would happen to the writers and cast of that show today?! Their stuff wouldn't even make it ON TO the cutting floor! In fact, they'd probably all be in the Federal slammer with Big Bill Cosby, (who has just completed his 4th month on the inside)… ~ gw
