Premium Member LESSON FROM THE BIRDS

In this deeply divided country
where we treat one another with disdain…
where we use the most damaging and hurtful words…
may we take a page out of nature…
and learn a lesson from the birds

For we will never achieve a peaceful and balanced flight…
when the right wing hates the left
and the left wing hates the right…

For every bird knows..
when it looks up to the sky….
the left wing needs the right wing
and the right wing needs the left
If it’s is ever going to fly.

What If We Were Racist?

If the majority of people have concerns about illegal immigration only for the government to call them racist,
And, that same majority of people turned around and openly declared themselves racist,
would the government in turn govern the country according to the populous opinion and fulfil its duty to the people, by running the country in line with the demands of the people, by doing whatever is necessary so as to deport illegal immigrants upon arrival thus easing the concerns of the majority who were forced to embody the racist narrative in order to become legitimised?

If so wouldn’t it make sense for the government to see illegal immigration concerns as just that, unlawful acts of migration, and deal with the problem so that the majority aren’t forced to embrace racism as a core belief?

reading the enemy

The lying newspapers

To vote in Britain is a strange affair
since it is class-based, every class only read
what is of their interest,
doing the best to denigrate the enemies party leaders
but since the owners of newspapers are usually
right-wing the conservative party often wins.
There is an exception the Guardian can at time
the sound left-wing, but then they get cold feet and join
the shrieking of the right.
The popular press also called the gutter press destroy
peoples reputation, say “Corburn” an excellent politician
belonging to the left of the labour party.
What is scary is that working/class readers get influenced
by the constant lies and vote for a party
that is no good for them and the country.
This comes down to lack of education not being able
to read between the line and think independently.

Premium Member Where's Woody Daddy

One day, when I was gardening,
and putting seeds into the ground
I pushed aside a pile of sticks,
and I heard this tweeting sound

The tweet came from an injured woodpecker
That had a broken left wing
So, I took him in and to the best I could,
I made makeshift sling

I kept him in the basement,
so that I wouldn't hear his noise
And I put him in a giant cage,
with water, food and toys

I nursed him for a while,
and he was looking really great
Until one night when I came home,
from working kind of late

Each night when I'd come home,
I'd fill his bowls and check
To see if he could fly again,
or maybe try to peck

But sadly, when I walked down my steps,
there were feathers on the floor
My cat somehow got to the cage
and opened up the door

I didn't tell my daughter,
that sadly Woody died
I told her that I let him go,
a rare time that I lied

So, after cleaning up the mess,
I gave a feather to my child
And I told her Woody flew away
and he is living in the wild

I told a little white lie,
but I think it was for best
Because, my daughter, she was happy,
when I laid her head to rest

a newspaper the guardian

A Newspaper

Once upon a time, the Guardian was a famous newspaper
it was democratic, to a certain extent, and readers are
invited to give their view, but with moderation and niceness
If not, they would politely ban the regressor
When the paper was famous, it was a bit left-wing, but always ready to see the other point of view
It was pro-Israel, defending Palestinian artists' rights
while overlooking as long as possible, the utter brutality
of Israeli politics against, say, Palestinians
The fact that the Guardian has been able to change is its
ability to alter its stands, yet holding to their journalistic
who are not left-wing, except for some of them who
Thanks to nature and time, they have wings.
Today, the Guardian is no longer a newspaper; it is more
like a color magazine dedicated to true sex stories shies
not away from lesbianism and what we now call gayness
It caters to a younger middle class, employed in, I think
show business, or the media, with titles like TV analyst
Or a researcher of AI, who will one day make all of them
out of work
When I get up in the morning, I drink a cup of coffee and
For entertainment, read the Guardian

getting a long shot wrong

as it ticks to walk
a way goes, often in for another
rounds of bells, daring
caring as carriage
to bespoken
left wing goes
wanderers does
innocent with blames
love letters
pickup lines
campbell's soup lies, without a droopy
nothing likes hert
miss interpret that
intrepid repose cats
lakey at edminton
empty pens in his mouth

"There is no more dangerous menace to civilization
than a government of incompetent, corrupt, or vile men."

March 31 Easter Bunny's Warning

Easter Bunny Warning

the Easter Bunny
had a warning
he was tired
of being played the fool

tired of being associated
with low-life
fake Christians
proclaiming that Donald Trump

is the next Messiah
the easter bunny said,

Donald Trump
ain’t no Christian
he ain’t no friend of mine

he is the anti-Christ
the poster child
for the seven deadly sins

Donald Trump denounced
The Easter Bunny

saying on truth social

“the Easter Bunny is nothing
but a thug
a low life wanna be
a real loser
a communist, Marxist, fascist
radical left-wing vermin thug
part of the woke crowd
that is ruining our once-great country
that needs a Second Amendment remedy.

Folk Train

Take a bunch of fine musicians
All ready to play and entertain
With a gig miles away
And you have folk train.
Add a bunch of supporters
A pint or two of ale
And you have all the makings
Of a very memorable tale.

Between trains in Manchester
In a pub both basic and rough
When Mc Garry issued his words
Terry do some left wing stuff
So I performed my poem,
About politicians that we’d got
Paying scathing attention to
Our then current miserable lot
They crowded into the small bar
And the room was suddenly full
As they gave a standing ovation
To a performance poet from Hull

Then he called on my wife
Who easily passed his test
Performing her eponymous poem
Before a poster of Georgie Best
The Folk Train Hull to Hathersage
A memorable and amazing day
When we filled trains with music
Every single inch or the way

Modest Finanaces

Modest finances

We're supposed to travel to the Algarve, stay at a posh hotel, and eat at a restaurant that sells African food
on my birthday
So many medical bills coming, an unhealthy thud in our post-box and the tediousness of re-insuring the car to walk in our car-infested town and the lengths to banks and medical facility makes a car
a must.
Of course, we could go to the Algarve, stay at a doss house, and risk fighting the bedbugs, there have been many French tourists this year.
When the finances are modest, it is not tragic one has to be less craven and do with Coca-Cola. Burgers and hot fries, there is a charm to meeting those who have as little as us, we feel as if we belong
to the masses and buy a left-wing newspaper.
How wrong we are, the hamburger crowd is not
interested in who rules their life, all they want
is a burger, with fries.

The Winner

He was born with a gold mine in his head
He was raised seeking the lead
He grew up wielding the arrow
Chasing promises of tomorrow

He was praised for his liberal views
And his courage made the news
In his crave to mum the voice of his critics
He rose to cradle of politics

He braved the left wing of persecution
To rouse the cause of his liberation
His finger-run sign became a beat
That made his name a hit

Some say he's a fascist
Some say he's a populist
But his bid that truth would set his people free
Helped him capture the presidency

He pledged to curb corruption
And did it with utmost dedication
His great deeds made him a winner
And his namesakes raised his banner

But like other great figures
There were dire outcomes for his gestures
The winner president found himself in a dungeon
Being pitted to a hungry lion

Woe

She wails over the clasped corpse,
the sound ricocheting across the classroom
entwining with other morose voices,
baking the atmosphere in melancholy,
and immersing the cacophony of wails and squealing.
into shouts and screams of aghast lads and lasses.

Mothers, brought in haste by news of woe
and Witnessing Barbarity in first ordeal;
for such was the scene on that campus,
and astir was the town.
Rocking to and fro was the nation
With breathes, held in fright and trepidation.

The left wing said 'Nay".
The right wing said "Nay."
Speculations clashed on streets
as who could be this bloody
For the Kids in neutrality
now repose in butchery.

From the town, some took to their heels
just to alight back months later
and be mocked by same wordings:
"welcome to Kumba".

Hitherto, a mystery it remains,
but the pains still lingers
and all what remains
is the mounds of Earth,
that separates they, from us.

Premium Member Mass Deception

Freedom’s dream dies it seems;
With every fake and phony scheme;
To twist language as to mean;
Something for which it was never deemed.

Ideology and demagoguery make one blind;
So as to fall into hatred’s binds.
Facts and opinion become intertwined;
Causing deception in the human mind.

Look at the fruit harvested by the deceived.
Pregnancy viewed as some kind of disease.
A cancer to be cut out as a woman decrees.
Millions of deaths of the merely conceived!

The right of free speech has been redefined;
By big tech and left-wing media minds;
As only the idea’s that agree with mine.
The rest must get their minds realigned.

The major media mantra of today;
Question not what your superiors say;
For that is hateful in every way!!
Sit down, shut up, and simply obey!

Citizens I now challenge you;
Argue my lines, they be untrue.
But know this; that when you do,
You are waving freedom adieu.

Premium Member Turning the Page On Outrage

A red-streaked panorama graced Washington's dawn
Clear lake-blue skies there all day long
Portland smoke-gray, from tear gas and pepper spray
Antifa showed its true colors on Inauguration Day

Not a hint of outrage from the government or the press
It's alright if the fascists are left-wing, I guess
At the Inaugural Ball, attendees donned their prettiest dress
Masks muting their 'concern' over the Oregonian mess
