the air reeks of stale coffee and ink-stamped lies,
judges sit like smug kings,
smirking over lives they'll never live,
dismissing truth with a gavel's cough.
innocent men shuffle like cattle,
faces drawn, hands calloused from the grind—
plead guilty or rot waiting.
'justice, ' they call it,
while the lawyers get fat off their despair.
the court stenographer types it all up,
the lies, the twisted logic,
and the perjury sworn like gospel
under a fluorescent crucifix.
if you or I did what they do,
we'd be cuffed and carted off,
but they wear robes like armor,
cloaked in immunity,
proud in their manipulation,
gods of small, dirty kingdoms.
good men shrink in fear,
their courage ground down
by the grinding stone of this machine—
truth doesn't pay,
honor doesn't sell,
and doing the right thing
is the fastest way to lose.
Hillsborough,
where the guilty are freed
and the innocent are crushed,
where justice is just another game
rigged from the start,
Callused, without a true heart.

1.The judicial system is on the verge of destruction.
2.It is on the mercy of dirty rich, corrupt & resourceful criminals.
3.Pakistan is a safe heaven for the criminals of all kind.
4.We are lost without any hope for redemption.
5.Criminals and gangsters should be punished.
6.The same criteria shall be imposed on violators of the constitution.
7.What about those who wore and abuse uniform,
in the guise of emergency and patriotism.

Trump owns our judicial system
Appeals? Trump just can't resist 'em!
Although he is boss
Each case is a loss
No matter how lawyers twist 'em!

A suggestion that I find a hoot
SCOTUS owned by the bad orange brute
Chief Roberts is deft
At swinging things left
To the annoyance of the galoot.

Mahsa Amini,Ghazale Chelavi,Hanane Kia were shot by Iranian morality Police in the protests. The women and men protesting in Iran at the moment are not against Islam. They are against the unjust attitude of the patriarchal system that oppresses women by implementing rules on what they choose to wear..If all Iranian women wanted to wear hijab, they would all wear it.They were being MADE to and that is what's wrong with the system.Someone rightly pointed out, women fighting against the forced imposition of hijab are as brave as the women fighting for their right to wear it in India.Religious People need to take their religious goggles off and acknowledge that women are suppressed everywhere.Irani people are as fed up with their government and their Police and judicial system as we are with ours.I wouldn't trust what the government or the police say so easily...

I have lost faith love and respect for the institutions
We should have the grit to face our negative image
I am saddened by what is happening today
Why do agencies support elite class mafia?
I am extremely disappointed by intelligence
What they are doing is condemnable
I have lost faith in Judicial System
Guardians and protectors are foes.
Gulam thay gulam hain
Supari kay gulam hain..

Forget your frustration, your anger,
Beware just of our index finger,
We are the game’s umpire
Ours the last call so dire,
We won’t let suspense long to linger,
Out, back to pavilion—
Our learned opinion!

Happenings |06.04.2022|
Poet’s Note: Out, back to pavilion, the five-judge bench of Pakistan Supreme Court gave its verdict in less than a week after the collusion of Prime Minister (who wanted to play 'till the last ball'), Deputy Speaker of parliament, and President dissolved the lower house, thereby killing the no confidence motion against the ruling party. It shows that even in a failed country, Supreme Court functions. Less than a week is prompt: no long affidavit, no prolonged arguments, and a short precise judgment. Would Indian Judicial system learn anything from this?

The street is dark, no Christmas lights, only at my home
The country is dark, losing Liberty, Justice and Freedom
In the daylight today, I saw plastic bubble tents outside a café
Somehow these are supposed to protect from Covid?
Sadness and anger grips our nation, this year and this season
As our judicial system collapses into the same darkness
Corruption consumes every level, agency and court
Christmas is restricted and people can’t celebrate,
On the most important day of the year, with loved ones
A new star shined tonight, after a century and I missed it
With the cloud cover that is above my home in the sky
As I looked at my dark street and prayed for us to be saved

Bravery was required and being willing to stand for freedom and justice was demanded. Apathy, cowardice, and indifference only provided ammunition for the ever-imposing Roman government.
Rebellion was in my blood, and I was willing to shed it all for the cause of Jewish freedom. Anything less than force and violence was never going to get the job done, not even Jesus Christ because all of the religious sects, rabbis, and High Priests were simply being used by the Romans.
Being a rebel for the cause of freedom and the restoration of Israel was all I cared anything about. As I found myself caught up in the same judicial system as Jesus, I encountered the crossroad of my life. Sadness filled my heart, and tears filled my eyes as the masses chose to free me a criminal instead of Jesus.

Whether you believe in gun laws or not,
Taking away guns is not going to change
The mentality of the deranged
Taking away trucks would not have stopped
The recent NYC attacker from harming people
On a bike path, as it happened
The frustration is brewing because,
There is not an easy fix such as this being portrayed
There are so many ‘other’ issues, not addressed
Such as a failing judicial system and corruption
Infiltration of the enemy, criminals ‘empowered’
Also, lack of help for those who need it
Division with Americans instead of uniting
Transformation continuously happening in America
It is a big picture and a very complex one
Until it is looked at fully, this will escalate
Yes, we are grieving, hurt, wanting positive change
However, the focus on one singular issue endlessly,
--- Will not turn this around ---

Racism 1952
A man had been working on a flat garage roof
jumped into the yard, not a long jump but
landed badly and hurt his ankle.
He picked up a plank and used it to get out
and to the bus stop.
The bus driver wouldn`t let him on because
of the plank, and he lost his balance and fell,
People stepped over him, this black drunk.
The pavement was cobble stoned, so he walked
to the hospital using the road, where he was hit
by a car, an ambulance arrived, the man had hurt
his ankle, but it was not broken, a plaster cast,
they gave him a crutch so he could get home.
The driver of the car which hit him,
picked up the plank it was just the size needed
repairing his house.
We have come to a long way racism is no longer
so ugly but skulk in corners and the judicial system.

There was a kid so optimistic but he still copped a pistol, got caught up in a brawl by the liquor store and got dropped in a prison, sitting behind those bars did everything but lift him up, but he became lifted up by God's word now that's real wisdom bruh, 3 years later he got off by pointing out and proving flaws in the judicial system, and you better know that orange jumpsuit didn't match up to that versace suit that fit him, he had to make his life different and learn from his mistakes and try to fix em, because you yourself are your biggest critic and teacher, the same wisdom from God's word he gained turned him into a preacher, his older brother became a deacon, now that's what I call a real brother's keeper, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church down by 21st street a vision that turned his life into a complete 360....perfect ending to an optimistic dream!

He was our neighbor, just an average guy;
walking every day, he did with such pride.
You cut his life short while texting on your phone;
a tragedy that should have been avoided, I bemoan.
A mailbox you said you thought you ran over;
two sheets for his body it took to cover.
Separated by yards, you tore him apart;
ripped twain into as his family's hearts.
You said you must have fallen asleep;
but there was a secret you couldn't keep.
Your story was later proven to be fiction;
when phone records showed texting, the reason.
Then you got off free! No time in prison!
What the hell is wrong with our judicial system?
Don't let this truth be you; save a few lives;
under no circumstances should you text and drive.

today it has been proven that our justice system does'nt represent justice. it just
fixes things the way they want things to be fixed. today a murderer was judged not
guilty and will soon walk free from the crime that they commited. they may have
escaped man but they still have to face God. they should have paid man. maybe it
was an accident with choloraform. but everything else she did added it up to
murder. today a jury assasinated justice just like james earl ray killed martin luther
king and just like lee harvey oswald killed john f. kennedy just like john wilkes booth
killed abraham lincoln and all i can say is et tu brute to our judicial system. i must
admit the defence did their jobs well but now they know they did it too well because
the eyes of true Justice will be apon them for their crimes. and so this is how the media planned on how to keep milking this cash cow indefinatly.
