Incredibility Poems | Examples

Premium Member They Tried To Welch

The deal was made and they tried to welch.
We would have none of that stupidity.
Computer glitch said salesman named Felch.
We chalked that up to incredibility.

Accepted your offer my husband pointed out.
Signed your online agreement yesterday.
Sales manager began to scream and shout.
Hours later we drove our new car away.

Premium Member Can'T Be Stopped

On a mission to fulfill my destiny,
even knowing what that shall be.

To fight the skies and smite the seas,
befriend them both after the fees,
are paid to play this game of life,
so I can truly deserve what’s right.

I’ll feel the lows before the highs,
and appreciate when mine arrives.

On these bumps along the road,
I might stumble, but still on I go.

Along to where my best belongs,
because I have heard the angel's songs.

Beautiful incredibility,
I know that’s what my life shall be.

So thank you Lord for blessing me,
to be the one who still can see.

I’ll change it all from wrong to right,
and hold my queen throughout the night.

Together we will turn the tides,
I can’t be stopped,
this life is mine.

How To Live Without Love

It's Simple
You step out of the real world
Join the wonder one
And start to live in conflict
To reign in confusion
To walk in disguise
And rage

It's Easy
You forget about happiness
About fulfillment
About contentment
About motivation
About commitment

Its possible
You stop to seek
stop to search
stop to hide
You decide to embrace
Emptiness
Lack
And incredibility

Its achievable
You just wake up
And declare you don't exist
And swear
You will never live
In a world conquered by love

To love and be love
Is part of humanity
whether you are in pain cause of love
Or in despair due to lack of it
Love keeps the mother
That birthed us here all

Love is what mortality and immortality share
Its what spirituality and carnality share
Its what saints and sinners desire
Its the invisible force that reigns
even beyond the grave

Its possible to imagine out of it
But impossible to live without it

A David For David

This is a dedication to David Williams
for his indomitable courage
and goodness of heart.

Michelangelo's hands created
the immortal David:
a young and handsome man
so masculine and vibrant...
as he it looks straight at us
desiring to join the Human Race!

Did a real person pose
for the Master? Was he one
of his scholars? We wouldn't know,
unless he himself spoke!
Alone as a stone stoke by sunlight,
his muscular body stands out...
were all men in that brilliant age
as strong as he was?

We stare at this amazing statue,
and ask ourselves why he looks too real;
did Michelangelo, overwhelmed by incredibility,
strike him with his chisel and said, " Come alive? "

We wonder and doubt if this ever
crossed his genius mind
in a moment of madness!
Most certainly, Michelangelo
carved him out of a fine marble
to reminisce his youth
lived as a boy such as David...
but is truth a fact that can be denied?

Premium Member Like a Folded Rose

I am incredibility inner today,
like a folded rose, metaphorically speaking
I am totally dwelling within . . .
the world moving outside of me
lost within my own reverie
I have come to the art gallery
where I can lose myself
on the patio I am reading and writing
the warm sun is caressing me
the breeze stroking me
silence embraces my body
I am safe within my loneliness
the world is far away
until . . .
some people arrive, noisily
I leave this place and am
now, lost within the world of old masters
and I roam the corridors of the gallery
a girl alone . . .
and I dwell within like a folded rose

Our Times

Im climbing up and down theses walls..
Trying to figure out if this love will fall...
These nights have been filled with incredibility...
Makes me wonder if your silence is just my insecurity...
My mind always wanders when we say goodbye...
I can only hope what I do and say can keep you on this ride...
Memories of old movie's in bed, steeling covers and soft words we said..
Late night dinners feeding you and sipping red wine...
Knowing with every word I say, trying so hard to not cross that line..
So now I know we both have to go our ways, back to a world where
nothing can top these days... My heart my love is all too clear, and
I often wonder would you stay here.. Time will tell this
final song , but know my love is here and strong...

Lived a Lie

An ill-formed conception of life, is mine
What once was truth, is now false
What once was accepted, swiftly rejected
What once was common belief is now something I must take back
I watched my past float away in a cloud of smoke
When I saw it in front of me
Clear-cut, undoubtedly mine, I stared
Wide eyed, confused, and awestruck
That I had lived a lie

Sitting in the dark, utter disbelief
The blackness reflected my terror
The feelings I felt were unreal, and yet
I felt like there was a purpose
I had a sense of purpose
Looking blankly into a magazine paper, infused with incredibility
Knowing I had lived a lie

I had lived a lie
I had lived comfortably
Because what I thought was true
Now I live in fear
And in constant observation
Because I had lived a lie

Turning My Look To the Heavens

Turning my look to the Heavens,
to expand this gaze further into their immensity;
and Who created them reveals Himself so grandly...

Galileo was as amazed as I am,
but I live in a more advanced century...not being persecuted as he was,
and I should share my findings with all, not fearing threats or conflicts...

Stars, stand still and be tangible;
your grandeur is truly a worthy contemplation,
to give any observer that plausible sensation...

What I don't know about our Universe is the biggest challenge,
from here I can see little that's clear and sharp;
I imagine, not wonder, what I will discover at a closer range...

Ten thousands of stars appear before me,
all with their unique forms and brilliant colors;
and for my own sake, I count each one with incredibility...

These celestial images bring more anticipation,
to make me perceive their distance utterly reachable:
as I turn my look to the Heavens that are truly remarkable...

Soldier Girl In Full Gear

She was standing on the flight deck,
soldier girl in full gear,
she reflects,
as she was trained to pick up the rear,
thinking of her past life,
she was a mother, and a wife,
that made a promise, she’d be back,
but now she is out at sea in a middle of an attack,
she felt their tears,
she sensed their fears,
and the fears of other soldiers running past her at full speed,
brothers and sisters at arm on the high sea,
some shot, some bleed,
as the ocean feeds,
and they try to flee,
a superior fleet in retreat,
as the incoming bombs made the ship debris,
she turned to her captain,
the man she had trusted most,
saw the bombs instantly turn him into a ghost,
she shook her head in exasperation,
war puts them in that situation,
her family wondering how she’s doing,
and she’ wonders that too,
as the destruction to the ship left no clue,
every fiber of her being struggled for stability,
but her flesh ripped apart with such incredibility,
as she barely restrained her fury,
ghost fighting a spirit, a spirit fighting a ghost,
then her ship finally went down,
and she hung her head,
they were never found,
the soldier girl in full gear, dead.

Faith Is Stronger Than Religion

What religion has created through the ages
is a false gospel with much incredibility;
a helpless Christ on that cross...
instead of a resurrected One
ascending to His glory;
He's still mocked and alone!

Faith is stronger than religion,
it trascends all souls
in search of truth and hope;
and it can't be taught by words alone!
Faith was the stronghold
of prophets and saints!
Let it become our fortress
in the days of weakness,
and fervently pray with confidence
that no harm will come from others!

The sacrificial altar needs no lamb,
the ultimate sacrifice was made...
the reconciliation between Man and God,
and a Mediator to atone every sin committed;
many still believe in a harsh punishment...
by demons who dwell in Hell!

Let's be like David who exalted Jehova God always,
and proclaimed His greatness for all ages!
Let's fear no man, but trust in the God of Moses...
who parts our waters in troubled times,
and lets us walk safely to our shore;
let's be as faithful as they were!

I Know

My flows unfold into, oh! So sweet poetry
Behold, my metaphors control thee
I’m every bit of a poetry teller’s fantasy.

Impressive and deep my words I know,
I have the incredibility to flow!
