Sipping on all of my stevia sweetened canned cola soda.
Thinking how for him I'll improve my metaphorical moda.
Painting him a heart-shaped astrological mandala.
Clouds playing around
In the sky tramping above the ground
Dangling in merry-go-round
Smiling at you year-round
One cloud zoomed outbound
Glittering ice flakes fall in mound
Flowers and trees have all found
Heart-shaped clouds in pieces on the mound
Crystals in diamonds plodded on the ground
Stayed and freezed like a heart spellbound
Prayers in hearts everywhere that astound
Heart-shaped clouds in you, dwell pound for pound
Sometimes fatigue comes with speed and little spills flare
Emotions of frustration like anger, so
Praying I ask God for His deliverance
Heart-shaped leaf appears
Sometimes little things that keep happening over and over lead to negative emotions. Another spill in the kitchen, I ask God please give me patience, show me how to be able to keep flowing calmly and be patient. I looked up from the spill and in the kitchen window view was a heart-shaped leaf (morning glory) which said to me operate in love.
Heart shaped
Coffer caressed
Sanctified with
Angst confessed.
Aplenty times
I've oft spoke
To mahogany
Grains I stroke
There endures
Reminiscence past,
Promises
Bond to last.
Until death
Do us part,
Engraved on
Bereft heart.
Sometimes it's
Grief that’ll hold,
Treasures more
Priceless than gold.
Aches that burn
Deeper than pain,
When only
Ashes remain.
Sharp pointed arrows
dancing high on helium
linger in the air;
Red and pink heart shaped balloons,
how I wish I hated them.
An exquisite scent of summer
~ sweet dreams and quiet breathing
Heavenly flowers when the sun kisses them
Its thorns provide respect and protection
Happiness must be unique ~
as a woman who can stand on her own two feet
A queen, the ambassador of love
Delicate, lush and exquisite
A silent witness when fairies dance
in colorful dresses
The imagination weaves

Million and one things better than applause..
okay to go through life ne'er seeking praise.
Though rain tree unwatered, grows half as tall,
an unloved heart wilts in overbear'n shade.
Your so called friends left such beauty undone.
chide more than console you 'can't win 'em all'
Well, perhaps not your day courageous one,
they meant to maim, not name belle of the ball.
Love's heart-shaped slipper, torch carried for you..
finest soul yours, only fit worth trying.
Turn away from bright stars, riven'd in two..
my eyes were ne'er any good at lying.
Can you hear it pretty belle of the ball?
a heart's applause, best won prize of them all.
There's a heart shaped hollow in her
as she stands amid falling leaves
the bare branches bear witness to her brokenness
her heartache hurts to her harm

he's sampling his tea genially
with an extensive face
he's immersed in his smartphone
like that horse that needed lenses
rothschild with his zebra carriage
there were no heart-shaped glasses
on the hill in calvary
my four-year-old-son told me
he wanted to eat my glasses

Strewn beneath my shuffling feet,
they lie in peace at water’s edge—
polished stones of shape replete
atop and side by side they wedge.
Searching now and then I find
a sight so rare, my gaze transfixed.
Amid the coarse and unrefined
lies treasure in between and twixt.
A mermaid’s love lies nestled there,
brought ashore in dead of night.
Heart-shaped stones she placed with care—
a gift for us of truth and light.

On Valentine's day so many heart shaped tears
Love gone replaced by fears
No rivers flowing through the center of one's heart
Blocked by a dam close to the start
Once struck by Cupid's arrow
Flew higher then a sparrow
Now bridges broken beyond repair
Feelings of distress and despair
No chocolates in a heart shaped box
Threw away the key to your own locks
No sweetly scented bouquet of flowers
Instead a bad aftertaste leaving one feeling sour
A beautiful red rose replaced by black with sharper edged thorns
For next time they surely won't be the one feeling torn
Life seems gray and dull with no colors scents or tastes
You've lost that love and feeling, oh no what a waste!
No fret if alone for true love must start with and for yourself
So dust,polish and pick yourself up off your pity party shelf
Open up and dry your heart shaped tears
Have faith and remember love can conquer all fears
