Death no more than transforms -I

As drops of water from the face of sea
Vanish to rise, be pregnant clouds to drain
Down, getting born again raindrops to be,
Many if merge, one with ocean in vain,
Some fall in vales, on hills or on plane lea,
A few as fade in dust or desert sands,
And some as rivers flow farther and free
To ocean, their journey’s cycle as ends.
Some drops, were they to fall on bird’s dropping,
Fertilize it to cause a fresh life’s birth
As a seed sprouts to grow as green sapling
One day to be a tree that gathers girth,
So Death, thou art no more than a mere change,
A device in destiny’s hand deemed strange.

Premium Member One Of Our Days

Roadwork noises by my window
Fertilize this dreary day
I am doomed to live in limbo
In the realm of disarray
So I’m punished with the sounds
And I wait to be released
They’re renewing the old ground
When they finish, I am pleased
Let me enter to your garden
Of the everchanging glow
It’s a paradise we’ve gotten
Playing games we used to know
I'm amusing you with knowledge
You are laughing till I'm gone
Till behind your back the foliage
Casts a shadow over lawn.

Premium Member The Fertile Ground That is Poetrysoup

I come
to Poetrysoup,
Because this is where
The tallest trees of poetry
Grow and thrive;
Season in, season out.
Her fruits always ripe for the picking.
It is a poet's Xanadu. Well, mine, at least.

I come
to Poetrysoup
To plant my own seeds,
Water them and fertilize the soil.
'Tis a welcome diversion from
The hustle and bustle of my everyday life.
It's my safe space to explore, to discover, to create...
And boy, do I have creative wings to soar!

I come
to Poetrysoup
To sip her mouthwatering soup
Served daily by the finest poets she has to offer,
Known and unknown. I've read and sponsored
Literary masterpieces too numerous to count;
Many bringing a chuckle, a tear, or two.
Her flaws are sizeable, but I overlook them.

I come
to Poetrysoup
To learn from superior poets,
To read poetry and support other poets,
To touch, and be touched by,
To inspire, and be inspired by,
To inhale the aroma of poetic brilliance.
My home away from home...

That's Poetrysoup!

The string of a peaceful war

Sending a consistent comfort mail
Does that mean she will cope with the nail?
And stop wondering from whence things went wrong

She always want some
Even if just a daughter and a son
Won't it be nice to sing children a song?

It became a boom
But wish it soon turns a boon
Aren't that enough to put a stop to booing?

It appears an unreal dream
After winning her bean
Will she continue without making a being?

She has a wonderful womb
That could fertilize to born
Isn't that the best way to live long?

To those that are keeping strong in faith
May God answers your spell breath
To live the change cum death

Premium Member To Dig, Fertilize, Plow and Water

And so it goes down through the ages
The bigger and taller devour the littler and smaller

Monkeys, bears, fish, tigers, turtles, ants
All species find their food at hand
Only man has to dig, fertilize, plow and water the land

Why, for Heaven’s sake? Well, that’s just it
Heaven is interested in man’s entreaties
He wants man to grow closer and closer to Him
~ as well as eat His Wheaties

WITH LOVE IT IS JUST THE SAME

With love it's no different!
If we don't water them, the flowers
wither...
If you don't fertilize the soil,
it becomes depleted...
If you don't prune the plant,
it doesn't grow...
Love is no different:
You build the garden,
choose the plant,
do the work,
care for it with immense zeal.
By caring you decide who lives,
or who dies... In love
it's no different for us to
have and enjoy it...!

Premium Member Nature's Decay and Rebirth

"Flowers fade and decay through wintry hours- waiting for rebirth."
Quote by - Constance La France

Nature's repeats, and the world turns.
What disappears, one day, returns.
So, why am I melancholy and sad?
          I should be feeling glad.

Leaves that decay will fertilize
the seeds produced when a plant dies.
What will Spring's new life recall?
          That which perished in Fall.

Even stars will one day explode
leaving darkness where they once glowed.
Do they make heavy elements? That true?
They make up me and you.

A recycled star warms the earth
to bring on Spring's joyful rebirth.
Can I have a drumroll from the drummer?
        Peak growth comes in summer.

A cycle of growth and decay
is Mother Nature's graceful way,
but will I fear her poised clock hand, steady?
         I hope I'll be ready.

Premium Member Forget Me Not

Little Flower, scent of Spring
For me have you a song to sing?
I love you Lilac do you know?
There's room still for my heart to grow

I'll fertilize 'til you arrive
Then plant you there and pray you'll thrive
I'll give you tender love and care
And hope that you'll be happy there

But if it isn't meant to be
I hope that you'll remember me
And as the years pass like a shot
Hope that you'll forget me not

Roadwork noises by my window
Fertilize with stones my thoughts
I got used to live in limbo
In the realm of bookish gods
So I’m punished with the sounds
And delighted when it’s quiet
They are setting the new grounds
About which I’m unreliant
And I dash into the river
Of the constant change but no
It’s the same, cause I’m forgiven
Playing games we used to know
You are laughing at my knowledge
We are sharing loving fun
And behind your back the foliage
Casts a shade across the sun

Premium Member TO KISSING POETIC LIMBO GOODBYE

Sitting here

in igneous space

wrestling with naked thoughts

finds me face to face

with sad beauty:

the navel of time

is emblematic

that the poetic seed

must first fertilize the mind

that its womb may birth forth

yet another mused child of light

to shatter the unique ghost darkness

hidden within fibers of fading blank pages,

fading blank pages, awaiting poetic revival:-

Premium Member AN INSTANT

An instant touch
Can bring life
Fertilize an egg
Procreate and excel

Expand on an idea
Stand on business
Grow your company
Instant entrepreneurial touch

An instant touch
Can bring death
Shot of a gun
Driving drunk

An instant touch can heal
Like the woman in the bible
Who had an issue of blood
Touched His hem was made whole

My instant cup of coffee or tea
May not seem so great to me
But the person without a cup
May see me as blessed filled up

Life is filled with so many instances
Be open to the significant possibilities

Live Life With Others

We can't live alone
No matter how small it is
We still need the help of others
Yet, don't expect to much help form them
In the end, you'll not be disappointed
Forward you go, workout for yourself
No one will cultivate and water your tomatoes
But you yourself, others may give you fertilizer
You yourself will fertilize your tomatoes
Train yourself to become expert in life
Educate yourself with wisdom and truth
So when you fall, your strength will carry you through.
