aboard the 71, about halfway down the left side
i sit facing forward, heart leaping as he embarks—
he’s on the way to the grocery store,
or his sister’s house,
or work, but he’s running late;
standing room only
he grabs a handle facing me.
he catches my eye and i his,
waves at me with all five fingers and
i wish to hold them in mine, trace
the outline of the bones in his hand,
look into his eyes deeply,
see what’s true;
two stops later, a seat opens up on the right—
one row ahead.
dark, curly hair.
i take measured glances,
don't stare don't draw unwanted attention.
i want his arms around me,
to look into his eyes some more.
he disembarks.
Focus and
hit it
when the image
is sharp
and
not blurry.
Is she
an object,
or a person
who you wish
not a dish....
of a dream
that's tasty...
She's funny and charismatic
she leaves you rising
about the spectacles
of the run of messages
Bleeding,
her involuntariness
she entourages
energizes
inside.......
She's death
because you chose,
lust over the red
of blooming
she's been there....
and still,
you beat the drums
and not the piano,
she rules over gentle
and your storms raging,
she's given plenty
of opportunities,
a pillow sleeping
The gentle is shelved
of the wish and the hows
and the black is in denial
of the thunderstorms,
a bed here for one's blinds
as he 's fantasizing
can only be harmless
hard to sleep at night
until the daylight bleeds
in all of wishes created
outside of your destiny
The garden you neglected
refuses says bees and roses....
A World of many children
I read about people going to the dentist
getting shiny white teeth like Joe Biden
In Portugal, the white teeth craze is relaxed
The thought of an actress with perfect teeth
have to have them extracted because they
They were yellow and didn't have the odontology
of today
I remove my teeth at night and soak them in water
That is healthy, it surprises me that artificial teeth
but need to be healthy looking
Martha, the whore in our street, boasted when
She was old, no man had ever entered hers
to our fantasizing about her yellow teeth
Can we say the childlessness in our street
was caused by boys learned about sex
That was not conducive to pregnancy

“Though I know he loves me, tonight my heart is sad; his kiss was not so wonderful as all the dreams I had.” - Sara Teasdale
You see it in romantic movies, and
when you are young, nothing seems so awesome
as kissing's bliss or walking hand in hand.
You dream of it, wishing it would blossom
before too long for you! If only he -
your thoughtful, handsome prince – would come along,
and reverie become reality.
You fall to sleep. In your mind’s a love song,
and when you’re not asleep, you dream awake.
Your visualization of romance
is whimsy over life-long love you’ll make.
Youth’s fantasizing has you in a trance.
Life shocks you out of hallucination,
For truth can’t match your sweet imagination.
The definition of a mystery is what lies behind that beautiful smile.
A beautiful brilliance, fluttering eyes.
I could lay to rest any misconceptions,
well at least at the depths of a stranger's glare.
What's to come of two people separated by a wall of emotion.
Lost in pages of unspoken words subtlety lingering,
fantasying in hypotheticals. Confronting conflicts that would only aid in the chocking off of any ambitions.
This is the game of attraction. An awkward exchange of words,
ideas that form thoughts.
You held my attention from the beginning,
with just a simple hello, acts of kindness.
Gently gritting my front teeth on my index fingernail.
Secretly fantasizing all about my latest male.
Hopelessly craving for more passionate nights in this new love tale.
Time has no wings
But it flies faster than bald eagles and fast jets
Time has no rings
But it is engaged or bound to ‘no safety nets’
And married with death.
We are all migrants in the depth
Of the valleys. We are passing by
Like the wind. No matter how hard we try
We will have to go
Like an unwanted cargo.
Time is nobody’s enemy
Be smart to lend a hand
To a stranger, for no real friend
Exists in this messy quagmire
Where everything is strange and dire.
We really own nothing
We are all living on borrowed time
We shall pay for the crime
Remember that we own nothing
Yet we keep on fantasizing and dreaming.
Time, which is not an enemy
Owns everything under the sun
And everything under the blue moon
FYI: Nobody has returned from Heaven
Not even the wisest angel of the deep blue Sea.

I took a long walk to the park
While holding my book and pen in both hands
Upon arriving, I looked all around
And noticed a brown bench that looks extremely antique
I sat down quietly staring at a blank page
Just trying to form words together in my mind
So I could create a perfect first chapter
Ten minutes later
I still can't think of anything to write
Oh well!
Maybe I should give up completely
Or give it another try
Five minutes later, I'm fantasizing about
Being the best published author
Who sold a lot of books
Then it suddenly dawned on me
That I was not in reality
Now I'm back to square one
Staring at the same blank page
This time I'm getting different ideas
Therefore, I jot them down as they come to me
And I began to write constantly
Plus did not stop until my book was finished
How satisfied I felt that day
For I did not have to worry about anymore incomplete chapters.
No, I am neither dreaming nor fantasizing of being in Heaven,
I am talking about enjoying every second of my sweet vacation.
We are driving and cruising with the wind, in our way to Key West.
The breeze is cool, brisk, inviting, and is obviously full of zest.
It is ninety godly degrees in December, and the weather is divine.
We can feel the kisses of the wind, and the tease of the winter flowers.
We are driving and strolling in the wind; we are kissing like serious lovers,
Who do not hesitate to tie the sentimental knots under the grapevine.
It is spring break in the state of Florida; the college crowds are having fun,
The weather is immaculate and divine; we are swimming in the sun.
This is an eternal spring, this is awesome, and this is an eternal summer.
Pick one, choose one, it does not matter. You and I love each other forever,
Under the sky of the eternal spring and summer. We are deeply in love.
We are dreaming, enjoying the good life, and praising our God above.

Purr-fect feelings fall like shadows, down,
Casting hope into life’s greatest yearnings,
Purr-fect silence rains promises all around,
Shushing the extravagance of frisky earnings.
Purr-fect wonders exclude the restless meow,
From the promise of agility beyond compare.
Purr-fect stillness calms the most anxious brow,
Fantasizing about the mouse caught in a snare.
Pur-fect poise, dignified she abides the night,
Softly stirring the haunted nightmares of her stalked,
Purr-fect grace, begging for that first tender bite,
From the frozen heart she has assuredly shocked.
Purr-fect joy fills her heart and soul with hope,
When she remembers the cuddling of her human,
Purr-fect composure reminds her she can cope,
Unlike those careless canines, she can see - acumen
You carefully put your life in my hands
to bystanders that may come off reckless;
I feel like I know what compelled you to
in the moments no one else understands;
Maybe now you feel safe to be careless
looking in my eyes you see what's true;
Platonic and yet 'Til death do us part.'
downed power lines an emotional mess;
Fantasizing with me your heart just flew;
In many ways you tore yourself apart
in lieu.
Her mother gave her the swit name beloved
She is dark and pretty with a smile that
Leaves many smitten fantasizing in secrecy
She has a face I can read and am prying
Into her thoughts with a subtlety yet I know
She can percieve my psychic drone of thots
I try to drown her fay mind with emotive vibes
She is talented I listen to her sweet lilting voice
She writes and hopes to make it in the arts
I nudge her on.. listen to you're heart..
Let us get a glimpse of you're beautiful soul
She is wary previous disappointments and pain
Have made her untrusting of my kind...
I aim to nurture the best in her and the only way
Is via an overdose of love her kind so crave
Am being deliberately manipulative having
Had a glimps at her future I have to mold her
Sobriety but with nothing left
Fantasizing about my death
Ask whats inside my mind
I wish to surrender and unwind
Melt some dope on the foil
Watch it roll spin and boil
Take a deep breath of my lost love
Smoke let it out get lost love
Having dreams of ecstacy
Euphoria please come save me
Keeping hanging on but feel the grip
Telling myself it'd just be one slip
Heart beating out of my chest
Just enough for a little rest
Dehydration and arrhythmia
Come on, it's just a pick-me-up
Am I always doomed for agony
Or is this only something temporary?
while fantasizing my reveries
auscultating to silences, expecting for pledges
the infant I was, told me au revoir !
