Premium Member Gay Has a Doctors Appointment Almost Every Day

Gay has a doctor’s appointment almost every day
bone specialist, heart surgeon, eye doctor for old Gay
Goes from appointment to appointment hoping to find something wrong
Breaking a bone or two would have her singing a joyful song
She has had seventeen colonoscopies this year
plus, several surgeries, next year they’ll rebuild her ear
there she goes now to another doctor appointment I’ll bet
I heard that she is demanding to have her unbroken arm set.

sweets and every day

every day and a sweet shop

On a plateau in the middle of nowhere, there was
a shop selling chocolate and week-old newspapers
I had no money, but in exchange, the man
accepted a hail of hay, the farmer gave when he
told me to go make my own bed, I had slept with
The milkmaid he had wanted for himself
as the evening gently fell over the desolate landscape
A horse came walking to the sweet shop that
also sell crossword puzzles and mouth harmonicas
It was the owner's transport, and he didn't like to stay
all night, asked me to take the shift, his main
The problem was all the rats that tried to break into his
shop, I could sleep on the kitchen table to avoid
being bitten
Nine, the next morning, he was back riding his steed

Premium Member every day has potential

every day has potential
to be a disappointment
or a celebration

I surround myself with people
who know how to celebrate

cautiously avoiding those who resolve
to always be disappointed

Premium Member GIVE EVERY DAY

May we be blessed…
especially in this time of political upheaval and strife

To give every day, as Mark Twain suggested,
A chance to become the most beautiful day in our life.

Every day Is A Present

Everyday Is A Present
Be grateful for each day.
Hard work, make good grades.
Reveal treasurers.
Go beyond the naysayers.
Publish your talents.
Everyday is a present.
Don’t be pessimistic.
Stand brave in the mist.
Today, prevail.
Don’t be in self-doubt.
Stand patient in the storm.
Yesterday may be gone.
Extinguish guilt.
Hard times won’t last forever.
We all make mistakes.
Make a change.
Learn to grow.
A new letter in a vivid poem.
Smile, move forward.
Together, we have each other.

Go out into Nature every day
By Michelle Morris
18/05/2025

Lying in the grass
Surrounded by tiny daisies
I feel like I'm part of this spell
Here where Nature plies Her Magic

Here where the soil is cool
And the grass is verdant
Bees are humming
And birds are cheerful

Every single atom and creation
In this magnificent life force around me moves
And expands into its own Timeline
By being still and allowing Grace

The Magic beckons us to Believe
In Fairies and Magical Beings
In God's Universe infinitely spectacular
In Knowing we are part of the Mystery

So, commune with God and His Angels
Be at One with your Higher Self
Let that Stillness inspire your Soul
Allow your Healing Journey to be deeply felt

Go out into Nature every day
Be bathed and protected by Her bountiful arms
Notice the blooms and the wildlife
Know you're exactly where you belong

Every day is always such a good day with our good old friend Dave.
Every day we are always hanging out in his man cave.
Every day we always share secrets we'll take to the grave.

Hope In Every Day

Nature is not inherent
of repeating itself,
creating masterpieces.
She has a new sound every day
Every sunrise doesn't the same
the sunrise of the previous day.

Premium Member Every Day

Brings me more sadness
immense guilt
I am fine
many are not
children slaughtered
aid workers shot
 	trying to save them
doctors raped
and alleged kind hearts sit and
watch
and do nothing
I am not only sad
I am disgusted
at all of you

distraught
helpless
my life I would give
to save a child's heart
I am so full of hate
sorry

What a wonderful day

My daily routine.
Every day, as always,
Wake up at four.
Start the chores.
Go to the gardens,
Do some maintenance.
Visit the M Central
Play the piano.
One hour goes past,
Enjoy some breakfast.
Go to the library,
Take up space,
Use the computer/internet,
Lunch with meal set.
In the arvo,
Play more and more piano.
Otherwise, visit "Maker Space".
Do some embroideries
For the rest of the day.
What a wonderful day with appointment free.
Tomorrow is another day,
With hectic classes and clinics.
Appointments and treatments
Do not know how to describe,
How the rest of the week was like?
Few words maybe.
Busy and very busy.
Life moves on,
Regardless how you want it.

Keeps Alzheimer’s at bay.

Don’t shun this exercise.
Now surely this is wise.

Premium Member Every day I fade away little by little, like a star lost in the vastness of the sky

Every day I fade away little by little, like a star lost in the vastness of the sky,
Silence becomes my refuge, letting calls vanish into the echoes of time,
I trace winding paths, avoiding encounters like a butterfly hiding from the wind,
And as my steps turn to shadows, I distance myself from familiar lights.
By the time they notice I've dispersed, I'll already be a dream unraveling at dawn,
A forgotten laughter, an ancient melody, a smile hidden in the corners of memories,
Their questions will float like fallen leaves: what was my laughter like? was the smile real?
Or was I just a reflection on the surface of a calm lake, a thought that vanished?
My soul dances on the edge of time, like a grain of sand in the hourglass of eternity,
I wonder if I've left deep marks or was just a breeze passing through their lives,
Who am I in the hearts of those who seek me now, an echo or a guiding beacon?
I retreat into my silent universe, a story written on the night sky, with undying stars.

Premium Member Garden Activity Every Day

Delightful daisy dances in the wind
She holds a dandelion against her chin
Two daffodils have a tiny scuffle
Marigold laughs and shakes her ruffle

There is garden activity every day
Produce and flowers need to play
They have to while their time away
Come and join us, please say you’ll stay.
